On the teeter between A-Ok and I'm a fan- But i'll be back to figure it out
This is a eat in and take out spot, attached to the Vinewood Street Bakery. The bakery use to be polish- but is now Mexican, and opens into El Bigote.
They have Taco Tuesday specials, and I happened to be there on Fat Tuesday ahem. So only fitting that I grabbed some Tacos and my Packzis. It is CLEARLY a family owned business, with the daughters shooshing away the mom telling her to rest. I appreciated the feeling.
The ambience isnt that great, but they are trying, at least appreciate all the beautiful wood work they have done.
The tortillas were good, not thick and dry. The only thing that went wrong, was I ordered Tacos de Carnitas, Pastor and Asada. I got the right amount of tacos, but the wrong meats.
Pastor was STILL really good. But i wish i would have gotten to try the Carnitas.
But- after looking at the menu- I want to try the burgers. So I'll be back.
