El Blok Hotel

This is our second visit to Esperanza. EL Blok is a unique boutique hotel which includes sustainability principles in its design and management while maintaining comfort. Bedrooms are very large with a wonderful outdoor flow through large glass sliding doors. Nice large and laid back dining area and bar with views onto the ocean. Very nice menue. Liked the jacuzzi on the roof deck. Very pleasant staff - beech chairs offered for the long clean beech which we largely had to ourselves. The town has about 5 casual beech resteraunts and bars and 2-4 food trucks. Try them all. Esperanza is an ideal beach / scuba/ kyaking and exploration vacation - it is authentic - zero franchise shops and nobody hassles you - this is the way the Caribbean is meant to be. Take some books to read and enjoy the laid back relaxed atmosphere and exquisite beaches.

Loved this hotel. Staff super nice, kind and very helpful. Went out of their way to support an early check in, and grabbed sun loungers while we waited to check in so we could sit at the beach. Room was pristine, and comfortable. Design of the hotel is really cool, and the rooftop bar has amazing sunsets and drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Visited the roof top bar for sunset, incredible views and tasty cocktails. Unfortunately the bartender was very unpleasant, seemed annoyed anytime we ordered or asked for something - quite the buzzkill! Other than that, great experience and I could imagine it would be a great hotel experience as well.

El Blok is such a cute hotel! My husband and I have stayed there two times now (one for our wedding weekend) and then another time earlier this year. Laine (the manager) is very sweet and even recognized my husband and I when we went back earlier this year. We stayed in the Esquina room which is the room with a King bed. The bedding is so comfortable (I wish I could have the same comforter and pillows at home). The roof top bar is so convient and watching both sunset and sunrise from the rooftop is always breathe taking. La Placita (restaurant) is SOO delicious, it is worth the cost. Last time we went, they also had a little cafe in the morning (with coffee, matcha, tea, some bakery items). El Blok is so worth the price!!

Definitely THE place to stay in Vieques! Such a unique and fun place to stay right in the heart of all the fun in vieques. Stunning beach with food trucks directly across the street. Restaurants and bars adjacent. Cafe and restaurant on ground level. Roof top bar with stunning views! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful everyday. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms each day. Amazing stay.

We visit Vieques 3-4 times every year. We decided to give a chance to this hotel. Hear this out and avoid booking this hotel. Melanie or however you spell her name. We forgot our stuff in the room before our departure. We called the property multiple times. They havent returned us. After we called them back a week after, Melanie this person is being funny on the phone and unprofessional while she is speaking on the phone with us. She was being smart, saying things that “they haven't found our lost item but found cigarette butts in the balcony” irrelevant ! Seems like they stole and not willing to return our expensive LV clothes. By the way rooms dont have TV, seems like a lot of things get lost in this blok. Safe does not even work. If you value your stuff you dont need this hotel in Vieques. Airbnb will give you much more pleasant experience.

Very nice hotel with rooftop and bar! Easy access to beach, great restro/bars/cafe nearby. Very nice location for bio bay/horse riding/boat tours. If you’re arriving by ferry, simply take a taxi or a shared van, and you’ll be at El Blok in less than 15 minutes!

This review is for the rooftop terrace only, as we did not stay in the hotel. The terrace bar had just opened for the season, so we did get drinks. The drinks were just fine and the service was ordinary. But the terrace is beautiful and the views are spectacular. I was told the hotel did some updates during the off season, and the terrace looks great. The sunset did not disappoint either. This spot should make your list of places to visit if you're in Vieques for more than a day.

Dennis was wonderful when checking in. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is a hidden gem. A little upset that I tried it on my last visiting day because I should've been eating here everyday from the start! That's how great it is. I believe I ordered the shank! It looked too good to eat haha. Very juicy and tender. The rice and beans had a delicious flavor. The hotel in itself is very unique and remarkable in itself. It truly feels local to the island and its history. The architecture is breathtaking. I specifically enjoyed the rooftop with optional seating and a jacuzzi/pool. I enjoyed that there were too many people in the hotel during my stay which allowed my visit to be more intimate with the locals/area and the intricate designs the hotel offered. It was also a plus that coffee and tea was offered in the morning. I was especially happy with the oat milk option.

