El Bagel

First time at El Bagel and it was definitely worth it. We got the Pastrami Classico - thinly sliced hot pastrami with coleslaw and sauce, which was terrific. We also ordered the Lox Supreme which is served open-faced. We tried the hash browns which were thin, delicious, and crispy. The coffee was also good, and the service fast and courteous. I can definitely see why there's always a huge line here. Speaking of - scan the QR code on the El Bagel tables, or in front of the line, to order ahead!

A BEC(bacon 🥓, egg 🥚 and Cheese 🧀) with America are good harmony. This food court the vibe is luxurious.

Came here because it was the only one opened early beside the cafe. My kids were hungry so they inhaled the BLT- not the usual one. It was a lot of roughly chopped bacon with lettuce and arugula, pickled mustard seeds and tomato paste. Bagels have a great crust that won’t break your teeth and airy/light. Matzo ball soup was great! Price is not cheapest.

If you see a long line, don't order here. It's been forty minutes and I have still not received my order of two bagels. The crowd waiting for orders keeps growing. Edit: It's been over fifty minutes. A manager took my receipt and said they're working on it, but still no food... Edit 2: Finally... 55 minutes later, I got my food. At least it was delicious. Edit 3: The manager later came by and apologized for the wait and said he'll refund our order. So that's good. I've updated my overall rating from 1-start to 3-stars. Edit 4: I have not received a refund. I am returning my review to 1-star. Edit 5: In response to response: How do I send you a DM? As far as I can tell, I do not have the ability to send you a direct message on Google Maps. Edit 6: Received a phone call from El Bagel today (8/6/24) and received a refund for my order. I'm updating my review (again) to 3-stars for making it right.

Really not a formal sit-down restaurant more eat to go. Food Prices are very typical for the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas. I've added a picture of the menu. Again the bagels are pricey but they are very good and they have no cups for just water. You have to buy a bottle of water for $7 but again that's typical for Vegas now.

Tried all 4 of the different bagels that my table ordered, and was delighted with all the delicious bagels we got. The line could get long if you get there too late in the morning. But definitely worth the wait.

I had the worst breakfast sandwich here - “The Standard.” The brioche was dried out and the eggs were nearly hard boiled. This made it very difficult to eat (so dry all around). I ended throwing away the bread and trying to just the inside (and threw away about a third of that as well). The cheese tasted like store bought processed American cheese that comes individually wrapped. My family got bagel sandwiches - they were good but not great. I wouldn’t go here again.

My wife & I ate bagels here two days in a row while staying at Fontainebleau back on October 3-4, 2025. Since the line to order was quite long, we used mobile ordering. It was quite easy to use and the QR codes are easily found around the areas in front of the shop. We both agreed that these bagels are some of the very best bagels we've ever had. They seriously rival the bagels we had earlier in the year when we visited New York City! The bagels were perfectly toasted, and the textures were chewy, fluffy, and not dry. The insides for both our sandwiches were very good, too. Needless to say, we will most definitely be back here for breakfast next time we're visiting Vegas!

I saw some reviews saying this is as good as east coast bagels and that is simply not true. While its a great value and variety of bagels, it is still a food court bagel! I tried the lox bagel and it had tons of salmon, dill, capers. It was pretty good but still a far gap compared east coast. The bagel itself did not taste and feel freshly baked. The everything season also did not stand out as much. The bacon bagel was way too greasy and the pickled jalapeno was not pickled!

WHOA. I had possibly one of the most unique bagels I've ever had at this spot: the King Guava. It had a fried egg, plain cream cheese, guava marmalade and potato sticks, all sandwiched in a plain bagel. The potato sticks reminded me of the Pik-Nik brand that I used to snack on as a child. The mixture of sweet and salty works! It was a good brunch with my boyfriend, who ordered the Lox Supreme. It's served open face and was what I expected out of a lox. Appreciated the thick layer of cream cheese, which wasn't as thick in my King Guava. We came here in mid-November on our last day in Vegas. It was busy for a Tuesday at 11 a.m. Seemed like the food court in general was busy with folks attending a conference in town. As with other options in this fancy food court, it was pricey, so might as well go for a unique offering like the King Guava!

They sell a $130 bagel! Yes, it's covered with osetra caviar but my goodness! Vegas is too funny! I came here for a morning meeting a few weeks ago since a colleague was in town and staying on property. This bagel spot is located in the food hall and is very spacious and clean. Very expensive but it's standard for anything on the strip. Will the bagels blow you away? Most likely not, but they are good bagels. They are hand rolled and fresh. I chose some scallion cream cheese on an everything bagel and it was tasty. I also ordered a hazelnut latte that was pretty good. The seats here are very cushioned which was great for sitting a long period of time. It's a great addition to the hotel for a casual and delicious breakfast option.

