El Burrito House

I ordered the meat lover's breakfast burrito and it was absolutely delicious! Very good flavor, everything cooked very well and she's nice and melty. The tortilla was delicious as well for being handmade and a lot better than store-bought. Would very much recommend if you are on the lookout for an amazing breakfast burrito! The staff were super friendly and welcoming as well.

Went there for the first time and I will definitely be back to try the other kind of burritos. We had an asada burrito and meatlovers breakfast burrito. The tortillas de harina son recien hechas, they give you the option whether you want frijoles de la olla or refried beans on your burrito. Salsa was bomb which is one of the most important parts of a burrito 🌯 haha. Cashier was super friendly and attentive. Only thing, they don't accept card. Cash, Zelle, and Venmo only.

Hands down! These are the best burritos I have ever had, everything was so delicious, so fresh, so much flavor. The customer service was great. I will for sure be coming back!!

Wow I got the burrito de asada con todo and it blew me away !! In my 28 years of existence, that is hands down one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Well worth the price honestly . I feel like the tortilla was freshly made which it probably was I didn’t read the description. BOMB

Prices are a bit on the higher side but the Food is delicious and you can taste the quality that justifies the higher prices.i go at least once a week.

Tasty and inexpensive, authentic and fresh Mexican food. Homemade tortillas are so good. Casual atmosphere and friendly service. Seating area is small but we saw quite a bit of takeout going out. The pork was very tender. Spicy and tasty.

El Burrito House could not be a more perfect hole-in-the-wall type Mexican restaurant on a busy street in Bell, CA. LOCATION/AMBIANCE When I walked inside, I noticed some small tables and chairs along with a counter with some barstools. The minimal decor was refreshing plus I loved all of the plants in the window and lined up in the kitchen area. THE GRUB + Breakfast chile verde burrito ($10.75)... I died and went to Nirvana. Heaven. Valhalla. Mount Olympus. Paradise. Reincarnation. Rebirth. The sun. I'm running out of religions... The pork was so tender and juicy. The flavors were bursting. My photo where I cut it into two didn't do this burrito justice. There was a good amount of all of the ingredients packed inside this behemoth. I wake up thinking about this some days. That's real love. I can't wait for my daughters to really enjoy real Mexican food like this. + Red or green salsa? I couldn't decide for like one of the very few times in my life which one that I preferred. The green was delicious. The red, while equally delicious, brought the heat. Two thumbs up for both. YES!.. finally a good burrito spot that does the flour tortillas from scratch! That is def a plus for any burrito. I first got to try it on a breakfast burrito and couldn't decide on what sauce red or greeen... since they were both good. I will def be a regular here... I have more options to try.

A quick bomb stop for a breakfast burrito! They are HUGE and the tortilla was fresh warm and delicious. 15 dollar burrito but packed with breakfast goods. Agua Frescas (cumcumber lime) was also refreshing and made to Perfection. The Chile verde and the breakfast burrito was *chefs kiss*

Yay or nay? 1/2 Tried two of their breakfast burritos. Had a bit of the sausage and chile verde. I thought they were both decent but lacked meat and flavor. It was mostly potatoes, which were not very well-seasoned, making the burrito a bit bland overall. The homemade tortilla was good. Their salsas were both decent as well. Red salsa was spicier, but I preferred the flavor of the green one a bit more. Expensive? Worth it? 1/1 I thought the prices for the food were fair. Their Mexican cokes were the only items that were a bit overpriced (almost 4 bucks a pop!). Location 0/1 Location did not have its own parking, but there was street parking nearby. No drive thru. They were only accepting cash, zelle or venmo on my visit which was a bit of an inconvenience. The staff was super cool and mentioned they would be accepting debit/credit cards soon. There were a few tables to eat there as well. Hope they sort their credit card issue soon as not being able to pay easily is a bit of a drag. Plan to return? 1/1 I want to come back and try an asada burrito because the tortillas were good! Hoping that will be more enjoyable.

Today we had Chorizo breakfast burrito and ham breakfast burrito both delicious. We also had French toast and horchata. They have great customer service staff was friendly food was made promptly. The green salsa is very tasty w the perfect kick of spice will return. Thank you !