I don't normally review hotels, but I think El Blok deserves a shoutout! We loved how unique this hotel was, and it really gave you the indoor-outdoor feel we were looking for. The cement walls, high ceilings, and huge wraparound windows of our room was the serenity we were looking for. The amenities are great, and the bath products are luxurious. We also loved the rooftop space, which featured a DJ dance party the night we stayed, and has a spacious vibey hot tub that is open 24/7. The cafe makes a great cappuccino, though be prepared to wait in line because there is only 1 barista, even during morning rush. I wish the barista was there in the afternoon also, but alas the whole cafe/restaurant closes late morning and doesn't reopen until 5pm. The front desk staff was wonderful, and we def took advantage of the complimentary beach chairs and towels. The one thing I will point out is the room doors are not sound proof and you can definitely hear guests in the hallways outside your room, and you will hear the local roosters crowing at all times of the day outside but neither bothered us! Also loved how walkable it was to "downtown" Esperanza where all the restaurants and bars are!

It's important to remember that Vieques is small and there aren't that many options. I had a positive stay here. Lady at the front is super cheerful and helpful! This hotel has a personality and style of its own! It's super chic. You can rent beach chairs and towels which are fashionable and a reflection of their unique style. They also provide wristbands that are waterproof and serve as your room key as well- how innovative??? You can watch the sunset on the rooftop! There is complimentary coffee in the morning, both hot and iced with a variety of milks to choose from. Some negatives...no public bathroom downstairs. The restaurant downstairs has limited days. There is no television in the room. We found a lizard in our room which was still there after cleaning came in and made our bed. The jacuzzi on the roof had two warning signs, 1. the water hadn't been changed in 10 days and 2. the filter needed to be replaced.

They continue this absolutely awful experience, even after we are back home. We were promised a call from management but have received none. And the hotel doesn't pick up my calls, and when I use different numbers they hang up on me. And instead of responding directly to me they gave a "sorry not sorry" apology to my cousin, and they are guilty I have the receipts!!!!!! Like are you that dumb?! I don't even know how to start with these people.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is beachfront property and very conveniently located. Wait staff and reception was very nice and did their jobs with a smile. I truly enjoyed the check-in process and dinner at at the hotel the first night. We rented a car and went to see the black sand beach and bio luminescent bay. All good on the island is good but this restaurant on-site is amazing. Upstairs on the rooftop terrace daily from 4 PM to 8 PM there is live music and dancing.

Post Hurricane Maria, this is the only full service hotel in Vieques. I had a bad taste in my mouth pre-Maria. My bf had booked this hotel a few months out for four nights, We had to cancel less than 24 hours after the reservation was made. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone, and when he finally did, they agreed to give him one night's refund and said he was lucky to even get that. I vowed never to give this hotel any of my hard earned moolah. So when my friend and I decided to spend a couple nights in Vieques and she insisted on this hotel, I was very torn. I also didn't want the finger pointed at me if I nixed the idea and other lodging sucked. Upon arrival, Laine was a breath of fresh air. Helpful at check in, had good recommendations for restaurants and beaches that were within walking distance. She also got us into our room a bit early, and called us while we were grabbing a bite to eat to let us know. The rooftop bar is cool, although the spa was not in operation. This hotel is very echo-y because of the way it's set up with the atrium in the middle. The room itself was small and very bare bones, I'm assuming because they are eco-friendly. The continental breakfast (included in room rate) was ok. Dinner was tasty, but service was very curt. Anyhoo, the stay all in all was very so-so, but like I said earlier, it's pretty slim pickings in Vieques at this point in time. Also, my friend was double charged and had to sort this out post stay.

In our pit stop to Vieques we ate here for dinner. It's COVID friendly as they're very clean, spray hand sanitizer before you enter and have you wear a mask when awaiting for food. It was one of the restaurants open late for dinner on the strip. What didn't we get here? We got so much food from drinks to dessert. I don't remember which drinks we got, but food wise we got the beef short ribs, pulpo (we devoured it and forgot to take a pic), avocado salad with their local fish berm... something; and the ceviche! We finished off the meal with their warm churros!! The portions were all a good size to share with two people. They have both outdoor and indoor seating, we sat outside and it was a nice summer dinner.

This review is for the happy hour on Sunday evenings for sunset only. It's open to non-guests and the views are amazing. The drinks were awesome. Great service.