The bagel shop inside the Fontainebleau food court really hit the spot. The bagels were fluffy and generously loaded with cream cheese. There was a long line, but it moved fairly quickly, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Really enjoyed our bagel sandwiches here during our stay at the Fontainebleau. It felt reasonably priced and flavors were great.

Was in a long line but service was quick. Sadly they only had sesame, cinnamon raisin or plain bagels. My sandwich was good. Could have had a little bit more pastrami on it. Coffee is a tab burnt tasting. But all in all still good spot.

Not bad for a hotel food court bagel breakfast sandwich. I wish it was more flavorful, but I did appreciate the sausage portion. Average breakfast bagel at Vegas pricing, I'd say.

Seriously one of the best bagels you will ever have! Lox bagel plate is amazing! If you are in Fontainebleau Vegas it's a must try! Go!

So these were some of the best bagels I have had and I am from NYC! And NYC is known to have amazing bagels. These were top 3 for me!! I had the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich both mornings I was in town. WOW delicious! Best place to go for breakfast if you are in this hotel as it is located in the FONTAINEBLEAU resort. Some of the nicest people work here too. It can get busy and be a bit slow so either go early or have patience. There are many tables around the bagel booth as well to enjoy these delicious bagels.

really glad i went with the pastrami egg and cheese out of all the options, on a sesame bagel. i liked the texture of the bagel and the pastrami was great.

Pricey, but worth it! The lox supreme is extremely bright and fresh with lots of salmon on top. The pickled onions and cucumbers add a great crunch and slight acidic punch. The BLT is also delicious - a great option for a lighter breakfast with the fresh lettuce and tomato and the amazing creamy avocado aioli. The BEC and PEC are more standard breakfast sandwiches, but I will say the egg is cooked to perfection! It was light and almost fluffy. The PEC leans towards the salty side a bit. The staff were great! We received the wrong item and they immediately made us the correct one on the spot.

Great spot on the strip for some good bagels. Located inside the Fontainebleau hotel, it's a nice spot with a lot of great seating options. The bagels tasted fresh and the smoked salmon was perfect.

We placed a mobile order so we didn't have to stand in line. We received food in about 15 minutes. They were busy. We got 3 sandwiches when we only ordered 2. And still had to go to counter again to ask for our coffee and bottle water. The bagels were very good and the coffee was strong.

Long line for a bagel place in the hotel. Coffee was really good and it's a casual grab and go. I thought the bagel was more like bread but I thought my sandwich was delicious. My boyfriends sandwich unfortunately fell apart and he said it lacked in flavor

Located in the Promenade area of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, El Bagel was alright. This place was very limited in its selection of bagels. I was disappointed in that my bagel wasn't very good as I was really looking forward to a tasty bagel. Essentially, I just ordered at the counter and retrieved my order when it was ready. Since I also ordered coffee, that was given to be separately at another station. The price of the bagel and coffee was not worth the cost.

El Bagel is one of the food court options available in Fontainebleau Hotel; unassuming in appearance but made a surprisingly good bagel sandwich. We had the King Guava and Lox Supreme both on the everything bagel. King Guava (4/5) was a unique breakfast sandwich with egg, cream cheese, potato, and guava. A semi sweet brekky harmony, I wished I tasted the guava more. Lox Supreme (5/5) was refreshing with pickled cucumbers and onions paired with the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and capers. A classic rendition of the lox bagel, done well. I usually don't have high expectations from any food court establishment BUT was pleasantly surprised with El Bagel. It was worth the visit and wouldn't mind having it again!

If you are looking for a quick and somewhat reasonably priced breakfast in the Fountainbleau, El Bagel is a great choice. I tried the King Guava bagel sandwich, and it had a great sweet and salty flavor. The coffee is pretty good too. Service was quick as well. It's a nice option among the more expensive restaurants in the hotel.

It's Las Vegas on the strip and this is a restaurant in the Fontainebleau Hotel Promenade food court. Prices are going to be pricey, but at least El Bagel is delicious and filling. Standard bagel sandwich was very good--ooey, gooey, cheesy, and a lot of meat. Bagel cooked to perfection.

Popped into this place on our way to the airport for breakfast. The pictures of the bagels looked soooo good. And I must say the photos live up to the hype! I had the bagel with potato sticks and the guava jam on a everything bagel. Perfectly salty/sweet with the crunchy texture and absolutely covered in everything seeds. I only wish I could have had more of this. I would've really liked to see a veggie sausage patty option.