Where to begin? Hole in the wall place, for sure. Took me some digging through Yelp to find this spot. Cozy spot! Small, right on the street of Florence & there's room for street parking otherwise I believe there's parking in the back. Friendly person behind the register, quickly gave me my order (ordered at rush hour, still got my order within 15 minutes) Now for the food... I got the Chorizo breakfast burrito. I have to say, you can really taste the love put into it. Hot, fresh, tortilla, soft delicious potatoes & cheese, and somehow there wasn't a pool of grease at the bottom of the burrito as is usually the case with chorizo since it's super fatty. I could taste quality ingredients inside the burrito which is crazy to me. I never realized how mediocre other places serve their food until I ate here. I could actually taste the eggs. Not bland, flavorless, stale eggs. They were soft, well-seasoned & fresh! I love Mexican flavors so maybe this is just me, but I would add some pico de gallo or the green salsa on the burrito, to make it really stand out. I ordered an asada burrito for my coworker so unfortunately can't comment on the taste of that one, but they ask if you want cilantro & onions on it & if you want traditional beans or refried beans. Place is also cash only! Overall, pleasant experience & looking forward to my next visit!

This places offers great breakfast burritos. I tried the chorizo burrito and I was very satisfied with the quality of their homemade tortilla, meat, potatoes, and cheese. I was surprised that it filled me up pretty well. Not too many places have burritos like this. The workers are super nice and welcoming. I was given a mason jar of ice water to go with my meal without asking while dining in. Overall 10/10

The warm soft tortillas in the burritos remind me of the ones my mom would send to my dad and I on cold construction mornings. Just down the street from Tacos Gavilan, El Burrito House gives a different side and taste of Mexican cuisine. My first time here the owner was sweet and friendly while attentive to customers. The homemade tortillas have a feeling that comes only from authenticity, dedication and love. While I waited, I read abt some of the history of the culture and will definitely check out again to try other recipes on menu.

Ordered a Carne Asada Quesadilla and couldn't be happier. Made simply, delicious marinated steak, white and yellow cheese and a handmade flour tortilla. Not at all greasy and full to the edges. That only would've been enough, but I also got a side of French Fries which were tasty, slightly seasoned and crinkled cut, full size, not thin and overcooked. Helpful and courteous service at the counter from the cashier, and from the chef when my food came out. Ordered for take out and everything came prepared with care. A nice small place, minimalist dining area, clean and worth looking for. A small fridge for drinks, Jarritos of various flavors, canned Coke and Diet Coke, agua fresca in fountain behind the counter as well as variety of teas or coffee.

Honestly nothing bad to say about this place... maybe the burritos are a little pricey but having homemade tortillas are worth it. They seriously had me at homemade.

Woah!! This place is delicious!! I went a day prior to place a large order of breakfast burritos for my team (11 total), based on the Yelp reviews. I ended up buying myself lunch.. the Azteca burrito!! Ohh daddy.. it was delicious!! Seriously my new favorite burrito. It was big.. it was mouth watering with just the right amount of spice!! I was able to eat half for lunch and saved the other half for dinner.. I'm a very happy customer. Fast forward to this morning .. EVERYBODY (all 11 team members) were super happy with their orders. They were stuffed and Happy. I was given the thumbs up to order from here again!! We are new fans of El Burrito House

Found new spot for breakfast burritos, fresh flour tortillas and none of that frozen hash brown. I highly recommend this spot.

Honestly I wasn't too impressed. Maybe I'm an old person who thinks 13 dollars for a regular burrito is a bit too much.

The food and service here are fantastic! The tortillas are fresh and homemade which make or a break a good burrito. We had the meat lover breakfast burrito which was really good. Their lunch options look fantastic so we will definitely be back. I would recommend calling ahead with your order as there can be a long wait just walking in

I'm in Bell one weekend a month the for the national guard and I look forward to coming to El Burrito House to get a burrito every time. I dont have a favorite on the menu because ALL of the ones I've had are beyond delicious.!

I love El Burrito House so much! From the homemade flour tortillas and tortilla chips to the hearty burritos and quesadillas, everything I have ever ordered from El Burrito House has been fabulous. Every visit is an absolute treat. My all-time favorite is the cheese quesadilla with an order of guacamole and an horchata to drink. I'm a picky lady when it comes to my horchata and El Burrito House always serves me a large, fresh, cinnamon-y and perfect one! The restaurant is always clean and the service is always great. The owner is such a lovely and friendly person! This is a taqueria-style place, so order and pay at the register, and the food is brought out to you later. My only complaint is that they're not open long enough! I'd love to be able to come and eat here for dinner but they close at 3 P.M. :( That being said, please give this place a try if you haven't been yet! I've brought a few picky eaters here and they've loved it! I can't wait to come back again.

