I had heard good things about the food here, I am really particular about the seafood I eat so I honestly skip eating out when I'm craving. Today was finally the day I decided to get the xl tosti ceviche and a medium cóctel de camarón. The cóctel had approximately 10 med-large shrimp and a pretty large amount of small cut cucumber, onion , cilantro and tomato. The sauce lacked flavor and was super runny, in my opinion it needed a tad bit more of maybe ketchup to thicken it's consistency. I probably would give the cóctel a 6/10. The tosticeviche also had the same vegetables which are traditionally used but the ratio felt off, it was like just eating vegetables in lemon juice with an occasional bite of seafood, but the lemon in it was off, it kind of tasted like when a lemon was about to go bad and it has that bitter taste. Overall I would give it 5/10. I have nothing bad to say about the service, there was honestly not much interaction and my order was quickly made. I would like to say that I would come back but I really doubt it, It spent $34 on what I would say was 12 shirmp and a tiny amount of fish from the ceviche.

AWESOME Food Truck!!! Our favorite ceviche in El Paso. The ingredients are always perfect and fresh and big chunks of shrimp and fish. Their mix is perfect. The Toste-ceviche is so spicy and delicious but you can get it less spicy. The portions fill up the whole bag and are definitely well worth the price. Highly recommend!!! Low-key a FIRE post-workout meal.

Not your typical ceviche spot , the seafood here is super fresh as well as the veggies. I’ve only tried the ceviche bowl and the shrimp cocktail with the black sauce 👌🏻but I can’t wait to try the rest I definitely recommend

I've Been here over year here from California (COMPTON) and every place that I've had Ceviche at it taste like a bowl of lemon juice but this young dude is doing his thing The Tostitos were new for me but they do add something to the experience back home I used to get Ceviche every Friday. It used to be my after work treat so next Friday I'll be back for my fix

Was trying to place an order and the guy who answered (pretty sure it was the owner) told me they don’t take phone orders. Fine. He said to just drive to the location and they’d serve me as long as it was before closing. I trusted that, wasted 15 minutes driving over, only for the cashier to say they couldn’t serve me because they were “about to close” with 25 minutes still left on the clock. So I called the number back several times and now the owner conveniently doesn’t answer the registered number to his own restaurant. The communication here is terrible. The owner clearly has no control or authority over his staff, and the employees shut things down early, cleaning the kitchen before actual closing time, which basically wipes out most of the menu for paying customers. It’s unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time and money. This is exactly why small businesses struggle, when you treat customers like an inconvenience instead of a priority. My experience was nothing but frustration, wasted time, and disappointment. If this is how they run their business, I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time either.

By far the BEST ive had. Not only presentation was on point, but customer service was also excellent! Definitely my go to for now on, I hate driving especially to the east, so the fact that they are also in the northeast is a plus!

Absolutely delicious!! I drove by this random food truck when I was heading home from work and too tired to cook. I was this close 🤏🏽 to hitting up a fast food and I passed by and said, “why not?” I’m gonna spend the same amount anywhere I go with todays prices, so why not support local? So I did a U-turn. And oh my god that was a delicious surprise! A hundred times the best decision I’ve made in a while. 😂 support local and order the ceviche from this food truck instead of whataburger today! Every bite was delicious.

Their ceviche exceeded my expectations. Super fresh and great quality ingredients. They rightfully deserve the title of El Paso’s #1 food truck! Will be returning with some friends soon for those tacos 🤤🙌🏼

The guys are extremely professional and super nice, the food is 10/10 delicious! Whatever that black sauce is fire kiddos enjoyed every bite! the shrimp cocktail, ceviche and shrimp tacos were all so authentic and succulent ! Easy to get to, more than enough parking and quick service

Great tacos, amazing service, and it's a food truck so you know the vibes! I drove 30 minutes to the pop-up location and it was well worth it! When I called to get the address the guys were kind and helpful with helping me find the actual location. The owner works it as well--very humble guy. I got the tacos dorados de camarón and they were authentic and flavorful. The agua fresca se melón was refreshing and just what I needed for a hot day in El Paso. The price point is appropriate and affordable. 5/5 I highly recommend.

Bomb food and service was phenomenal. Getting clean, fresh and tasteful seafood is hard for food trucks. This one is the best.

This place has the best customer service, the best seafood I've ever tasted out here in El Paso! I live on the west side and will make that drive just because the food is really that good! If I could give this place a 10 star I would! My favorite is the shrimp flautas and the shrimp ceviche!! Oh and you have to pair your meal with an agua fresca of your choice! Don't walk run to this place!!

OMG! I rarely leave a comment about anything but this spot is my favorite for ceviche and fish tacos. Working in EP from Houston, I can't wait till y'all blow up. Absolutely delicious!

I was finally about to get try this place last Friday and OMG! Best ceviche ever! I am so picky about my ceviche because it's so easy for the shrimp to get rubbery or they make it spicy. This place made it delicious! plus they are on point on their social media. Always posting amazing pics of their food and the food comes out like that! I love that I know where they are going to be and the humility to even post other food trucks that will be with them is really appreciated cause I can give options to my kids now if they aren't in the mood for shrimp so I can still get my Ceviche fix. All in all, I found my first favorite food truck of El Paso! Can't wait to go back.

Great service and the best shrimp tacos!!! We are so glad we found this place :) will definitely keep coming back for more. Might I add the Aquas Frescas is bomb as well!

Delicious! The fish tacos and the Clamato preparado are bomb! We got the ceviche and it was fresh and absolutely delicious!

Its so good! They use Good quality shrimp and you can totally taste it in the food. The tacos dorados and the Baja tacos are delicious. The horchata was also made really well, not watered down at all.

I'm sorry, but I'd destroy and pillage an entire village of all it's natural resources if it meant getting another batch of them shrimp tacos. Unbelievably good as hell.

Wowa is all I gotta say!! Came out to EP from California to visit family and my sister brought me here. It's a food truck that specializes in seafood. We got the ceviche and it was mouth watering delicious!! You know the food is delicious when u drink the ceviche juice and u start eyeing the families left overs. Coming back one more time before I head back home. Thank you to the owner for the great food and great service!!