Come here! Ok what do you want? Cool vibe? Authenticity? Builder owners with an eco consciousness and LEED certifications? Eclectic music? Here! But you also want amazing local fresh pulpa served with care? Locally sourced vegetarian specials? How about strong drinks? Available management? Intent yet breezy bartenders with enough interest to chat and enough sophistication to listen and let off too? Here... it's all here! Laney is a welcoming hostess & manager and a powerhouse in her ability to hone into what makes sense for guests, the town, the ecology of what is, and the culture of "island life" without sacrificing taste. More!Eco conscious tree management which saved and revered downed rain forest mahogany tress after Maria into gorgeous custom tables. The ethos is more than admirable from this British Australian ownership. Plus, aesthetics and cleanliness expectations are a high 5 without an unnatural pretension on this down to earth island. This is the most well rounded offering in Vieques- come here!

Worst experience ever. When checking in, the hotel did NOT want to honor the Booking.com reservation price for the stay. As they wanted to charge more than the contractual price, we told them we would escalate the price difference later on to Booking.com and AmericanExpress. We were then refused into the hotel and were left stranded against our will without accomodation late afternoon/early evening (although we were willing to pay what they ask for in cash/other card). As Vieques is a tiny island, finding a relocation was a nightmare. No flights or ferries were neither available. Being a PLATINUM member at both Accor and Mariott, I can really say that I've never seen anything like this in my life within the hospitality sector (and could have never imagined so). From what happened to us plus taking into account $300 per night we would NOT recommend this property at all

This HOTEL is truly garbage. Puts PROFITS first instead of early 2 months ahead booking. I suggest you all shiznit them like me. No wonder why PR is bankrupt, they can't even do normal good business! You better verify & DOUBLE VERIFY them. They told us it's confirmed & we double checked a few days ahead. Upon arriving they say it's canceled & they say overbooked (EXCUSES). If your screwed in your booking same day you arrived it is overpriced to book last minute other places. Not to mention the ferry rides schedule tough to pivot back the other way! YOU BEEN WARNED! (CHECK OTHER 1 STAR Google REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BOOK if you don't believe me!)

I visited this hotel for a three day stay at Vieques during a long weekend. I have to say I was worried about the quality since I've never visited Vieques, but this hotel surpassed my expectations. Service was very friendly and staff was very quick to attend to my party of 3. They quickly directed us to our room and discussed some of the amenities to us, including the 24-hour pool at the rooftop bar and breakfast buffet. The hotel had a very modern design and had recycle bins in the rooms. The rooms were very neat and comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with Aesop supplies that were amazing. Rooftop bar prices were average ($6 for DonQ Coconut Rum with Pineapple juice) and the music was also very good since they had live music after 4pm. The breakfast buffet was rather simple but the options (bagels, toast, croissant, boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruits, juices, coffee, etc.) provided for a clean and very tasty breakfast. I did not dine at their restaurant, however I did notice most dishes were around $20 or more. Overall, if your looking for a simple, yet modern and stylish, comfortable, and friendly hotel to stay at during your Vieques visit, I'd recommend you give this hotel a chance.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I booked the hotel on Expedia,the hotel sent me two emails(which I don't know the reason) to confirm my reservation. HOWEVER, yesterday, 10 days before the night I'm suppose to stay at the hotel. I got a voice message saying they are canceling my reservation because they have no more rooms available. I tried to call back (as they wanted me to according to the voice message). NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE FOR TWO DAYS(and I'm still trying). I called Expedia, they couldn't get in contact with the hotel as well!!!!! I don't know what happened with the hotel after they called me, but this is the worst experience I ever had with any hotels. ALSO forgot to mention, they charged me the full amount right after my booking, without surprise NEVER refund me after they left the message!! I HOPE EVERYONE IS AWARE THIS HOTEL IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!!

I'm at the bar. Having my apres beach drink. Champagne Thing. Relaxed. Chill. Talking to Natalie the bartender. This place is awesome to me. They have made me feel like a guest in someone's home. Never intrusive just there. Rooms amazing. Yeah some noise Saturday night but so what. It's Saturday night. Didn't hear a thing any other day. Perfect location. Def coming back. Thank you Stefanie, Angel, Ritchie, Natalie, Yari, and everyone else. John.

