Nice atmosphere and comfy giving vibes to hang out for a night. Food trucks are available as well as an alcohol serving establishment. Ordered the frozen watermelon drink. Couldn't taste much alcohol in it, and it was sweet, but like a good sweet, not an overbearing kind. No frozen margaritas are available. The gentleman who tended to us was nice and offered us a sample of the flavors.

Love coming here and now there’s a small play area for the kids. Some of the best food trucks, great bar and a huge screen for watching sports! Top notch place!

Google
Went with a group of friends who were visiting from Colorado and this place was recommended by my coworkers and let me tell you! This place is amazing! Great food amazing vibes , we loved it. But! There’s always a but for every great place, food was so expensive 😭. It was delicious though we recommend 100% can’t remember the names of the food trucks but the birria and the brisket was 10/10. I got myself adobada tacos and they were amazingly deli deli delicious . The drinks were so delicious and they had plenty of alcohol my friends, enough to get you going for the night. I almost forgot, you can bring your kids also but I wouldn’t after dark since it gets really loud fast and the vibe is more for grown ups. During the day yes definitely it’s and amazing picnic vibe.

Google
My wife and I came here because we saw the Dinorito on Instagram and wanted to try it out. I had ordered the Dinorito at Bussin Q and she had order the Bang Bang chicken bowl from Krazy Katsu. The food was okay-ish. I feel like its a lot of hype for the price of a $44 burrito tbh. Mainly mac and queso, and maybe a 1/3 of meat. I do not think it was worth the price and probably will not be trying Bussin Q again. Krazy Katsu was good, I ate the rest of my wife's food because the flavor of the Dinorito got old only half way through and i didnt wanna eat it. Overall, for both establishments Bussin Q gets a 5/10 and Krazy Katsu 6/10.

Google
An awesome little food truck park! It's nicely decorated, lots of tables set up. Fans are set up well and plenty of room to get around.

Google
First stop El Camino for our first night in San Antonio and we love the vibe of everyone. Outdoor so it's comfortable and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Amazing Mexican food too!

Google
A very bright and colorful food truck park near the Pearl that provides a nice contrast to the extremely hipsteresque atmosphere of that area. Good selection of food trucks abound in this place and a very serviceable bar with good nonalcoholic options among others. Very diverse crowds made for a great afternoon. Bathrooms are very accessible and have changing tables and well organized sinks and accessories!

Google
The atmosphere was great, the DJ was good but Bartender at the entrance was rude, and the drink did not have enough alcohol and everything except for the Elote was $25 and up

Noah D.

Yelp
Love love love can never have a better pizza and birra tacos from the same area and play good music for the kids and later on also for adult crowds!

Rick H.

Yelp
This place sucks. Great vibe. One bartender at a minimum 10 people line. Birria truck. Been waiting 28 minutes for our Tacos SA local won't t be back

Nancy G.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this food truck spot. Has a good variety of food and the area has a bunch of fans to cool off. I really enjoyed the queso birria from Los Birria Boys, just wish they had added more queso! Also the consume tasted like it has a bit of cinnamon? Wasn't exactly my favorite but it was pretty good overall. The torta and nachos from Los Weyes de la Asada were good! The nachos are huge, come with a lot of guac. I thought the torta was going to be bigger but normal torta size, very good! Super friendly environment, will definitely be back for the drinks! They had someone selling cute little jewelry as well, very friendly staff. Can't wait to go back and try the elote and other food trucks I didn't have a chance to try :)

Aly W.

Yelp
We went on a weekday evening during the holiday break so we want to give it another visit sometime. The place is still super cool, love all the pink and neon decor. On the regular, this place is loud. Even as quiet as it was, which we prefer, there was still good food available. We were hoping for more food options but it was just a weird time. We had great service at each place we ordered food from, we don't drink so food was the focus. We ordered from: Dough Boy - Hubby said it was great! Long long long wait because he was alone. We were actually wrapping up to leave by the time he got his pizza. No gluten free so I didn't have any. La Elotera- The pink elote and hibiscus drink made me so happy and were both delicious!!! El Cevichero - Another super long wait because they ran out of tortillas. However the birria was worth the wait. It was so good I can't wait to go back!

