Rowdy Mexican Chain Pink Taco Opens in Navy Yard | Eater DC

"Across the street, I noted color-soaked El Bebe, which offers a similar Mexican- and tequila-driven menu to what Pink Taco is bringing to Navy Yard." - Tierney Plumb

Navy Yard Taco Spot Él Bebe Is Expanding to Tysons Corner | Eater DC

"Set amid trippy graffiti in Navy Yard, this taco and tequila bar is opening a second location in The Boro in Tysons Corner; the original Él Bebe opened in February as part of a two-piece complex that included MHG’s flagship bistro, Circa. The menu features a mezcal paloma that smokes with dry ice and Mexican bar snacks such as open-faced tamales and chipotle chicken nachos, alongside dips, salads, burritos, and enchiladas, and tacos including soy-glazed pork belly and beer-battered cauliflower." - Gabe Hiatt

D.C.’s Essential Margaritas | Eater DC

"The team behind Circa restaurants opened El Bebe this spring with inspiration from the taquerias and bars of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The bar churns frozen margaritas in flavors like classic, prickly pear, hibiscus and strawberry that’ll cut through the D.C. heat. People who prefer theirs on the rocks can explore variations with strawberry jalapeno, blackberry, and a cucumber-lime combination. Any of them can be topped with a liqueur or a Cognac floater for a small fee." - Travis Mitchell

Google
This is the first time I have been to the place, interior is nicely decorated and airy and bright. We enjoyed the food very much, tasty, fresh and generous portion. The server is very attentive and came to check on us three four times. One small thing:I asked to swap the shrimp in the shrimp salad ($17) to carne asada, only until much later I saw on the bill that they charged me $34, which is the price of two without telling me in advance. I thought swapping protein was rather normal and I wouldn’t mind owing extra but double charge seems a bit steep. Follow up: when we went the second time and mentioned this , the manager was very friendly and apologized for the double charge and said it’s a mistake and refunded us right away, thank you!

Google
Gave this place a shot based on extensive positive reviews and was not disappointed. It’s restaurant week but the happy hour deals were so good we just ate and drank at the bar. The spicy Margarita was made perfectly by Doug at the bar and his level of attention to detail and the customer experience were top notch. Will definitely return.

Google
El Bebe restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. The tacos were truly a highlight—flavorful, well-prepared, and deliciously satisfying. Each bite showcased fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. One area for improvement, in my opinion, is the salsa. The flavors were quite different from what I expected, and there’s room to refine it for a more balanced and complementary taste. Overall, El Bebe is a beautiful place to enjoy great food and a warm ambiance.

Google
Had a solid night at El Bebe McLean with my cousins, and this spot delivered. Pulled up early, grabbed a seat at the bar, and was greeted by Alex, who made sure everything was on point from start to finish. Started with a Maple Old Fashioned, smooth and well-balanced, alongside their Mexican Street Corn Dip, which had just the right kick. Once everyone arrived, we went all in— Mango Habanero Wings (sweet, spicy, and addictive), a Carnitas Burrito packed with flavor, a sizzling Chicken & Steak Fajita platter, and their Chicken Mole, which was rich, deep, and legit comforting. The drinks were on point, the food was flavorful, and the service was excellent. This place is definitely worth a visit for tacos, tequila, and a solid night out. Can’t wait to come back!

Google
Overall, I would say that the food was above average, and the items were satisfying, and the size of the portions for what you pay for where acceptable. I would definitely try again but for the area and what it is, it is very good and I feel as if it is worth a shot to try different things on the menu . I got a ground beef bowl and the portions of it seem to be very good and there was plenty of protein . The chips and salsa that they give you before your mail are so so and average . Overall, I really have no issues with the food service or cleanliness of the venue . I will be trying this again the next time I am in the area !

Google
I had such a great experience at El Bebe! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Every bite was a reminder of why this spot is such a gem. What really made the visit even better was the service. The manager, Kirby, was outstanding! He was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure guests were enjoying their time. It’s rare to come across someone who not only manages but also sets the tone for a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Between the amazing food and the top-notch service, El Bebe is definitely a place I’ll be recommending to family and friends. Can’t wait to come back!

