Ordered the Azteca Burger ( without the bacon). I enjoyed the fresh ingredients and unique flavor profile. Steak and Tortillas was ordered by my Lady. The 6pm atmosphere on a Wednesday is perfect for family dining or a casual bite. Lastly, the staff was very polite, helpful in my selection and not overbearing.

Friendly & Polite Staff. The food is fresh and tasty. Prices are low and fair. The plate in the video is a Spicy Pork Longiza Quesadilla. Personally, I enjoyed the Chicken (Pollo) Quesadilla better. I recently tried their Birris Taco, and the other reviewers were right. It's really good and well made. IMO, I would go so far as to say it tastes better than Los Garcia Birris Tacos (only the Birris Tacos, I still prefer LG Burritos). Overall, I've become a regular. Enjoy.

My pregnant friend had to use the bathroom and was stopped and told she needs to purchase something to use the bathroom. She explained that she was pregnant but they didn’t listen and insisted that she need it to buy something. My friend and I love Mexican food and always eat around there after work. But the fact that a restaurant’ will deny the bathroom to a pregnant person is a place that doesn’t need my support. I understand the restaurant is entitled to their protocol and and rules, but we work going from house to house in the community to do services for children and a bathroom is not always readily available to us. As a community we should do better to be more amable ! I hope you can be more flexible when I potential pregnant customer ask for a bathroom.

All around great place to eat. Service was impeccable and cashier/waiter was nothing but friendly/Helpful. Food was amazing and cooked with love. I was in the mood for authentic tacos. My fiancé is a burrito guy. I stopped in tonight about 6:30 and it wasn't busy, the sit down section was empty but they were doing a lot of takeout. I had a steak, chicken and pulled pork taco. They were delicious! Great flavor! A lot of filling and a freshly made corn tortilla! My fiancé loved his steak burrito, it was stuffed with deliciousness! I also ordered the cheese fries! I really enjoyed those as well. They are freshly peeled and crispy and just yummy! The young lady that took my order was very nice & pleasant. The dining area was as immaculate! The whole place was sparkling clean! We will definitely be back because I saw some smoothies others ordered for take out and they looked amazing & I must try one soon!

Food is authentic and great the service is quick super nice family owned business and the ambiance is wonderful nice and clean good music and everyone interacts with one another and the food comes out very quickly highly recommended !

This place absolutely cannot get your order correct. They keep rising the prices but the quality consistently decreases. Todays Brass City was missing the prosciutto and had the thinnest slice of chicken that was bland. Total cost $12.27 after tax.

My go to are the asada tacos and the street corn. Perfect meal! Service has always been great. Quickly becoming one of favorite places.

Ordered from Uber at work for the first time today. This is one of the best chicken cutlets I've had in a while. I got the La Cabriella Panini and it is delicious. The chicken is not too thin and not over cooked. Sometimes a sandwich with avocado may only have 1 small piece but avocado covers the whole sandwich. Will order here again very very soon! The only thing I didn't like was you can not modify your food on Uber eats. I don't like tomatoes, but had to order that exact way. Not too bit it w deal I just took them off. I can't wait to try something else from here.

My job ordered from here. I got the chipotle turkey blt panini. It was delicious. I def will be going to this place in a normal basis.

I wrote this review with great sadness. While the owner is one of the greatest people to deal with his cashier is arguably the worst. I've been going there for years and have never had an issue. Now a days though it like going on a game show and you're trying to guess what she feels like charging for the day. On Saturday a sandwich costs your $8 but on Wednesday she hits you up for 10.95. Soup one day costs $5 for a cup the next time you go in it costs $8. I understand cost of things are rising but she's been doing this for a while and today was the last straw. Great food but I don't like people robbing me when I'm hungry. Sadly I'll never be going there again.

I ordered a salad and soup through Uber eats and they did not have my soup. I called them to let them know what is the process to refund my money and the lady had an attitude. The salad is the pure spinach and one shrimp. And the pico to Gallo it's just tomatoes. What a rip off for 20 dollar spinach!

