The Michelin stars are well earned. The guest is literally attended to, from the moment one steps off the lift into the restaurant, until one gets onto the lift again, several hours later. The service is impeccable, and everyone is multilingual. We committed a major faux pas by Swiss standards: we arrived appx 7 minutes late for our reservation. I was appropriately freaked out as I entered, but the maitre d’ was quick to put me at ease. The food was so complex and beautiful. Every piece was art. The wine pairings were fascinating and tasty. The sommelier explained the flavors and vintages at length, and answered all queries to my complete satisfaction. I was impressed that they had the courage to feature several older white wines in the pairings. It was a bold move, but every wine was flawless. The food was perfect in every sense. Each dish was masterful in design and execution. Every bite was an experience. It was especially nice to have each chef, personally serving the sauce to accompany every main dish. I’m sad that I didn’t have the capacity to try the final courses. There’s just too much good stuff here! I wish I could come back later, so I can experience just the bottom third of the menu on its own. Will be back. Tip Top

This is hot a restaurant, this is an experience. Went here with my wife and we expected a lot but were still pleasantly surprised. The food is on a level we have not seen often before. Not only tastewise but also the presentation is next level (this is to be expected for the price range but nevertheless...). Courses are adorned with intricate details which still serve the taste. Had some food restrictions which were observed acutely and different options were offered that were also very well done. Staff is very knowledgable about basically everything concerning the food and drinks/wines. From where components are from to the way the wine was produced. Also took the wine pairing - which really is to be recommended. Wines compliment and augment the dishes very nicely.

Great experience. Such small decoration with such precision to give a wonderful looking. The taste follow what your eyes see. An explosion of different taste in your mouth just balance perfectly. Marvelous mix between herbs, spice and sauce. We order a 4 course and in total we get 10 plate. Great service. People are friendly. Simply divine Really strongly advised this restaurant for his gastronomy and the excellent service.