Google
We went in for brunch and the food was surprisingly good, every single thing we ordered was amazing. The only exception was the brunch mimosas which were lackluster in comparison. We switched to frsa jalapeno margaritas which were also really good!! Definitely recommend.

Google
I went for the soft opening, and it was fantastic. The food is absolutely delicious, and the presentation is great (see photos). Also, the Tequila Old Fashioned is one of my favorite cocktails in the DC area now. In short. Food 5/5, ambience 5/5, drinks 5/5. Will be going back!

Yelp
Food: 3.5/5 Pricing: 2/5 Service: 2/5 Location: 3/5 I've came here a few times thanks to some gift cards but if it wasn't for that I would not come back. Portion sizes are very small and prices are very high. I've tried their chicken, shrimp, and carne asada fajitas. Flavor of the meat was good but man are the portion sizes crazy small. The size rice, beans, guac, cheese, tomatoes was so little. You also only get 4 small sized tortillas. Also tried their tacos. Hard pass. Again very small portions and the flavors were very muted. The meats were also overcooked when I had them. I had carne asada, carnitas (pork), and chicken. The highlight is probably just their chips, which are free when you eat in but cost $3 if you order them to go. Service is hit or miss. At the bar you will likely get ignored when you first walk in. They have a separate fajita menu that sometimes the server will not give you for some reason and I had to ask for it. Then depending on the server they could either be checking on you too much or completely ignoring you that you have to wave to flag them down. It took literally 20 min just for someone to close out my check. This is located in the Boro so you do get free 2 hour parking in the garage without validation on weekends and after certain hours on weekdays. So expect some foot travel time from your parking spot to the restaurant. If you want good tex-mex with decent size, go to Rango's, which is less than 2 miles away.

Yelp
I had a wonderful experience with my family. The food was great ... and the service was better! We ordered a variety of plates to share among us. All the food was fantastic! The meats were flavorful and tender. And all the sides were tasty as well. We look forward to returning.

Yelp
We love the Circa in DC so we were excited to pop into El Bebe for some post movie margaritas and dinner. The Good: Ambiance: Buzzy and cute Salsa: Rich, smoky flavor that did not feel watered down at all Dip Trio: We loved the fresh guac, street corn dip. and queso that had just a hint of spice. All in all, we felt like we were set up for a good night with these starters. The Meh: As others have mentioned, portions are really small. We ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas for two and when it came out, I convinced myself that our server must have heard us wrong because the portion was definitely equivalent to what I would receive for one person at other comparable restaurants in the area. To add insult to injury, the steak was overcooked and the tortillas were hard. Margaritas were super watered down. Service was also a bit brusque. We probably won't be back.

Yelp
Came here with a few friends for the happy hour. Pretty good deals for food and drink. The margaritas were really good. Their quesadilla was OK but the tacos are delicious. Also, the service was actually everyone was very friendly.

Yelp
Went for dinner on a Saturday evening. It was pretty late, like 8:30pm. I called and they said they were still serving food so I went ahead in. The restaurant was pretty empty and when I asked the hostess she said it was Fourth of July weekend and people were out of town. I chose to sit outside because it was a really cool and not humid evening. No one else was outside which I found strange since it seemed like the A/C was broken inside. I placed my order and asked if chips and salsa were complimentary. My server said no, but I was pleasantly surprised when she brought some out to me. I guess since they were so close to closing they decided to treat me. And I'm glad they did because the chips were fire! Just the right amount of salt. For my entree I had the steak and shrimp fajitas. So good! I was full but not overly stuffed. It was all delicious.

Yelp
This spot is good, again, not going to say it's in my top 5 Tex Mex spots within the DMV, but overall there's not a ton of menu items, which means they can do really well on a small selection of items. The enchiladas here are pretty good as well as the tortas. Honestly the pancito for the tortas are a little too fancy to my liking, let me just get that bolillo with frijoles, aguacate, carne, salsa and queso. But the tortas are good.