The hotel's architecture is great and the facilities are nice. They also have a small pool on the roof top. Its at a good location. I am giving 3 stars because I felt that their staff had a very careless attitude. I felt that they dont give a darn about the customers. The lady at the reception was as cold as ice and they would leave the reception any time they want. I waited for almost 15 mins (after waiting for 3 hours as I couldn't check in before 4 pm) before he/she came back to attend me. Also, they are very strict on check in time, so if you end up early in Vieques, be prepared to be stranded in the lobby or near by restaurants. Breakfast is below average. Its supposed to be a buffet but there is no one to attend you at the buffet if you need something. They also take $250 deposit upon check in which is refunded after you checkout. Though I had to remind them to refund it back to me. Overall , not a bad place to stay if you dont expect much.

The architecture is really modern and cool. The vibe is very chill. Three of us stayed in the "doble" room and it was very comfortable. The sunset drinks on the roof between 4-7 is not to be missed. Apparently they added the rooftop bar just within the last month. Staff is very friendly and relaxed. Don't expect traditional 5-star service with all the memorized scripts that entails but expect real, good-intentioned, down-to-earth service (like how a cool kid would casually do you a favor...you'll feel special). And they have Aesop in the bathrooms. The food at the restaurant is very good (see my other review)...drinks at bar delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We did not stay at the hotel as we were visiting friends. Our friends suggested we go up on the roof for drinks and to watch the sunset. What a great choice this was! You don't have to be a guest to go up and enjoy a few drinks and lounge by the pool as you watch the sun set over the most beautiful part of the world. It was amazing.

This was probably the best experience ever.. And the best vacations so far in a while!! We where supposed to go to Disney that week, but hours before my flight!! I got a cancelation of my flight. Having no viable options on when to leave on next flight! We found this hotel!! I have to say the place and people are awesome!! We arrived and met Yari at the front desk, she noticed that something was wrong with us! When I told her that we where up since 3am trying to resolve our issue and no luck! She gave us an upgrade on the room that was perfect!! They where supper friendly and even helped me set up the surprise to ask my girlfriend to marry me!!

Beautiful rooms, excellent staff, delicious food, great music, amazing view from the terrace, right in front of the beach and next to really nice restaurants. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday weekend and had such a nice experience and relaxing experience. The decor is very pretty, noticed they used art pieces from local artists and I thought that was clever and great!!! Amael Camacho is an excellent host.

This place was amazing and relaxing. I wish could have stayed longer but vacations must end..,everything was excellent! Simply beautiful and relaxing. The restaurant was amazing and worth penny treat yourself! Everyone was friendly & welcoming;-)

Although the view is STUNNING, I can only give it 2 stars. It's way over priced for Vieques. I'm a long time yearly visitor to Vieques and was eager to try El Blok. I'd heard the views were great so we went for cocktails. I did call prior to see if they had Happy Hour specials. The woman who answered assured me they had sunset specials from 4-6pm. My husband and I went at around 5pm. The sunset views are pretty for sure, however no happy hour specials. My Mojito was (not listed on the board) was $16 for an 8 ounce cup, my husbands rum punch was $10 also in an 8 ounce cup. Our bill was $26 plus tip over $30... 2 drinks. Go up for a Corona $5 then maybe it's worth it. Dinner menu was $$$$$$...small portions. New tourists may get it....but Vieques is a simple lil island. You can get beautiful views for free.

We were staying at the W in Vieques for our honeymoon, and stumbled upon "El Blok" when we drove to Esperanza. A hidden gem boutique style hotel that made us wish we had stayed there for at least one night. Angel, the bartender upstairs was awesome. Told us a bunch of places to go to, made amazing cocktails and really made us feel welcome. The rooftop terrace has the best views in Esperanza so we were really happy we stopped by! Recommended!

Excellent overall experience. Food was great excellent, a little on the pricey side but totally worth it. Should of booked our hotel at Vieques here. It's a great location, right on the strip. Had a great roof top bar which is awesome to watch the sunset.

I highly recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. First, the location is 100ft to the beach. There are lots of good restaurants in the area, plus scooter rental is across the street and bio tour is 5mins walk. Second, the hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Third, the rooms are very nice, very clean, and very modernly designed. I like the fact that they are eco-friendly. Even their complimentary water comes in a box instead of a plastic bottle. Fourth, they have a decent complimentary breakfast. My only complain was that the shower had no hot water, but otherwise it was perfect.