Luis M.

Yelp
Excelente and very good food. My wife and the kids loved it! Thanks everyone for the excellent services. I recommend this 100%.

Lizz M.

Yelp
Cute spot, all outdoors. They have food trucks available if you get hungry. The bartender was nice. As far as mixed drinks go, I would say if you don't like them boozy this is the place for you. Beer is a better option to go with if you are picky.

Rodney A.

Yelp
Out of the doughnuts. Say it ain't sooooo!!!! Cheese pizza hit though! Good crust with a bit of snap. Great flavor in the sauce. Not one bad thing to say. The service was cool, the gentleman held a convo with me while the food was being made and came across real personable. Overall great experience and the price was well worth it!

Amanda S.

Yelp
Cute little hipster spot with different food trucks. I tried the brisket Mac n cheese from holy smoke and I wasn't all that impressed. & The creamsicle slush I got was SO strong, I could barely drink it but maybe I'm weak! I will be back to try other food trucks! So I'm basing my review off the vibes!

Ari E.

Yelp
we love coming here. My group of friends visit every once in a while and this place has never let us down with their food truck options, seating and drinks. the staff is kind and quick. Please, El Camino, if you're reading this, put some misters or fans near seating areas. this Texas heat is not joke

Skylar C.

Yelp
I love this place! Good bar with creative drinks Great food truck selections for most appetites Good music!

Amanda M.

Yelp
We visited El Camino on a Thursday night around 6:00 pm and there were only a couple of tables taken. We were excited to try La Elotera and were not disappointed, the Pink Elote and Hood Rat were sooo good. We also tried the Queso Birria tacos from El Cevichero. They were nice and hot but a little too much cheese. The meat was very soft though and paired nicely with the consomé. Although it was hot as heck outside, we liked the paintings and picnic tables. We also had half priced alcoholic slushees that were strong but good. We were hoping to try Los Weyes de La Asada but sadly, they were closed today. We will visit again to try them out.

Yelp
If you haven't been to this fun food truck spot, put it on your Places To Visit list! This is another one of San Antonio's great outdoor bars/eatery that sits right on the Riverwalk! But it's on the north side of downtown so it's not touristy. This is where you find the locals! You will be carded upon entry because there is a full bar, even if you're just coming for the food, so make sure you have your ID! The food trucks are located towards the back and there are plenty of tables and benches to sit and enjoy your food. The atmosphere is one of a party almost! You'll find great food, fun drinks, great music and an overall fun vibe! If you're headed there for a specific food truck, you'll want to check out their personal information as they all operate on their own hours!

Micaela B.

Yelp
I've come here many times and always enjoyed the variety of food trucks, but this past visit my brother and I wanted to check out the $2 taco Tuesday promo we saw on instagram. Taquitos Avenue B impressed me for sure! The carne was flavorful, the salsa rojo gets a big thumbs up, and the pineapple was the cherry on top! You can tell the ingredients are very fresh, you can taste the quality. The people manning the truck were quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for a casual lunch, dinner, or drink. Apparently they used to be a Philly cheese steak place but rebranded and have been open for 3 weeks. Will definitely return again just for Taquitos Avenue B!

Jazmyne M.

Yelp
Huge spacious place! Loved the food truck options and that they had vendors. I wish the music was a bit louder. The main bar got pretty backed up. My husband said there was always someone behind the bar doing nothing so they could have helped make the line go quicker. Thankful for the large umbrellas! Would love to come back!

Kathy A.

Yelp
Delicious will definitely be returning! Very beautiful environment! Recommend going at night though it was superrr hot during the day fans didnt really help.

JoAnna G.

Yelp
I definitely love El Camino. There's such a variety out there , There's a barbecue truck , there's pizza there's shawarma , there's beer , mixed drinks. I ate at Dough Boy , The Pita Chick & the little aqua fresca place . There's also a lady selling homemade dog bones , a guy selling homemade chamoy . The atmosphere is amazing there . I love the atmosphere and El Camino if you're downtown definitely out there and give it a try.

Juliett D.

Yelp
Great selection of foods. We were able to enjoy our food from a double decker food truck! Music was being played that created a great vibe. Expect the food to be pricey.