Great breakfast option in Fountainbleau hotel. Quick service early in the morning. My first visit I went around 8AM and was able to order and get food within 15 minutes. The lox and bagel was awesome, love the sweet/ sour pickles they put on top. Portion size was huge and its an open faced bagel. Next day I got the BEC, bacon egg and cheese which hit the spot. Like that they use a fried egg vs. scrambled. It's not a dry bagel but nice a creamy.

The place is located inside the Fontainebleau hotel. Honestly I wasn't expecting much as I feel some of the places inside hotels are marked up and gimmicky. But this place's bagels were stuffed and tasty. I didn't think the price point was too bad for most of the items. The lox were on the pricier side at $20, but the portion was very generous and filling. Pickled onions, cucumbers, capers and smoked salmon on what ever bagel type you choose. Generous amounts of salmon and cream cheese. Would come back again for brekky or fast and easy brunch. Also highly recommend the egg sando bagel with guava. Cheaper but also very tasty and filling as well!

We recently stayed at Fontainebleau and was in need of a quick breakfast and came across el bagel as we walked through the promenade. Glad we found it. I ended up ordering the EB Original. Cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon.. mmm. I got it on a sesame bagel and it was just so delicious. The jalapenos were big and spicy. The bagels were fresh and the dough was just right. We also tried the standard egg bagel. Can't go wrong with egg, cheese and bacon. The line wasn't too bad, but we still waited about 10 min before we got our food. The place is in an open area and there is plenty of seating.

This is a new spot in Vegas. In this casino has a food court and not your routine food court of chain restaurants. It has several option and el bagel is one of them. We want a breakfast items and we decided to stop here. I got the EB. The roasted pepper, thick bacon, and excellent cream cheese made this an amazing sandwich. The bagel itself was chewy just like you'd want it. And it was big so if you aren't that hungry go ahead and share. We also had the hash browns and it was very thin and crunchy. Very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone Loki g for a good bagel spot.

Very convenient if you're staying in the Fontainebleau as it's in their food court area. Always a line early in the morning. I took a star off because it's very pricey, $60 for two bagels and two ojs, plus bagels are a bit chewy so always get it toasted. I got the lox bagel and it was very good, all the veggies are thinly sliced so they stay on when you're eating and you're able to customized the bagel sandwiches and add shmear to the egg sandwiches. My fiancé always opts for scrambled eggs on his and they happily accommodate. Always a decent quick breakfast stop if you're in the area.

I had a bagel with cream cheese onion and cucumber and it was magnificent. This place had a long line but so t worry they get through it fast!

Food was simple but tasty, the service was typical take your order and move on the next patron. Fast casual spot with nice dinning chairs. They do make their bagels from scratch, they were good!

El Bagel is delicious, and they really know how to respect the smear. The bagels are fresh, chewy, and loaded with flavor. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great bagel spot.

We were not staying at the Fountainbleu, but wanted a great breakfast, so we took a cab. If I was just basing this review on the lox supreme, this would be a five star review. Not only was that bagel delicious it was artfully created, too. (Lox Sandwich $18) Unfortunately, the pastrami, egg, and cheese bagel left a lot to be desired. The pastrami tasted delicious, but was a very small amount. The cheese was not melted at all. When I asked if they could melt the cheese, they looked at me like I was asking too much and said that is how it is. Based on that, I would not order that again. That sandwich was $19 with the upcharge. This restaurant is located in the promenade. Loved the cute decor, but would try another option for breakfast next time. We expect Vegas strip pricing, but have many options for great food.

Bagel shop inside the hotel. It's a really long walk from rooms to the food court ( not the restaurant's fault). Small selection of bagels, no blueberry or fruit. Bagels were good, sandwiches were good and service was fast. Overpriced

This place was awesome! Big bagel sandwiches with so much flavor and not an outrageous price, especially for Vegas. I had the sausage, egg and cheese and it was extremely good, especially with a little hot sauce and my girlfriend had the King Guava, which I was jealous I did get. That sweet/salty/crunchy aspect to it was next level. Highly recommend trying this place next time you're here!

Thank baby Jesus this place was open the morning of Christmas Eve. After some not so careful planning, the wait times for everywhere felt ridiculously long if you were hungry. I just wanted a quick bite before taking my kids ice skating, and this place was open and serving some delicious options. We ordered the BET and the BLT. I must say, the BLT was good, the brined mustard seeds were a nice touch. The coffee was meh, like find a Starbucks and grab a coffee there... but the bagel sandwiches were where it's at.