I hate giving low rating to small shops but it really was just OK. I got the carne asada burrito and yes, the homemade tortilla is delicious but the rice was dry and meat overcooked.

I thought I give it a try. Got a breakfast burrito which wasn't to bad but little on the expensive side. 2 burrito's for $30 not to sure if I'll be back. Will leave it at that.

I always pass by this place and decided to stop today to try the breakfast burrito and wow it was very good just left the wrapper lol they do need improvement on the hot sauce but hey everyone is different other then that I loved it will be going back for sure

Esther's place is so good. I had the chorizo burrito which was so delicious. I was dancing in my seat. The dance of a happy eater. The burrito was oooh oooh good. She has made a great spot for this community. Before I leave to head back to the San Francisco Bay Area . I will come back to eat here once more. So I can have some of the best food Los Angeles has to offer.

I went here a few weeks ago and it was the most amazing delicious food I have ever tasted.i got the Azteca burrito it was the bomb .AND the cashier was so nice and helpful with my selection of what to get .. I highly recommend this place

Have had a few different Burritos (Chile Verde, California and Chorizo) and each was excellent. Going to try and have one of each before going back to my favorites.

I found out about this gem of a restaurant in the local guide that Bell posts. The staff here are very friendly and immediately stood out upon entering. I ordered the California Burrito along with Horchata. The Horchata was just the right level of sweetness and balanced well with the cinnamon. Right away, the standout aspect of the burrito was the flour tortilla. I knew beforehand that these were made in house, but experiencing it, left a great impression on me. This paired the best with the salsa verde but the salsa rojo had a powerful punch which I can appreciate. At the moment they aren't taking credit cards, only Zelle and Venmo. I anticipate that this will change in the near future. I'd gladly come back anytime. Definitely a standout in the city of Bell

This is the burrito I've been looking for. It's made well, proportioned, tasty and filling! Accompanied by a sauce that's worth eating! The young lady was a delight and I'm happy to say I'm a regular from here on out.

The burrito was so good even after rolling around town with it for about 30 to 45 minutes! The tortilla was so soft and the Chile Verde was the business

First off the service is SUPER!!! The lady at the front counter is very sweet and helpful. She will explain anything in the menu and seems very happy and proud of the restaurant. The burritos are really good. My only suggestion is that they should charge a little extra and put guacamole and sour cream because it can be a little dry. The tortillas are SO GOOD Kitchen is very fast. Restaurant seemed clean. Great spot for lunch. Based on what we ordered the quesadilla was really the best. We saw people with the ranchero burrito and that thing is a monster but looked delicious!!! Would get that if I go back.

We LOVE ALL there burritos specifically with there bomb tortilla de arina! We had chorizo & egg , Chile verde, bacon & egg, nopales & egg, ALL of them are good. There flavors are GREAT & the burritos size are BIG & tasty.

We decided to take a day trip and this was our 1st stop. We had seen it on Yelp and Instagram because they have hand made flour tortillas for the burritos. Yum! The place is small and next to a gas station near the Hwy 99. Service is friendly and quick. It is small and has a small salsa area. The red sauce is your best bet if you want some heat. We tried the Azteca burrito. Awesome! Carne asada, chorizo, queso fresco, guacamole, pick de gallo, beans, and nopales (cactus) all wrapped in a big flour tortilla. We split it and a meatlovers breakfast burrito. Also, full of sausage, bacon, ham, potato, cheese, and egg. We highly recommend this place. They serve breakfast and lunch. They close early at 3p.

I been craving a chorizo con papas and found this place. The best burrito I've had in a very long time fresh flour tortillas can't beat that. The place is very clean, the service is excellent the owner and staff are very friendly. A must try!!!

Finally got a chance to try this place out and I'm glad I did. I came by for breakfast and they have plenty of options. I chose Chile verde breakfast burrito and the flavors were on point! definitely come by if you're in the area. I like that the options go beyond the regular taqueria and include some classic Mexican guisados. Very friendly peoples. I can't wait to go back.

Honestly, one of the best chorizo burritos I have ever had. We also ordered a burrito Azteca and a cheese quesadilla, which were both delicious. The tortillas are homemade and are so tasty. The salsas were very good. My favorite was the green salsa. The horchata was refreshing, not too sweet. Amazing and kind customer service. I will definitely be back.

LOVE the tortillas de harina , but way over priced got a chile verde breakfast burrito it was great but only had like 2/3 piece of pork cost way too much for it it had wayyyy more papa than anything .there chorizo burrito is good nothong special though again way over priced .. paid $28+ for those 2 burritos