Yelp
I've been here a couple times Food (5/5): happy hour pricing is at the table! Woo Hoo! Specials on drinks and food! Service: (5/5): Awesome server. Ambiance (4/5): It was busy on a Tuesday night for dinner. Also, at 3pm on a Saturday it was nice. Annoying rap music gets a star deducted.

Yelp
Vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant (reasonably priced) with delicious Salsa, Veggie Fajitas, Passion Fruit Margaritas! It's similar to Guapos and Uncle Julio's and better/cheaper than Mi Vida and Ometeo up the road in Tyson's. Hubby and I really dug into the cilantro Verde Salsa with a spicy kick served with salty tortilla chips. It's nice to have the option for a cup or bowl of Guac or Salsa. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the Salsa more than the Guacamole. Note the refill of chips is free (but not the salsa/guac). The Guac and Queso are a bit pricey. The sizzling Veggie Fajitas hit the spot with grilled mushrooms, peppers, and onions served with 4 flour tortillas and the typical fixings - black beans, Mexican rice, chihuahua cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guac. It would have been nice to have the option of corn tortillas. The Eggplant Milanese Torta sandwich (served only during the lunch menu) was okay. While the fried eggplant cutlet was crispy stuffed inside fluffy Ciabatta bread, the sandwich was quite dry. The cabbage, pickled onion, and cotija cheese didn't pair that well with the eggplant and failed to elevate the flavor. I spread some guacamole on the sandwich and tasted so much better! The Kids Meal is great and our son enjoyed the cheese quesadilla. The 4 Yucca Fries were fun to try, they were quite dense and very filling. I would save my appetite for the main course! The Churro dessert isn't like a traditional long, thick pipe shaped dessert. It's served like fries made of dough and cinnamon sugar. It tastes like funnel cake. While the Passion Fruit Margarita was refreshing it tasted identical to the Classic Margarita. While the waitress reassured us that we were served different cocktails, they tasted the same. While the Brisa Del Sol cocktail looked beautiful and fruity, it didn't taste as good as it looks. It was a bit sour and boozy, and wish it was more balanced. Will be back to score happy hour deals on the salsa and margaritas (Mon - Fri 4-7pm)!

Yelp
3.5 stars. We came in with a lot of worry that this would be one of those places that try to "elevate" Tex-Mex comfort food by smaller portions and higher prices. In the non-authentic category, I am allergic to those establishments, unless there is some entertainment value/unusually good location that I can justify the price tag for. El Bebe is right in the middle. Loved the corn dip and the carne asada taco. My fried fish in the taco was super dry. Nothing else left an impression. Service was friendly and the place was cute. But I can get much better tacos at Taco Bamba, or a very similar experience at Guapos/Uncle Julio's. Needs a distinguisher to be someone's go-to.

Yelp
This place was okay - it fits the bill for what it is, a post work happy hour and corporate gathering spot. The restaurant itself is pretty cute, with an okay amount of seating and patio space. It's pretty loud inside when it's busy. The food is not bad, but pricey if not on happy hour, the shrimp tacos being the best. The drinks are just okay. The service is great though.
google avatar

Ha N.

Yelp
Service: decent because it was not busy and i expected a bit more attention from the staff there. Food: HH specials was good. I had the shrimp and chicken tinga tacos. The shrimp tacos was sooooooo good. Ambiance: nice and clean Soooo last minute choice to come here or Circa. I got 7 other ladies to come and it was a good location with decent parking. Good was ok, service good....would i come back? Not sure. There are so MANY restaurants in Tysons that I'm like - what makes you feel u stand out? I came there for HH 4-7pm but will I be back? HMMMMMM
google avatar

PB A.

Yelp
Solid spot for lunch. I work close by so go there once a month or so. Overall it's decent, the ambiance is good as well. Service is good. I usually get a taco bowl or tacos. Overall as mentioned a good lunch spot. I haven't been there for dinner - maybe it's different?

T Q.