We just spent 5 days here on our honeymoon--if you're looking to get away from it all this is the place! No TV, phone, ironing boards, iron, pen, pad, microwave, etc. Adult only...22 rooms...walk across the street to the beach...roof top is amazing...food is very good...free healthy breakfast every morning...great friendly staff...complimentary beach chairs and towels...thank you for helping to make our Honeymoon memorable! Mi favorita Yari siempre estaré en mi pensamiento! Yari you are an amazing human being ....worker...hostess...El Blok is lucky to have you!

Love this hotel. All the staff was super nice and very helpful. The entire building is made of cement and is gorgeous. The roof top has a great 360 view of Esperanza. The pool on the roof just opened the day we arrived, which was great because we didn't think there was a pool at all at this hotel. The location could not be better. You can walk across the street to the beach or walk down the road about 200ft to several waterfront restaurants.

I absolutely LOVED this place . The keys to the rooms are waterproof bracelets . The breakfast is cooked fresh! The bartenders are awesome .. I especially wrote this review to say the staff here is excellent . The receptionist was so nice (I think her name was Yaret) , she had management cut down a coconut off the hotels tree for us . I was impressed on how far they would go for a customer . HOSPITALITY ON FLEEK . Not to mention how close it is to everything ( the bio bay is a musttt ) & DONT PET THE HORSES

View is amazing! Suca at the rooftop bar is THE best, order a coconut mojito. Suca is also the breakfast chef, can't wait to see what she cooks up for us in the morning! :)

We stayed 3 nights at El Blok, with an ocean view room. It was very clean with nice shower & bathroom. The bed was comfortable & large. The hotel is small. The service is friendly & personal. The breakfast was good - largely because of the incredible hotel's own granola which is the best in the world. The staff were very helpful & friendly. There is a private monitored parking lot. A beach is directly across the street. I will write a separate review of the restaurant, which I would not call vegetarian friendly at this time. Overall, a very nice place to stay for a more personal & memorable experience than the high end W Hotel, with a price between cheaper properties & the W.

I visited El Blok with my sister and best friend during my visit to the Vieques island at the end of May 2017. El Blok is located in the Esperanza - quaint fishing village located on the south side of the Vieques island. We stayed here for several nights and appreciated everything about this modern and sustainably designed hotel - especially its staff. El Blok is a compact 22-room hotel that is LEED Gold certified. The interior features open spaces and a skylight in the hallway that allows daylight to enter. As the tallest building on the island, the hotel's rooftop boasts stunning ocean views and luscious patches of green. If you go, make sure to try the ceviche and the fish tacos at the rooftop, and also don't forget to dine at their restaurant, which offers contemporary Puerto Rican dishes made by the award-winning chef Jose Enrique--a James Beard Award nominee for the past two years. Plus, they offer 20 percent off to dine here to guest as long as they do it on their first night at the hotel. The room we stayed in was contemporary, clean and featured a stunning bathroom with a blue tiled shower and included a luscious balcony. The staff of El Blok was equally refreshing and unique: One of my favorite people here was Yairy, the warm, vivacious manager of El Blok. Yairy's welcoming style of hospitality was a refreshing change to the stiff style of the hospitality personnel we encountered at Old San Juan. So I definitely recommend this hotel, and I am already making plans to come back here in October.

The staff is extremely laid back and friendly, the hotel is a green hotel which is awesome. The architecture of the building flows perfectly, and then roof top bar is awesome. It comes with a beautiful view and a really nice bar tender Richie. The food from the restaurant was great as well. The rooms are nice also. But it's the Small details make this place amazing. The soaps, shampoos and Conditioners they provide are amazing, as well as the robes for after bathing. It's right next to a few restaurants and across the street from scooter rentals and bioluminescent bay tours. Highly recommend when starting in vieques.