El Bagel is located in the Promenade of the Fontainebleau. It's a small casual food stand that hand rolls their own bagels. They serve breakfast and lunch. We came at 11:00 and they were already sold out of most of their bagels. They only had plain and salt bagels left. We shared part of a lox supreme (open-faced) and part of a pastrami classico. I was surprised that both sandwiches were served on untoasted bagels. Doesn't everybody out there toast them? The better of the two was the pastrami bagel. The meat was fresh, moist, and tender. It was smoky but lacked those east coast seasonings that I am used too. It was good but didn't taste like pastrami from the tri state area. My favorite part of the lox bagel sandwich were the incredibly fresh cucumbers. They really were the most delicious cucumbers that I tasted in a very long time. The cream cheese on this bagel seemed thin and watery. I really didn't like the pickled onions because they seemed more sweet than pickled...Maybe that made the lox seem ever so slightly fishy. I thought this sandwich would also taste better it it had more than a microscopic amount of fresh dill on it.

$28 for a Lox Bagel & Orange Juice - and it took a good 20 minutes to receive. Served open-faced, it was almost impossible to eat without food going everywhere. Not a good look in a nice suit. Yes, it was tasty. But way overpriced for what it is. I'm a local who really likes Fontainebleau. - But these prices - along with the newly reduced free parking hours - assures that I'll be looking for lunch somewhere else.

A solid breakfast option in the hotel, however, the line was pretty long, probably waited 20 minutes at least since it's the only fast casual option in the hotel. Once you order at the counter, the food took probably 10 minutes to come out. I got the avo spesh and added egg for some extra protein. It was VERY good. They loaded it was veggies and the cream cheese added the tangy creaminess that complimented it very well. And of course the everything bagel was very good! Great spot if you have the time.

Everything about the Promenade at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas is pretty decent - there's a decent variety of seating, it's cleaned like crazy and it's just comfortable. There's a decent selection of eats. (The music is perhaps too loud and too - lowbrow, but what are you gonna do?) But El Bagel? Well, no one seems like they're in a hurry to take your order, but when they do, they're super nice. And no one behind the counter seems to be hustling, but somehow they crank the food out a lot faster than you'd expect. Great, right? If only the eats were better. The $15 everything bagel with pastrami and egg was . . . fine. The bagel was actually pretty good . . . but not great. (Great coverage of somehow tame-tasting toppings, not enough tear (are these even boiled?), okay flavor for the bread itself.) The pastrami was - blah. The eggs were eggs. The cheese was the same American cheese you have at home - nothing wrong with that. It wasn't particularly large. Or tasty. Fine, it was all fine. Was it $15-plus-tip-fine? Well, it's 2024 and we've been printing money like it's going out of style, so I guess so . . . but, it wasn't anything beyond just kinda okay. The $6 bagel-with-cream-cheese actually is a solidly good deal, but you had better remember to ask them to toast it and cut it in half if that's how you want it. We went by twice, and it's good. Could be better, but it's good.

I was staying at Fontainebleau and came to have breakfast here daily. I'm from New York, and one of our breakfast staples is bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. When I tell you I had the best Bacon, egg, and cheese on a brioche bun ever in my life. The bread was toasted to perfection, the egg perfectly cooked, the bacon crispy, and the cheese the perfect melt. I was very impressedI tried the bagels the other day, very filling, and they have a guava marmalade that pairs well with the cream cheese on an everything bagel. Some may find the prices a bit too high, but it's pretty standard to be located inside the hotel.

Delicious and quick, bagel was big enough to justify the cost, made a great lunch. Will plan on stopping here during the next trip

Rolled through and tried the pastrami bagel and a classic cream cheese bagel (with extra cream cheese, obviously), and both were solid. The pastrami was stacked thick, had that salty-smoky balance, and was paired right with the slaw and cheese. The bagel itself? Good structure, nice chew -- didn't fall apart or get soggy halfway through. That cream cheese bagel hit the spot too -- simple but satisfying, and they didn't hold back on the spread, which I respect. The guy at the register was soft spoken and sweet -- just real chill energy. Rest of the staff looked like they actually wanted to be there, which made the vibe even better. Everyone moved fast but stayed friendly, even with people flowing in. It's easy to see why there's sometimes a line here. The food is fresh, the vibe is warm, and it doesn't feel like some rushed-through hotel food stall. It feels personal. It's giving: New York soul with Fontainebleau polish. Definitely recommend. This one's got that "start your day right" energy.