Decided to randomly go here for breakfast and I'm happy I did! I got the California breakfast wrap and a mango pineapple orange smoothie (can't remember the name!). But it was all great, tasted fresh, and im excited to go back and try out the rest of the menu! A nice switch up from a lot of the restaurants in the area.

Ok now that I created an account officially here this will be my second review! The salads are fresh and delicious and you have to try the paninis delicious! I love fresh salads and this is a great place when you're on the mood for the type of food they make!

I stop there for lunch today and I was very disappointing. Sub 1. The meatball sauce was bad, the meat taste kind of funny, not enough meat in the sub. (Don't get the meatball). Smoothie World classic strawberry bananas smoothie 1. The bananas was green, they put a lot of yogurt and oranges juice. The smoothie was super sour. 2. Strawberry Kiwi smoothie. From 5 stars I give 3 to this smoothie. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE.

TLDR: It's good. Get food. Eat it. Breakfast sandwiches here are great. The burgers are amazing - Won't get them anywhere else now. The fries are SO good. (Tip: Do not leave an order with fries waiting for pick up for long, and when you get them, open the little box to vent the steam or your fries will be soggy, and you will be so sad, and no one wants that.) Everything I have gotten here is good. The only thing I can really complain about is that the strawberry shortcake (if you order without seeing it) is NOT what I think of as strawberry shortcake. Not a sloppy hunk of cake, or a lovely biscuit floating in whipped cream and fresh strawberries - It is instead - a layer cake with a couple of strawberries in between the layers. - My berries were super sour-not in the good way. I'm willing to bet money that this is not a typical thing though, (The tomatoes we had last night were ripe and lush IN WINTER after all.) and I won't order it again because I MUCH prefer the sloppy version swimming in macerated berries, but YOU might like this version. You know how you get something really good somewhere, and then you kinnnda want to try something new on the menu but its also sort of scary when you know the ONE THING you always get is always so good? Yeah, you can try things here, and you should. On another note - the staff is great, always friendly. One morning I called in an order for breakfast sandwiches and the guy who answered was so cheerful I almost fell over.

I just ordered from here for the first time. I was happy to see they delivered to me in Naugatuck. Ordering online and paying with PayPal was easy and being able to add the tip at checkout was a great plus because my 125 lb. dog is always super excited for deliveries of any kind and it's not always easy to grab the food and sign a ticket. I was actually surprised by how fast the food arrived. The delivery person was very nice and friendly. I had the California burger that come with fries. It was cooked exactly as I ordered it. So tender. Fresh ingredients. The fries were great as well. So delicious! I ordered a steak wrap for tomorrow's lunch but I don't know if I can wait to try it. If it's as good as the burger, I won't be disappointed. I definitely recommend this place!

I have to thank my Aunt for this find up in the Town Plot section of Waterbury. Friendly greeting from the second you walk in the door and great service until you leave. The aromas are mouth watering. Home baked goods. Homemade foods. Items from the grill. Pasta salads, potato salad etc., how to decide? I went with a chicken, mozzarella, pesto and tomato which I photographed for Yelp. You should appreciate that I stopped to do this as it was enticing me from the second it landed on the table in front of me. Which by the way was not long once I place my order. You do place the order at the counter. Their friendly at that counter also ... so no worries. The panini was perfection. Succulent tomatoes, moist chicken, perfect pesto, and well I didn't even add salt. I usually add salt to salt... My aunt had a cheeseburger and fries which honestly looked good and didn't looked like a preformed frozen one. So kudos! I'd come back and recommend! Top notch for friendly service and excellent food!

First time and it was terrific. I had a steak eggs and cheese panini and I asked for something specific to make it like a Mexican sandwich and they added chipotle Mayo !!! It was a great sandwich. They have great looking desserts and fresh rolls. The rolls are as good as you can find anywhere. I'm going back !!!

I am very disappointed in my carne asada tacos. It seemed like cooked burger meat and a bit burnt. They had huge chunks of onions and huge pieces of American cheese.. which I found so weird! No cilantro as advertised on another app. When my husband ordered them, the girl taking the order didn't even know they served tacos. The only thing that saved it was the side order we made of pico de gallo and the red sauce.