Esther R.

Yelp
Absolutely love the atmosphere here! The lights the music and the food trucks make is such a fun place to come hang out. Favorite truck is El cevichero. Their ceviche is always fresh and service is good.

Samantha A.

Yelp
Easy to find food truck area. There's about 4-5 different trucks. Ceviche, pizza, chicken, hot dogs, burgers and a bar. A lot of seating, fans blowing, everything is outside. Bathroom available, didn't use them so no idea on the condition. Great music playing, love the atmosphere. We tried the pizza place Doughboys and THAT! Was delicious! We also tried Petes fried chicken, got the DIRTY BIRD and that was ahhhmaaazing!!! Great place for family (we went on a Saturday afternoon, don't know if that changes in the evening) or come with friends. Service at the pizza place and petes hot chicken were great, very friendly.

Reiley H.

Yelp
They have great food trucks and drinks. They also had some small business jewelry vendors which I enjoyed. I got the lucky charms cocktail which is a mixture of 3 slushy flavors. It was really good but $17 was a bit much for that size. Parking can be difficult. The free parking close by is usually full so I had to park a little further and walk.

Karen R.

Yelp
This place has great ambiance; aesthetic, the tostadas were good but when we asked the bartender a few questions all she responded was "idk I just serve the drinks" it was a no for me. The drinks were idk, cause we just picked a cool NamE, they weren't good. The area has so much potential because it is so pretty, but service is a big deal.

James R.

Yelp
interesting open outdoor set up with picnic tables and food trucks. Lots of big screen TVs for enjoying sports.

Amberia S.

Yelp
this is a community food truck park . it feels like an outside lounge type of vibe . they have american food , mexican food , and alcohol . the set up is really cute if you want to take pictures . i had the quesataco with green sauce and a regular taco with red sauce . my friends got the nachos . the food was an 8.8/10 . would definitely go again .

Marcos D.

Yelp
A wonderful food truck park located just off the river. There's a large patio area extending to the street and the river walk. There are are a variety of food trucks and a full time bar with beer, cocktails, an alcoholic slushees

Jessica N.

Yelp
Nice cool taco spot named LOS WEYES DE LA ASADA , delicious and well worth my money . There's this other spot with corn and I don't recommend it , WAAAAY too much lemon on the corn . DONT GET THE CORN, WASTE OF MONEY!

Josue L.

Yelp
I don't usually go out to post a review once so often, but I would like to leave one for the Agua Frescas truck since the service was extraordinarily nice. I don't know the name of the lady working there almost 24/7 but she did her job well serving the best drinks and corn. I haven't said this is person to her but I would like to thank her for her hard work. She didn't had to apologize for working so hard to be on time. I hope for the best of her since she mostly works alone. Thank you for the hibiscus and lemonade. It was a 9/10.

Sabrina C.

Yelp
Visited on $2 Tuesday not too packed. We did get a brand new bartender on his first day but he did a great job making all our drinks. Fans were a plus since it was pretty hot. Once it got darker the neon lights and music created a great atmosphere. Food trucks were awesome. They have a great system with the food trackers so you don't have to stand and wait for your food. Definitely recommend coming and checking it out!

Giselle C.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of dog-friendly places, since we can't leave our pup at home alone (he'll destroy it...but that's a whole other story). So, I've had my eye on El Camino for a while now, and finally made it out on a Sunday afternoon. The weather was perfect, the crowd was chill and the food and drink offerings were great! I had a brisket quesadilla from Aroma SA and it was ginormous! I had enough to eat for dinner AND take some for lunch the next day! Tasty, with just a little kick of spice. It hit the spot! Drinks were great - I had the spiked hot chocolate (it was STRONG) and then I had a Como la Flor slushie (this isn't your kids' slushie, though...:D) Both were delicious! The atmosphere is casual and has plenty of seating. Some coveted spots along the river were obviously taken, but there are tons of tables. One of the staff brought our dog some water, which was a nice touch. The lights and flowers really give you that SA fiesta vibe, too! I can't wait to go back...this might be our new weekend hangout!

Lourdes S.

