The only thing about this laundry mat is it's close to home but other than that 7 of the dryers are out of service and the others are poor... every one today is waiting to dry their clothes.

Very dirty , and unprofessional I used two dryers dint dry my clothes and told the lady incharge and she didn’t understand me she’s and old lady and can do much a lot of people where saying the dryers dint work. Perhaps the lady told me don’t leave your clothes alone cause the always steal it here .

Not the greatest but I come here because it's so close to where I'm renting right now. (At my apartments there aren't washers and dryers). It's not very well maintained and lots of spider webs, smells like sewage from the drains, sinks are nasty, bathroom is always dirty and never has soap or toilet paper and paper towels. Plus the older lady employee allows some crazy homeless people to kinda just hang out there sometimes and help her clean. Also there are cats roaming around out back and they come inside too because someone there feeds them and provides water for them. What is someone is allergic? Would be nice if the clocks actually worked and they had the TV's on or even music playing.

Beware not all of the machines work I put a load in the Mega Load washer and no water came out I had to switch it to a different machine. The lady that “works” here has no knowledge and is rude. It is also not kept clean, there is spider webs and trash everywhere. First and last time coming here.

Decent space. Not enough wheeled baskets or large washers. Parking isn't great (crowded plaza) , & previously read reviews about the elderly lady who "works" there are fairly accurate. She is a brash, meddling, instigating presence who comes off as rude and intrusive and WILL help herself to your load and chosen machine if your not watching. People standing around chatting with no masks on and no one asking them to put one on.

Araseli Baraza (the reviewer with the picture of her holding kids) just wants to complain. Maybe if she closed her legs every once in awhile she wouldn't have so much laundry to do. All the washers here seem pretty new and only one of them is not functioning. Most of the washers are front load because they use much less water. There are 8 small, 8 medium, and 6 super large front load washers here. The small top loading low efficiency washers only cost $2 per wash. There are 5 of them. One of them is not functioning. There are 30 dryers. The majority of the clientele is Hispanic, and Spanish speaking programs are played on the televisions here. Candy and detergent vending machines are present. Money Change machine is present. Attendant that works here is on duty in corner office.

10 dryers out of service 😒 very dirty all the time the old lady that works here is very rude and customer service is very poor . Customer was sweeping the floors and some guy asked old lady lupe why is the Customer cleaning she said everyone makes a mess why should I clean it 🤔 she's getting paid to wash people clothes. Restroom is always dirty and never soap or tp.

Served its purpose, the emplady was attentive and helpful. Went at around 7 pm. Washers and dryers were available. There was a cute kitty out back. It looked like people were feeding it corn on con and other leftovers. Note to self, bring cat food next time......