Yelp
Overpriced and service was average. Salsa & chips good, salsa is fairly tasty. We ordered chicken nachos and it was horrible. Soggy, cold chicken, chips that can't stand up to the weight of toppings. Baseball stadium "cheese" sauce (aka melted velveeta) with some cotija cheese dust. Total mess and not appetizing. Ordered beef fajitas and it wasn't special. Black beans and yellow rice were disgusting, and a small bowl of lettuce, guacamole and sour cream isn't ideal for service. Overall, very disappointing.
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
Overall a good meal but there were a couple things I didn't like. The corn dip for one, wasn't for me. All I could taste was the acrid burned flavor of the charred corn. My wife didn't seem to mind it that much, but for me it was overpowering. The queso and guac were really good though, so try those if you want dip. The fajitas were very good, and I really like the beans and rice that came with them. The second thing that wasn't quite great were the tortillas that came with the fajitas, they were definitely dry and I'm not sure if they are fresh made. I still recommend the restaurant, and I would go back if I was in Tysons looking for Mexican.
google avatar

Ivona L.

Yelp
Food was so good and the service was great! We had the trio dip appetizer, crispy shrimp taco with a kids quesadilla everything was phenomenal.
google avatar

Courtney D.

Yelp
The ambiance was cute, the shrimp and mahi tacos were tasty, the corn dip was good, and the tres leches (which is not your typical tres leches) was delicious! I wasn't a big fan of the churro fries. They were more like funnel cake, which wouldn't be bad, but they had a tougher texture. Service was friendly and consistent. Overall, I had a nice experience and would go back.
google avatar

Alex K.

Yelp
El Bebe is a great restaurant to try, especially if you are looking for a change up to your go to Mexican food spot. The menu has many good options. I tried the "Mexican Street Corn Dip", the "Chicken Tortilla Soup" and the "Sizzling' Chicken Fajitas". I enjoyed each of these dishes but if I had to recommend one, I think everyone should try the "Mexican Street Corn Dip".   Other than the food the staff were kind, and the restaurants atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I recommend stopping by El Bebe if you are in the area or you are looking for a good Mexican restaurant.
google avatar

Ruchi S.

Yelp
Went here for the first time and it was bustling! Very nice place and our server was nice too. At times, service was slow (getting the check), but overall, food can out fast. We started with the corn dip (elote) and jalapeno margaritas and both were delicious! Even the chips were light, crispy and very tasty. You do have to pay for chips and salsa here which isn't ideal, but it's fine. I got the fish tacos and my friend got the cheese enchiladas. The tacos were small but the sauce and slaw in them were great, spicy and crunchy! My friend loved her enchiladas. We both really enjoyed the food and will definitely be back!
google avatar

Lili D.

Yelp
I've only ever gotten the birria tacos and they were tiny and expensive, but so good!
google avatar

Ani J.

Yelp
I've recently tried their vegetarian burrito, and am addicted. It's one of the best burritos I've had. It's filled with beans, rice, mushrooms, and topped with this amazing sauce. It's so good that I've been going to El Bebe weekly to just eat this. It's way better than the bowl. Definitely give it a try. Amazing food. Amazing ambiance. Service can be better, but the management is nice.
google avatar

Chaquira S.

Yelp
Food was delicious especially the queso dip. They have a nice happy hour menu with discount food and drinks. I'm taking away 1 star because our margaritas took FOREVER. I was done eating my tacos before our drinks were delivered. I would still go back just for that queso. Note - margaritas are super tart. I like it that way but a lot of people prefer them sweeter.
google avatar

Nachogirl1 ..

Yelp
Nachos: Picture this. I have been challenged to a duel by the antichrist at Armageddon. My kingdom is on the line. The fate of my bloodline, my future offspring and their offspring. My pretend husband is away on a mission to secure a sale at the latest HIMSS conference. I, nachogirl1, a brave warrior standing against the enemy. The darkness which threatens our light. With all the strength and hope I salvaged from my 3 months at Orangetheory Fitness before quitting, I firmly pick up my sword, ready for battle. Until, the veiled enemy yells "behold! a plate of nachos from Él bebe, in exchange for your kingdom and the demise of your bloodline". Silence fills the air. Betrayal becomes an illusion. Eternal life becomes the wish of a fool. I lay down my sword.. and I bow down to the ruler of our new kingdom. I have failed and succumbed to the new order. For this plate of nachos is worth, life. All else: nice ambiance. great customer service. shrimp tacos were excellent too.
google avatar

Zoe C.