Yelp
Atmosphere is amazing, pink corn is great! Love the girls night here. It's also a nice first date. I've yet to have any issues on service. I've tried multiple locations and it's a great truck stop.

Yamile C.

Yelp
Liked this place. Gave me away Wynwood Oasis vibes (I was visiting from Miami). It's a closed off area with several food trucks, a bar and music. Very colorful and lively. They do ID, but kids are allowed. They have plenty of seating areas and a good selection of different food trucks. There were quite a bit of people but seating wasn't hard to find and we got our food and drinks pretty fast. I believe they have parking all around...maybe some paid parking too although we did find street parking about a block away. We had food from the Pita Chick and El Cevichero and drinks from their bar...all pretty good. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a chill environment with music, drinks and good food.

Jeret G.

Yelp
Fun place to have an outdoor meal and drink from a local food truck. The vendors have unique SA themed merch and the vibe is nice. I wish there were more options for food, but what we had was good.

Shanice R.

Yelp
First things first I came here to get some pizza from doughboy pizza. It's just happened to be El Camino bar and I'm not disappointed the ambience adorable the bar is adorable the food so far so good on a zero complaints yet and you know the purple piñata was absolutely amazing for a five dollar shot. I would definitely go back to five dollar shots are extremely amazing. Worth the price. Just adorable go here go here

Yelp
First their frozen prickly pear margarita was very good. They have several frozen drinks (yay!) but none are labeled (boo!). A few draft beers w some canned beers available. We went on a Saturday about 4ish and damn it was loud. Read the room owners/DJ. So they have craft drinks, 2 max per person which really backs up the line. When we went there were 2 mixologist but you can see how the line could back up very quickly. If you want a quick canned beer or frozen drink- you still have to wait. Bummer. There were a few food trucks most were closed and getting ready to open. We ended the up w the Vietnamese fusion place (good but feel a little taken when you order 4 lumpia's and they give you 2 and cut them in 1/2 and call them "4"- that's a different review). There was a random guy that was puking into the trash can right by the main entrance. Classy. There were kids running around and families along w all sorts of age groups - whatever floats your boat but not our scene. I had a couple if margaritas. Hubby drank his beer (st Arnold's lawnmower) and didn't even bother with the second- he just wanted out. Maybe we picked the wrong time/day but I feel for the neighbors overlooking the place- if it was loud at 4ish PM- can't imagine how loud the music would be and what kind of the crowd would show. Go check it out and please let me know if you find something different.

Ceressa M.

Yelp
Amazing drinks called the lucky charm! I've been in San Antonio for two years and this is the hot spot we bring all of our friends and family whenever they visit we absolutely love the food truck options. Sometimes I just drive in the neighborhood just to get my favorite ceviche. I absolutely love El Camino and it is a staple in the area.

Melissa D.

Yelp
Came to hang out while husband works. Beer on tap is a plus. Drove around 3 times just to find a parking spot. Not fun. Music is good. Atmosphere is good. Only tried the chicken truck. The tenders I ordered (hot) were too spicy and had this semi sweet chamoy taste to them. Wasn't a fan of the flavor. But their seasoned fries were really good. Other than all that, I'd still come back to try a different food truck. Maybe the pizza truck will be open next time.

Keeley V.

Yelp
Great food truck park. Security was very polite and thorough. Tables were immediately cleaned after guests left. There was a great selection to choose from for food and drinks. Only complaint was that there were too many kids running around with no playground or anything to keep them in a maintained area or occupied. They should consider going to adults only after 9 pm or adding a area designated specifically for kids. Not everyone wants to hear screaming kids

Justin C.

Yelp
Tried goin to El Camino on my break to get something to eat at the food trucks and as a plain clothes law enforcement officer I look like an ordinary person as that's the point, but when I was asked if I was carrying any weapons prior to entering I was denied entry. I explained and showed my badge and weapon on my hip and still a no. So to any other Police Officers or Law Enforcement save ur self some time and go Elsewhere. Obviously not a Law enforcement friendly establishment. If I'm wrong talk to lil kid at the door and school him on who can and can't carry a weapon on ur premises.

Nancy J.

