"A family-run restaurant located in an old wheat warehouse, outside the city walls, which stands out for its views of the imposing medieval fortifications. The markedly traditional and homemade cuisine, is embodied in the dishes on the menu (there is an initial section called "Isidora has prepared today...") and in different daily recommendations. They have a unique and quite elaborate dessert, called Pastel chorreante de almendra (Dripping almond cake), which should be ordered at the beginning of the meal!" - Michelin Inspector

We had a fantastic meal here. Shared a bunch of dishes and left feeling super full for less than €50 a person. Highlights were the carbonara gnocchi and the Korean beef. The desserts and drinks were also great. Would return.

Incredibly cute place in the heart of Russafa. Raimon and his team were super professional and made sure we enjoyed our experience. I would recommend the tasting menu as you will probably end up paying about the same and you will get to try everything. We didn’t have it and we ended up paying the same and regret not having it to try a few more dishes. We stayed in the indoor patio which was super cute and cozy.

If you are in Valencia you absolutely must visit El Almacén. Simon is a true artist that completely amazed us (and our palettes!) Thank you Simon (and Benina, our wonderful waitress) for a simply unforgettable experience. We will be back!

10/10 would come back again. Ordered around 11 different dishes and the majority were fantastic. One just needed acid( crispy rice cracker with shrimp and guacamole). I’d also pass on the pad Thai but the beef component was great. Desserts and cocktails were fantastic. Would definitely one back.

I took the tasting set, excellent combinations, interesting play of flavors. A large number of positions in the set, you can easily eat your fill. Totally worth the money and even more. Excellent service and pleasant atmosphere.

We decided to go for dinner there and it was a great experience! The food was amazing, it all came with the explanation of the chef. Great attention to details and amazing combination of flavours and tastes. Couldn’t recommend it more! I’m definitely planning on going back to try more dishes and desserts ☺️

I came here with my mum, we sat at the bar (because all the rest was booked), went for the Discovery menu and had an amazing evening! Honestly, I have paid double what they charge here (in France, Belgium, Spain) for lesser quality food and service. The complexity, presentation and work behind each dish was worthy of a 1 star Michelin. Almost every dish presented by the chef himself! We were not expecting such a performance. Good wine, too. Thank you to the waitress (manager?) and the chef !

Went with the tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious! Some really creative dishes and serving techniques coupled with great flavours in every dish. Staff were amazingly attentive and friendly too! Their pisco sours are also great 👌🏽 would recommend 100%!