Stopped in for breakfast, my first time trying this place, EXCELLENT!! Had an egg n cheese on an bagel with the Bananas Foster flavor of New England Coffee.... all DELICIOUS! The coffee and sandwich was $6 total- super reasonable prices!! Also- they have Ami's bagels...HUGE plus-I love local businesses supporting each other like that! Stopped in on a whim because the Dunkin donuts line was too long, I'll be coming here instead of DD from now on... faster service than waiting in those AM D&D lines, better food, and great prices!!

It's true to its name. A sweet spot with good fresh made food and wonderful servers. Rocky the owner is the kindest man. Really quaint place in the neighborhood.

Nice place. The family that runs the place is super friendly. Large selection of food. Prices seem fair. They got all kinds of sweets to try. We had Egg sandwich with bacon on roll. Tasty. Comes with double egg which is nice. Love how cheesy it is. Toasted up on a Portuguese Roll. Great breakfast sandwich at fair price. The burgers looks really good I haven't tried yet but definitely will next time. The chicken, and rice all looks soo good. Glad it's close by because we will be trying it all. Great place if your in the area.

This place is INCREDIBLE! The service is timely, they're all very friendly, atmosphere is cozy and filled with a near overwhelming amount of tasty options. I've had a steak panini (probably best I've ever had) and Blue Dream Wrap which almost made me start crying because of how good it taste. I literally couldn't eat it without moaning after each bite. I don't know of another place like this in Waterbury or really anywhere else in CT. I have yet to try there other tantalizing options but I can promise this will be a regular spot for me. In fact I just ordered a buffalo chicken wrap so this concludes my review. Consider trying this place over Nardellis or many of the other SUBPAR delicatessen options we have here in Waterbury.

Bigger, Better, Fresh & Tasty Sweet Bella's started out in a small store front on Highland Ave. across from Mount Carmel Church in the Town Plot section of Waterbury. The menu was limited due to the size of the space. When the building became available that Subway occupied on the corner of Highland Ave and Bradley Ave, the owner of Sweet Bella's took it over and began a major renovation. The restaurant looks great. It's very clean and organized. The family is super friendly and the food is excellent. I've only been there twice so far, but what I've had was great. The first time I had the Chicken Santore sandwich. Chicken cutlets, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, melted provolone, and honey mustard. Fantastic sandwich ! Last Saturday I stopped in again for breakfast. I had the Southwest Breakfast Burrito. Scrambled eggs, sausage, grilled peppers, grilled onions, and cheese on a sundried tomato wrap and heated through on a panini press. Such a nice change from a typical boring breakfast sandwich. This burrito has great bold flavors, which I love. Freshly made and very tasty. They offer many different items on the menu such as hot and cold sandwiches and grinders, paninis, wraps, soups, salads, stuffed breads, breakfast sandwiches, coffees, teas, and pastries. They also have daily specials.

Recommend by coworkers about sweet Bella sandwich. I ordered the brass city panini, it was missing two of the toppings. When going back to the restaurant to see about adding roasted peppers and pesto. The lady owner appeared to be upset that I came back to correct my sandwich. The man whom made the sandwich stated I ordered the chicken flat. Looking at the menu i assume he was talking about the chicken flag. As for my co workers explained to the lady owner about how they waited on the phone to place our order and was forgotten. In which they ordered the same La Gabriella paninis one without tomato. As my co workers explained what was missing from their panini the owner lady was very defensive but was not yelling or raising her tone. For the male owner he presented in a aggressive manor. Asking my co workers if they are still complaining as he is correcting and making one panini, one sub and a wrap. The Lady owner offered to give back our money and added to give a free drink or dessert. My coworkers said they will still pay and take a drink. I should have gotten my money back because the wrap was not that great it was very greasy and cold. I do not recommend eating at Sweet Bella if your on a lunch break.

They're smoothies are amazing!!!! Also the fruit salad and veggie paninis!! I ordered to my hotel room and it got there in a gif!

