El Bigotes Tacos & Burgers

Fabian & his crew are top notch. And the food is fabulous! This place is tucked into a quaint neighborhood inside of Wyandotte. Nothing against Detroit's MexicanTown, but knowing this bakery & restaurant is 10 minutes from my home makes it all the better. Delicioso!

This place is amazing! Delicious and authentic! This place reminds me of the hidden treasure Mexican restaurants of Southwest Detroit! This is nothing like the fake Mexican food like Taco Bell or the like. Everything was super delicious! From the chips and salsa to the rice and beans and don’t get me started on how amazing the steak street tacos are! Even the pico de gallo had a better taste than the rest. The place is small but inviting and the people are just the kindest! I have finally found me a place that will be my go to Mexican restaurant! And if you don’t get filled up on the amazing food, they also have an attached bakery and little store with Mexican treats and drinks. I highly recommend this place if you haven’t figured that out so far!😁

My son and I frequent the Mexican bakery on Vinewood, often. They always have delicious, fresh, Mexican fare. And, they have a bakery, so all the cookies and cakes you can imagine. Definitely worth going and checking it out. I highly recommend.

Just a small corner shop bakery the food is Amazing Definitely really good under priced food 🤣 you order dishes like they serve here your normally paying double so the prices are great food great the service is very friendly. I highly recommend if your looking for a small quiet place to eat this should be your stop!

Food was great and there was not a long wait. I ordered the barria taco meal and also purchased a cupcake from the bakery. I plan on returning to try other items from their menu.

Clean, Real, authentic Mexican food. Street tacos, large selection of Mexican baked goods made on site. Mexican treats, ice cream. Good prices.

Birria quasotacos, we're excellent! I love that Mom & Pop Restaurant Ambiance (which I prefer) very nice & cozy dining. The service was very professional and personal... the lady that works there checked on us several times and was extremely nice, she made my wife and I feel really comfortable... Delicious food and attentive service. Zero room for improvement. The torta with birria was succulent and flavorful and juicy with just the right amount of tomatoes, lettuce, and jalapeños. Both the green and red salsas had complex, excellent flavor and the red salsa had just enough heat to be addictive. I don’t know did I can ever go anywhere else. I wish more people knew about this place so that they could continue to prosper and wish them all the best possible success!

Such great food I love it so much! I'll definitely be coming back. Best tacos I've had in the area so far. The meat isn't dry at all, it's very flavorful, the limes are full of juice (which is a big deal for me since I hate anything dry) the beans and rice are great. I added the salsa to the beans and rice and used my leftover complimentary chips to eat them. I will be coming here for as long as I stay in the riverview/ Wyandotte area!

Anything you get here is gonna be delicious. Al Poe turned me to this place and told me they have amazing birria. I have to say as far as hole in the walls are concerned, it doesn't get more random than this place. But if you take the time to drive here, you will not be disappointed. BEST BIRRIA I'VE EVER HAD. I can't recommend this place enough.

The tacos were great. It was very well seasoned. I Definitely enjoy the birria tacos! The consommé is so yummy. Definitely recommend.

Food was great! A little pricey compared to surrounding places but good. Inside was very clean , should of made my fiancé go because while he took Spanish back in high school,I took French lol. It was hard for me to understand while I was ordering.

On the teeter between A-Ok and I'm a fan- But i'll be back to figure it out This is a eat in and take out spot, attached to the Vinewood Street Bakery. The bakery use to be polish- but is now Mexican, and opens into El Bigote. They have Taco Tuesday specials, and I happened to be there on Fat Tuesday ahem. So only fitting that I grabbed some Tacos and my Packzis. It is CLEARLY a family owned business, with the daughters shooshing away the mom telling her to rest. I appreciated the feeling. The ambience isnt that great, but they are trying, at least appreciate all the beautiful wood work they have done. The tortillas were good, not thick and dry. The only thing that went wrong, was I ordered Tacos de Carnitas, Pastor and Asada. I got the right amount of tacos, but the wrong meats. Pastor was STILL really good. But i wish i would have gotten to try the Carnitas. But- after looking at the menu- I want to try the burgers. So I'll be back.

Stopped in for some street tacos today while on a bike ride. Carne Asada tacos were delicious. Will definitely returning to try more from the menu. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The business is tucked away in the middle of the neighborhood so you may only hear of this place by word of mouth. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

This is a bakery (vine wood bakery) with a little restaurant inside. I got the quesabirria tacos (steak) with beans and rice and my husband got the burrito bowl with chorizo. His was really good but the quesabirria tacos were on flour tortillas which I didn't expect. I believed these were made with corn tortillas. The steak was not good. Like small pieces of overcooked bacon. The rice was good! The map for directions on the app doesn't take u there either. See other review for address.

Hottest new Mexican Taco and Mexican Burgers around Town. Taco Tuesday all Authentic Mexican street style on a Buck each. Look forward to full review coming soon. So a day late, damn snow storm. Sunday place a full house had to wait for a table. Note inside Vinewood Mexican Bakery , So unique so delicious. WOW what a concept Authentic Mexican food and Mexican style Burgers straight outta Jalisco Mexico where the Owner Chef grew up in his parents restaurant. Full review coming really soon. Had couple Wonderful Burgers, Botona n 3 each Al Pastor n Beef Birria Tacos WOW fantastic. Special Zarape OMG mind blowing a must try.

This place is inside of a small Mexican bakery in Wyandotte. The food was super good and I loved the birria ramen that they have!! Even better, the bakery is just as good and perfect to get a sweet treat after dinner. Will definitely be coming back!

FYI: Map is currently wrong in Yelp for some reason. This place is at 988 Vinewood, corner of 10th & Vinewood, inside the Vinewood Mexican Bakery. Baked goods, burgers and taco Tuesday all under one roof. Family run with homemade food. They even serve breakfast until 11 AM. Both huevos rancheros and pancakes are on the small breakfast menu.

Best bakery and taqueria in town! Tacos de birria a la plancha and quesabirrias are our Sunday meals with rice and beans. Love it!

Had the zarape and the quesabirria, both were phenomenal. The verde salsa is the best around. I'll definitely be back.