Yelp
We love this place! It's our go to Mexican choice. The Birria is amazing and the drinks are always good. I highly recommend this place for happy hour too
google avatar

Bella J.

Yelp
This place is bad. The food is mediocre and the service is plain terrible. 1. Reservation: don't need. They are wide open and always empty 2. Service: 1 star. I don't know what prompted the guy to be so mean, he was just rude. Looked me up and down, sized me up and even asked if we normally order drinks with our meal or just eat. I was ready to storm out. It was late and didn't feel like looking for a different place so we stayed. Looking back, should have left as right next door is Circa, which is 1000 times better. 3. Food: 3 star Fajitas were okay, nothing special than what you can get anywhere else. but here it is more expensive, so i expected better. Guacamole - okay, I can definitely make better 4. Interior: nice and wide, spacious and well lit. I won't be coming here again unless the servers changed.
google avatar

Janine L.

Yelp
I went here on Taco Tuesday during happy hour. The place was packed, so I was glad I made a reservation! The exterior and interior of the restaurant have a nice aesthetic. Our server gave us a warm welcome and gave us waters and chips and salsa right away. It was probably one of the best chips/salsas I've ever had! The happy hour deals were awesome. Despite how busy the restaurant was, our server was super attentive and the food arrived swiftly. We tried several tacos and they all tasted amazing. My favorite was the Carnitas. The chicharron on them was a nice touch. We also got the chicken tinga quesadilla and it was extremely juicy and flavorful! Will definitely come back to try more dishes on the menu.
google avatar

Gordon W.

Yelp
Solid hh offerings, especially on Taco Tuesday. Service, however, is terrible. Young, poorly trained crew up front (bar and reception) who spend more time joking around with each other and scrolling on their phones than attending to the clientele. This is a direct reflection on management. Would not return.
google avatar

Chynna M.

Yelp
El bebe was some of the best food and service I've had in this town. Especially since we came about an hour before closing with no reservation I was really impressed with the service and quality of the food! Even 2 mins before closing we still were able to grab another drink. They didn't rush us or tell us they were closing, they let everyone who was there chat, finish eating and enjoy. A young lady who took our order today was being trained and had someone helping her which is fabulous! I hate when they send newbies out to the wolves. The establishment was clean including the restrooms! We sat outside and loved it looking at the night sky with plenty of space between guests. My bf doesn't eat meat so we ordered the barria tacos without meat and they did exactly as asked! A lot of places don't listen or forgot so we were very glad! The margarita was tasty, the elote dip, guacamole, and cheese quesadilla were also amazing! We definitely will be back 10/10 :)
google avatar

Emily M.

Yelp
I was able to make last minute reservations at El Bebe on a Saturday night. The ambiance and decor are great and the server was very attentive. We ordered the nachos to start and they were the best part of the meal. Chicken tinga pairs well with Mexican and I highly recommend it. I got the birria tacos which were good but definitely not the best in the DMV. My husband got the spiced ground beef enchiladas and while they were not kidding about it being spicy, my husband really liked it. I'll definitely be back to try the fajitas or other chicken tinga entrees!
google avatar

Puria D.

Yelp
You want service? Go to Chick Fil A. You want Mexican? Tyson's has options: Rangos, Guapos.... Took 1 hr to be seated on a 630 reso. Server didn't come to the table for water or drinks until ~ 745. Eventually we just ordered the entire menu bc we feared she'd never return. Stomach issues for days, need to see a GI after my last meal here. Not sure how the service and quality has deteriorated so badly in so little time. Stay away unless you're looking for a bowel cleanse

Madison D.

Yelp
Dallin the server was great and the food was awesome!! Atmosphere was wonderful with a good view!
google avatar

Sara P.

Yelp
The food portions for entrees were very small and I thought I had ordered an appetizer. The service was good and the waitress was attentive. They did warn us that the menus would be flying around due to the wind. I was not a fan of the mocktail. I did enjoy the music selection.
google avatar

Lily H.