Cuban panini tasted great even if it was light on the pork. Staff was great. I will try then again.

Swung by this place a few days ago and got two sandwiches to go. Both were good and I've only given 4 stars because one sandwich was not made how the sign read. There was spinach where it should have been arugula and unfortunately I only like my spinach cooked not raw and therefore had to pick it off the sandwich. Also I love arugula and found that the substitute had really let me down. Staff is very nice and I do look forward to trying some of their other menu items.

Friendly, simple place. Nothing fancy, but good food in a low-key setting. They have three picnic tables in a parking lot, plus a set of formica tables inside. The menu is simple: sandwiches, hot food, salads, smoothies -- all ordered from a counter. Service is not super-fast: the staff can get a bit overwhelmed. But they are warm and friendly and the food is very good.

I have used Sweet Bellas a few times now for catering breakfasts & lunches. They are amazing!!! From customer service to presentation, I am so pleased and will continue to give them my business. Thank you & keep doing what you DO!!!

The people working there were nice but they did not know how make smoothies. They used the orange juice from concentrate so the smoothie just has that astringent taste. We only got smoothies so I cannot speak for the food.

I usually make my own lunch during the week but on days that I don't get to this is my Go To place with out a doubt!! I've been going there for about 8 months and have yet to be disappointed, I've tried a few wraps, paninis, salads, and just tried their home cooking last week it's all so delicious! The owners are the sweetest people, I'm always greeted with smiles everytime I walk in. If you haven't tried it yet, you must!

My boyfriend and I go here all the time. He loves the chicken and rice they have. They have so many options there and the staff is always SO friendly. There grinders are HUGE, they are not stingy with the meat at all. Definitely a must try, looks a little deceiving on the outside but trust me the food is great!

Great Greek wrap and hubby had sausage and pepper grinder that was also out of this world. This was our first time here but will not be the last!

This place is absolutely amazing. I order from here weekly and they always get the order correct. I usually ask them to leave off one or two of the ingredients, and they get it right every time. I was driving through the area and thought I'd stop to give them a try. Such a clean restaurant, you can tell all the food is fresh. The staff was friendly. Portions were big and tasted great.

Love this place, everyday before school I would stop on and get breakfast when they used to be located in front of mount caramel church. And since then the menu has expanded and the food is always good !

Food is delicious and made quickly. Most of the staff is very friendly, except for one girl who argued with me after she rang up my order wrong and overcharged me. Maybe keep her behind the scenes. Otherwise, love this place!

Just had the worst experience. I ordered an Italian combo sub and it literally was filled with JUST veggies. I called up and was told by the ignorant cook that if I wanted more meat I should have asked for more. Rude is an understatement.

Best restaurant for healthy foods, sweet treats and recovery meals after a workout including a great staff of workers who are quick with your order and great you with a smile and a light conversation.

All I can say is WOW! The service was great The cannolis was amazing and the chipotle chicken pasta was a gift from the food Gods. I just happen to make a wrong turn on a work trip and fell into this little slice of heaven called Sweet Bella's. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a great affordable bite to eat with a luxurious taste.

What a wonderful hamburger. I ordered on grub hub some sandwiches that I will have later, but I'm so impressed with the burger and fries I wanted to write about it immediately. It was a wonderful home style burger and the bella version. Delicious, wonderful wonderful burger. Fries are the kind I like, thick rather than the cruddy McDonald's kind. I complimented the chef, just talked to him, nice guy. Wonderful, I will order more in the future. Not cheap, but really very good, even better than G's Burgers in Watertown. Way to go!

Went in for lunch and they have a wide selection of sandwiches, meals, salad, etc. Fast service for lunch time. Had the La Gabriella Panini it was delicious. Took home a huge chocolate chip cookie and coffee all for around $10. It was well worth it definitely going back.

I'm Highly Dissapointed ! i told the new guy i wanted NO ONIONS on my sandwich because i am ALLERGIC to Onions. I went back home to eat my sandwich & when i opened it , THERE WAS ONIONS !!!! i couldn't even go back because i would've been late to work. You just lost a customer .