This place is located inside the food court at the Fountainbleau Hotel. Everything at this hotel tends to be quite pricey, and this place is no exception. On the other hand, this is probably the most economical place in the entire hotel to have something to eat for breakfast without paying an arm and a leg. I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese which goes for $6, which I didn't think was really all that big of a deal. It tasted fine. They also have various more expensive sandwiches available, all of which looked very nice.

I ordered a gluten-free bagel, and it was completely burned--black on the inside. I can't think of any excuse for how this could have been missed, especially since butter was added on top. There is a no way a staff can miss it. A tip for everyone: open your bagel and check before eating it. It is still tasty bagel and everyone makes a mistake. I noticed after eating most of the burned bagel which made me more disappointed A tip for the Mgnt: please let the employees to know that it is not worth to cover the mistakes. Just do the quality check and fix it before it gets to the customers. Attaching a picture in case anyone thinks I am exaggerating. Also, noticed the mgmt didn't leave a note with the hotel front desk as promised. I found out while I was checking out. To business after having a direct messaging: All I want is the truth, yet your team continues to provide misleading information regarding both the hotel and the bagel shop. If you haven't noticed, I am not concerned about compensation; I just want transparency. Your action makes me think that giving the burned bagel like the image was intentional.

Delish! Super bright modern space with plenty of seating. Staff is incredible! They were slammed and we still got our food in barely 5 min. I got the EB original bagel with bacon, jalapeños, and scallion cream cheese. 10/10 would eat here every morning if I could.

Thank you El Bagel for a delicious breakfast that awakened my bagel obsession once again. I used to be a bagel freak back when I was a teenager, that faded away somehow during my adulting. Trying out this bagel sandwich brought back so much memories and nostalgia that I almost cried haha... Back then my go to order was plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, so basic, I know. This time since all the options on the menu sounded so good and interesting I decided to order something riskier. I had an everything bagel sandwich (BEC) with bacon, egg and cheese and also ordered the half open Lox Supreme to try it out. Both were equally amazing and different at the same time. The BEC fluffy eggs, with the melted American cheese and the crunchy bacon was the perfect combo!!!! So delightful. On the order hand the Lox Supreme had great quality products that combined created a BOMB of flavors. El Bagel is located in the Fontainebleau Hotel promenade (food court) that right now could be one of the best, if not THE best promenade in Vegas, with top quality vendor options and squeaky clean seating area. The place might be a little pricey but in my opinion is totally worth it. I left satisfied and happy!

Best breakfast bagel sandwich! It had bacon fried eggs and cheese on an everything bagel, sooooo good! Coffee was good too they use Colombo grinds and offer oat milk, half and half and regular milk for you to choose from.

Inside the fountainblue food court there's some serious competition for Siegel's bagel mania a block away because the lox bagel is the best in Las Vegas. It's expensive! Just like everything else in this hotel it's not cheap but it's amazing and presentation is outstanding. The bagel itself is far superior to the ones at bagelmania. However even the presentation was nice, there was way too much cream cheese on it. The advantage of bagelmania is you buy your ingredients separately and then make it yourself. But the bun is the best here.

We ate at El Bagel for breakfast while staying at Fountainbleu. Would definitely recommend this place which is located in the food court. You can order directly from your phone and they text you when your order is ready. The bagels were legit and I had the EB original sandwich and my husband had the king guava. Both were excellent on everything bagels!! For some reason I missed the lox sandwich which I want to try next time (usually my go to) - maybe it was unavailable? Anyway the coffee was also good- for two bagel sandwiches, 2 coffees, and tip it was $50. The ambiance kind of feels like an upscale mall food court but we enjoyed the music and it wasn't super crowded. Would definitely return for quick casual breakfast or brunch.

Stayed and Fontainebleau and came to the Promenade for breakfast. It's a nice, upscale food court. There's a couple of shops in there, Burger, Pizza, Taco, Bagel and a Coffee Shop. We opted for El Bagel and got a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel, it was delicious. Maybe the best bagel I've ever had.

The prices are stupid expense for what you get. I ordered a pastrami classic bagel. I requested to please cut it on 1/2. The bagel was burned inside and they only put one small slice of pastrami. This was just not acceptable. They charge $18 for this. The service is not that good. If you are inside a hotel like the Fontainebleau you respect quality food and quality service. Not in this restaurant. Don't go there .

So far, Fontainebleau gets awarded best food court in Vegas. This bagel shop was insanely good, like a NY bagel in a Vegas food court good. Originally hailed in Miami, which whyyyy, this place is hands down THE BEST bagel in Vegas. The lox is great quality, but the bagel alone was chef's kiss. For ~$20, that's a pretty good deal for Vegas.