Yelp
Came for dinner on a Friday night and the restaurant was only half occupied, which I can now understand why. We started with some drinks and apps to share. The recommended nachos were quite good. The Mexican corn dip not so much - it was dry corn with a tiny bit of cheese in a bowl. Also, who charges for chips and salsa!? First time seeing that. The entrees ordered were all just ok. Good to see unique options like mushroom quesadillas, but everything tasted mediocre. The mushroom quesadillas were behind greasy - oil dripping out. The carne asada bowl..we had to look for the carne asada...portion was tiny. Tacos were ok, nothing special. We tried all 3 desserts which were all good - try them all! Our server Gabby was nice. Not sure we'd be back. Parking is validated for up to 2 hours.

Christopher B.

Yelp
This is a phenomenal restaurant! The service and food were excellent. I went with my wife and three young children for happy hour and expected to meet a cool welcome since my kids are so young. But the wait staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. On top of that the margaritas and tacos were some of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend El Bebe.
google avatar

Latosha B.

Yelp
We came to El Bebe for drinks while we waited for our movie to start. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We were greeted by the hostesses as soon as we walked in and she directed us to the bar. We ordered a few La Grande margaritas to share. The first one was the passion fruit which was amazing, all of the juices and syrups were made in house. The second one we tried was the Fresa-Jalapeño with blueberry instead of strawberry. This margarita was definitely spicy but delicious! Out of the two, I liked the spicy one the most! We appreciated how friendly the bartender was. He explained all of the drinks to use and took our into consideration before making suggestions. The food menu looked tempting so we will be back to try!
google avatar

Shelie B.

Yelp
Did I really pay $22 for this teeny salad to go??? $10 for the Caesar salad and $12 to add grilled chicken. The size of this is beyond laughable, if it were a true entree salad, I'd gladly pay that, but this is a side salad and total rip off. I normally like this place but this leaves me with a big question mark.

Kyrsten D.

Yelp
very fast service & you get a lot of chips and salsa to start. food was great! & the happy hour menu/prices were such a steal
google avatar

QueenAvius P.

Yelp
Atmosphere was chill for lunch time. Barely anyone here. Music was a vibe. Parking is across the street and you must pay. Chips and salsa was great. Their chips had seasoning on it and could stand alone. They have three different types of salsa. I didn't want any spice today so I did the pico de gallo which was great. For drink, I got a passion fruit mojito and it was delicious. For food, I got the taco combo which came with yellow rice and beans. I didn't realize the beans and rice came together but was great! My tacos were the carnitas, fried fish, and chicken tinga. The tinga was the best. The fish was nothing to write home about. And the carnitas was standard. They didn't have anymore churros so that was disappointing. Service was great. I was immediately taken to a table when I arrived. I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Susie G.

Yelp
El Bebe gives a great first impression. Light, airy modern decor, upbeat music, friendly service. Food and drinks were absolutely delicious. I got the Blackberry Frozen Margarita and the Mexican Caesar Salad with grilled shrimp added. My companions got the El Guero Supreme taco platters. All plates were empty at the end of the meal! Looking forward to a return visit.

Yelp
New restaurants in the Boro...El Bebe offers your standard Mexican fare - Tacos, Burritos, Fajitas, Enchiladas, etc. I see the Birria Tacos and that is all the craze but also see the Chicken Mole. The waitress recommends the Birria so I go for it. 3 small tacos come with a bowl of beans and rice. The beans and rice are pretty tasty. If you combine the taco with a bite of rice and beans it's a tasty bite. That said the Birria is just a bit too much on the oily side. Pretty heavy and I don't finish the 3 tacos which is rare for me. The chips and salsa is a pretty good rendition as they are not gratis but the salsa has a nice tomato flavor. Salsa seems freshly made and not from a bottle. I'd come back to try the other dishes but the oily/heaviness of the Birria leads me to 3 stars max.