Yelp
Good outdoor place, good customer service Great margaritas and Great Birria tacos from El cevichero

Makalia M.

Yelp
This is a cute little hangout spot downtown. For drinks and food trucks. They also have hookah and music. Got to try the holy smokes food truck for the first time it was so good! Definitely a cool spot friend this summer nights. The only thing is the drinks are not anything strong we got four rounds of shots of tequila and a taste like straight soda water.

Jillianne M.

Yelp
Was in the mood for some Friday night food and fun! El Camino was just the place! Went around 7pm, parking was easier than I anticipated. Walking up to the spot, the music was playing the old school bangers already! Security checked our IDs and we went straight in to get a refreshing drink. Bar has a nice variety of draft and craft beers. They also have delicious mixed drinks. The bartender recommended a nice beer fit just for what I was in the mood for! Once we got our whistles wet, it was time to decide on what to eat. They had so many food trucks to chose from. Pizza, Bbq, seafood and other great options. I had been craving a loaded hot dog all week and just my luck, El Chunky was there! The menu has so many varieties of dogs and we ended up ordering the Fajita chunky and loaded curly fries. Ordering was so easy. You just walk up to The kiosk and order. An electronic text sends you a message when order is ready. *card only in this stand. Food was ready in about 10 mins! 10/10 recommend for quick delicious bites and drinks!

Marisela K.

Yelp
Came here with the girls on a Thursday night to start off our five day weekend!! And wow I really enjoyed it the scenery was amazing and the music was nice it set a nice vibe, and the food was so good !!! The drinks were good and strong as hell too! A bit pricey but i enjoyed my experience here.

Isabel M.

Yelp
I would say it's a cute little hang out spot, kids friendly as well! They had various food trucks in which they all looked delicious! We ordered form 3 different food trucks (couldn't decide )and the wait for each wasn't even long! they said it would be like a 15-20min wait, but it was less than that lol. The alcoholic beverages are a bit on the pricey side, but from the looks of it they looked with it!

Diana G.

Yelp
Looking for somewhere to eat, we saw colorful lights and decided to check it out. This place is so cute. It's colorful. Has live music. The bar has plenty of options. It just opened, so there was only one food truck on site, but the overall ambience is great. I hope they eventually get more than one food truck. They have the typical drinks, but they also have some specialty cocktails. The poblano margarita was so good. It wasn't spicy. They also had their own version of fire ball shots. There's plenty of seating. They are dog friendly. There's dog water bowls throughout the area. They are located next to the VFW. Parking can be tricky. It is street parking and I'm sure as this place gets more popular, it probably will get more difficult to find. The staff was super nice.

Frank M.

Yelp
Does not allow state licensed Texas gun license holders to enter premises. If you are a gun owner, licensed or not, be sure to spend your dollars in pro gun businesses.

Katherine R.

Yelp
Very pretty outdoor place. Depends on the day you go because I have gone on a Thursday it's very chill not a lot of people. But also have gone on a Saturday and it's nasty packed. The lines to get alcohol is soo long regardless of what day you go. Expect 20-30 min way atleast that's what we wait. Lots of food trucks and kid friendly.

V G.

Yelp
A tourist TRAP $$$$ and BLAND!! Drinks BLAND! Never going back! Do not recommend at all also no more chevice here boo

Kazi S.

Yelp
Birria pizza! This place has some of the best birria items you could ask for. There are numerous food trucks and a nice seating area so that you can enjoy your food. There's also a bar with plenty of drink specials if you are looking to have a drink with your food items. They are always playing music to which makes it a very lively area.

Juan S.

Yelp
Horrible service nasty greasy food and racist ownership. Food was slow and cold when arrived

Morgan E.

Yelp
El Camino was AMAZING. It had everything I love all rolled into one - top notch food trucks, live music, and great vibes. I love the selection of food trucks. My friend and I were able to divide and conquer and get a sampling from each food truck. The food we got was perfect. Quesabirria tacos, steak hummus with soft pita, and fried chicken sliders. The food trucks were super efficient and gave people buzzers to alert when their food was done. This kept people from hovering around the window. There was tons of outdoor seating - benches and long picnic tables. This was one of the best things we did on our trip to SA!