The futuristic industrial decor is perfect for the traveler who likes to experience the unique and unexpected. For example, the design in the locally made tile floor intentionally distorts the expected pattern to shake the visual senses. The lighting over the bar is fascinating. It's one of those things that make you say, "Hmm." The large, desert cactus arrangement in the lobby drafts the island breeze through the third floor in a design that is reminiscent of the Guggenheim Museum. On another note, The Memory foam mattresses are the best I've ever enjoyed. Even the pillows expressed thoughtful selection providing for individual preferences. Fantastic night's sleep! The "T" on the top floor has breathtaking views of the bay across the beach. It also has a beautiful pool and was unoccupied most of the time. Since there are a total of 21 rooms, guests are addressed by their first names upon arrival. We knew the entire staff by the end of the first day. They support and assist one another in a manner that would suggest they have been working together for a long time, rather than a few weeks or months. The breakfast was excellent with many healthy options. The bartender is terrific and very knowledgeable about the history of the island. The hotel has only been open a few weeks, so a few things are still a work in progress. Once they are taken care of, my updated review will be a wide-open five star! 1) internet was not working on the second floor on the second night of our stay. 2) No television available anywhere in the hotel. It would be nice to check the news before starting the day. 3) Elevator was slow. 4) The owner, Simon, was in the lobby/restaurant but did not seem approachable or friendly. A smile or a mod would have added a nice touch. In short, we highly recommend this little gem and are thrilled we can add the memories made here to our cherished moments on the island.

While i was looking for a hotel in vieques and saw el blok i was really "wow" like all of the the pictures that was posted were really nice, thats why we decided to stay here for a night. Architectural design its really catchy modern/industrial. The rooms were nice, small but clean I didn't like that the bathrobe was just hanging from the bathroom door and looks like its been used. From the pictures it looked like that the hotel is already operating their amenities but unfortunately no. The restaurant aren't open still on going construction so theres nothing to eat at the hotel or even the bar they will ask you to go to a couple of restaurant next to them. They are still working on the rooftop so its not open still. Basically this place is just for you to sleep. They don't even have waters for sale if you're really thirsty. I checked in late at night and the key wasn't working went down and asked the security guard because there is no attendant that can help us. unfortunately she was confused too on how things work so we have to go back up and down3x to make the key work then she just decided to give us the master key to the room then the next day i called and i asked for an extension to the fact we arrived really late the front desk was not even nice enough to give us even 30mins and she wants us out of the room asap then if we want to use the bathroom she said just go to the rooftop to be able to take a shower which for me is really bad customer service. Probably for me give it like 2 more years and i guess they can get the hang of how the hotel industry works and manage.

This was a nice cozy hotel. Staff were very helpful and amicable. And the complimentary food was simple but delicious!! WARNING!!!! Be cautious of Housekeeping!!! Mine went through my luggage and mixed my dirty clothes (which were in a plastic bag!) with my clean. Don't leave any valuables...

Nice hotel but not for everyone. The rooms do not have a television or phone. The area around the hotel has stray horses and dogs. If you can get past these things, you will like the hotel. Interesting design, friendly staff, good food

Stayed 2 nights at El Blok. Very relaxing and laid back. We had a great time. Have to say that Yari greeted us and made us feel welcome. She was so helpful with our questions and our needs. She has exceptional customer service skills!! We witnessed how she handled an unhappy customer, continued to smile and quick to answer his concerns. We are in the customer service industry and people like her are rare. I must add that all of the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting was just as pleasant and welcoming. Great staff! If you are looking to stay connected to the outside world this is not the place for you as there are no tv's. For us it's exactly what we needed. We will recommend this place to others and will most definitely be back!

The atmosphere and decor were very appealing. We did not stay at the hotel but ate breakfast at the restaurant. The food had great taste but was very overpriced compared to other island fare and was small in portion. The service was not very good either. We will not be coming here again.

DO NOT EAT HERE! ONLY GO FOR DRINKS @ ROOFTOP. The service at the restaurant was HORRBILE! We were treated really bad from the servers and kitchen staff when asking why our food was taking so long. The response from the servers was "This is not a fast food restaurant". The food was below average with the exception of the ceviche. When some of our group provided feedback on the pasta being way over cooked, the response was "Everyone who has the pasta loves it". Could not believe the way our group was treated....

We ate the restaurant with our family. Food was great and our server was fantastic. It was our last night in Vieques and we were heading back to Dorado PR. She gave us several suggestions on where to go on the mainland. When we told her our Bio-Bay tour was cancelled that evening she hooked us up with a late tour. We had the whole bay to ourselves. It was magic!

Very bad ass to have a jose enrique restaurant right here. Not pretentous at all and of course excellent food and drinks! mucho expensive but that is to be expected

What a fabulous place! We only visited the roof top bar and had a such a lovely experience. A stunning view and $2 beers! Very friendly barman. The food looked amazing, although we didn't actually eat. Highly recommend for sunset!
