Google
It says open but it is closed, hours should reflect real time.

They bake the bagels fresh every 4 hours so you always know the bagels will be fresh. I wish they would have a description of what are inside most of the bagels, but otherwise it's a great place to go.

Honestly, I read a few not so good reviews while walking in so I didn't know what to expect, however, the young woman working alone handled all the business professionally and customers quickly and courteously. The bagels were made perfectly- it was so good I forgot to take a picture. Only thing is maybe more ripe avocados 🥑

Edit: I'll change my review if I have a different experience. "No hot drinks except the drip coffee." The coffee was cold, my bagel was untoasted, and it only had enough cream cheese for 2 bites. (Scraping the cream cheese onto one of the two bites is how I discovered my bagel was not toasted). The cashier offered to "heat up" my "not microwavable safe" cup, but I wasn't interested in microwaved drip that was brewed so long ago that it comes out of the pot cold. It was a good reminder to support local businesses. This corporate stuff is pashionless garbage.

Google
This location should have a a modified name that mentions it’s on a college campus and does not sell the same things as a stand alone Einsteins Bagels. I have come here twice and both times were disappointing! The first time I came here, at 6p, they were closed despite their online hours saying they would be open until 8p. The second time I came here in the morning to buy a couple of their cream cheese Shmears only to find out they don’t sell them. They offered to put shmear into a similar sized container to what they are normally sold in but said it would cost $11.84 for each small container. At a regular Einsteins it’s less than $4 for the same size container… ***Following up: it’s been two weeks since I filled out the form they suggested I complete, in their response to my review, and I have heard nothing back.

This store is in a college campus and it is not open until 8:30 pm. It is open in their cafeteria which closes at times and for summer break. The phone number is invalid also. There is no mention on google that it is a college campus and is only open when school is in.

I tried to buy a bagel today. I just wanted a bagel toasted with butter. How hard of an ask is that? Apparently very. First off, a bagel cost me $4.95, which is insane, but the person working the resister couldn't tell me how much it was for the first minute. Then she informed me that they didn't have butter. I said I'd take it lightly toasted. Then she charged me twice and it took two coworkers coming over to solve the problem. They took forever to toast it. Maybe 10 minutes after I paid. I was honestly expecting then to give me something burnt to umbers. I waited a total of 15 minutes for a plain bagel. I would give this place zero stars but they get ONE because what they gave me was actually edible.

Google
The bagels are GREAT. So flavorful and you can’t go wrong with getting anything from here. The bagels are baked fresh everyday too. They get very busy during the weekdays but it’s worth the wait! I would recommend this place and come back here again.

Yelp
food is average. service has gotten worse over the past few years. employee answered his phone while in the middle of taking my order and made my drink without changing his gloves, after touching both his phone and the POS

Yelp
Bagels were great, coffee tasted good too. Nice place, great service. Kids liked their smoothies.

Yelp
If this is the best bagel you've ever had in Seattle, please try harder. The Einstein bagel is okay (not great) and a hold over from Noah's Bagels. I do have a soft spot for Noah's, which hailed many moons ago from the Bay Area, but there were always a little too bready and not chewy to my palate. But over the years, there has been this long, slow slide down to (apparently) we arrive at Einstein Brothers Bagels. My big problem is that if you are going to expand the bagel concept to a bagel sandwich, you have to fill that bagel with great ingredients. Noahs managed to do just that with their whitefish bagel sandwich, and piled on some good tasting veggies. Here, at Einstein, the breakfast sandwich is a terrible offering with plastick-y precooked eggs, mediocre cheese and absolutely no attention given to any of the ingredients beyond creating a barely edible sandwich. I'd rather have an empty stomach in this case.