Yelp
Had a great time hosting my work team at El BEBE! The entire staff was friendly, accommodating and overall wonderful to work with. We had a group of 20 and there was more than enough space for us to have a comfortable reception where we could move around, snack and chat. I would HIGHLY recommend hosting a happy hour at EL BEBE. Additionally, I come here regularly with friends for dinner and happy hour and I always have fantastic experiences. Best margaritas in the area - BY FAR - and the food is fantastic. Make sure to get the Mexican Street Corn Dip!!

Yelp
Pretty good good. 3 of us, had tacos and appetizers. Skinny margaritas are not good. Surprised since most Mexican places make them really good. My friends had different drinks and were not impressed either. Service was amazing. Super attentive and on it. Sat outside and great vibe and cool place.

Yelp
This place is AWESOME in every level! I tried corn dip, chicken fajitas, and enchiladas. I definitely recommend corn dip for flavor and chicken fajitas for the experience. Don't get me wrong! Chicken fajitas was also flavorful, and I just loved how it came out in a metal plate and smoke and chiseling Every single food we tried at this place impressed us on every bite. Service was also GREAT! My main dishes actually came out really late, long after we finished appetizer, but the manager was really nice and responded to our concern immediately and make sure you are having a great experience, and we were just deeply touched by his genuine thoughtful gestures. I also loved decorations of this place. It is modern&young. I would definitely come back for FOOOOOD. For the PARKING, make sure you use the garage in the same building for parking validation. If you park in other garages in Boro, validation wouldn't work!

Yelp
Nice experience, good outdoor seating area. I enjoyed the jalapeño margarita and the queso. The carne asada burrito was okay, the sauce of the burrito had some spice but it was also sweet (it tasted a bit like BBQ sauce), little weird of a combination but the filling was very good. My friend enjoyed her birria tacos. The chips that came with the queso were probably the best item- amazing seasoning on them!

Yelp
By far the worst sit down Tex Mex restaurant in the area. Below average food quality and mediocre service. I am going back to Guapos and Taco Bamba instead.

Yelp
First time to el Bebe, ambiance was nice. We were seated in a booth by the bar, ordered happy hour and it was all delicious. I got a classic margarita and the happy hour nachos and they did not disappoint. The manager and bartender were very attentive and check in us frequently. It's always a great feeling when the service matches the expectations! Definitely will return again. Thanks for a great first experience.

Yelp
This is my first time here and had mixed feelings about this place. First, the service was very good from the host to our waiter. The ambiance was very modern compared with other Tex-Mex restaurants. On the drink, I had Fresa Jalapeño. It tasted very good. However, it lacked of alcohol. If the bartender put abit more alcohol, the drink would be perfect.. Food: Chicken tortilla soup was good and that's pretty much it. The rest was ok and lacked of taste. I guess because we already have a Tex-mex restaurant that we love and this just didn't live up to par. The kid bowl was soooo sad. It is the same side as the side dish of my steak fajitas. Our baby is 2 so the portion was alright for her (although she didn't love. Took a bit and that was it). On top of these, the coconut flan was very sweet :( From all of what we ordered, there was only one dish we didn't hate. Even though this place is really close to our place, we will definitely drive a bit more to a place that satisfies our tastebuds...

Yelp
We dined in on their first weekend opening. For appetizers, we chose the nachos. It is really fulling and in my opinion is enough for a meal if you love nachos. Next, we had the chicken fajitas and the honey chipotle salmon tacos. They use corn tortillas but can substitute for flour. Food and drinks arrived promptly. Staff were kind and accommodating when a table opened beside us and allowed us to move over. The booth section has a beautiful mural. Reservations are recommended as it was a full house. Another great addition to The Boro!

Yelp
El Bebe is a very trendy and popular Mexican place not far from Tyson's corner. It's very tasty with all of the main Mexican staples you want. We came with a group of 5 and split the guac and queso to start. Guac was very tasty but the queso was a bit too spicy for me. I got the carnitas tacos for my main course which were flavorful and delicious. I also liked that my rice was made with carrots and peas - made it a bit healthier. :) A great spot with friends and a good meal!

Yelp
Holy moly! That was great food at a great price. We fed a team of 16 with drinks and dessert for under $600. Elka, the server went above and beyond and helped make the experience fun.