Yelp
I will take you on a journey through my bagel experience at Einstein. I got in line expecting a mediocre bagel that I needed to fulfill my animalistic hunger that was growing inside of me at 10 am this morning. I asked the employee what his favorite sandwich was to which he suggested the "Tasty Turkey". The service was slow but lemme tell ya, once I took my first bite, I reached a point that few foods have taken me before. I ended up missing my next two classes of the day due to this bagel experience. Every ingredient caressed my tongue with the tenderness that only a mother can show to her newborn child. This bagel filled a void in my heart even I did not know I needed to be filled. The employee, Frank, who helped me reach this point, was also kind enough to ask me how my meal was afterwards. My only response was to look him in the eyes and genuinely thank him for taking me on this white water river expedition of flavor and carbohydrate filled joy. We need more Franks and Tasty Turkey's in this world. If we could achieve that, I am sure we could end problems that stretch far beyond cold cuts of turkey between two perfectly baked bagel slices.

Yelp
I love Einstein's Bagels! Those Einstein brothers sure know how to boil and bake. I got a coupon from them for free bagels on Fridays and a bagel, cream cheese, and coffee on Tuesdays for $2. Delightful! Dangerously enough, it turned out that there was an Einstein's about a fifteen minute walk away from my house - on the Seattle Pacific campus. Well, I sauntered on over there, searched about the campus for forever, eventually asked a student, and found - hidden in an alcove in a cafeteria in a dining hall - the delightful manufacturer of these airy delights! Well, let me just say that the store is tiny, the line is long, and the location is hard to find. However, it is all worth it for that final taste of schmear-on-bagel action. I recommend you walk over here as soon as you can!

Yelp
I love their bagels, have been there a couple of times and I find that if you go on weekdays you can avoid the chaos on the weekend. It's a good place to study or read early mornings because they've free WiFi and coffee refills. I recommend a toasted sesame with sun-dried tomato shear!

Yelp
These bagels were delicious! I recently ordered from them for a cooperate event with my company for breakfast and it was so good! Their ordering site online is really helpful, they have a chat line where you can ask someone questions during business hours, and then submit the order online. When I picked them up, thy were super helpful and helped me bring everything out to my car. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that they didn't have everything ready when I went to pick it up, but it was a slow Saturday morning so I didn't mind too much. Overall, the coffee, fruit platter, and bagels were so good! I would use them again for an event, and I would definitely go eat there for breakfast or lunch!

Yelp
I asked for a bagel with butter. I expected the butter to be spread on, instead she puts a bowl of butter into the microwave and pours the melted butter over my bagel... this is the second time this has happened. It not only makes the bagel soggy, it is nasty to think that my bagel just has melted butter poured over it... She also have me the bag with butter all over the bag... Won't be getting a bagel whenever I see her working unless management decides to do something about this.

Yelp
It's a campus chain so it's going to have issues at times. But for the most part I've ordered and gotten what I wanted with no hiccups. During the lunch rush sometimes your bagel will take 1000 years to be made so keep that in mind. Overall good customer service but can be slow at times.

Yelp
Best bagels in Seattle that I've found so far. They were recently known as Noah's bagels but I guess on the east coast they went by Einstein and changed the name of the stores on the west coast to match it. When it's in season, the pumpkin bagel is amazing! Nothing tasted or smelled better than warmed cinnamon, pumpkin and nutmeg in the toaster first thing in the morning. I wish they had more seasonal bagels though.

Yelp
This is my favorite bagel place in the world I was sad when it closed in Queen Anne so i barely get it anymore. When you have a chance go the I love garlic and egg bagel.

Yelp
For the one that just replace Noah's Bagels on Queen Anne Ave, BIG disappointment. Untrained (and unenthused) employees, long wait, mediocre sandwiches. Not really worth a trip up the hill for us.

Yelp
The coffee was delish, however the breakfast bagel sandwich, not so much. I ordered the egg, sausage and cheese on an asiago bagel. The bagel was squished down, almost looked like a bagel thin and the taste of the ingredients was blah. Not what I had hoped for when going to a bagel place to eat.
