Google
Sorry to say, but this place did not meet the lowest of my expectations. Living in SF, I've experienced a few bad Mexican food spots, and this is one. Food is super bland. The place stinks, it's a bit dirty, and a little more run down than most spots. The staff were super friendly, but the food just didn't cut it. As a Mexicano, I thought the food was made for non-Mexicans and I'd rather have Taco Bell. Even the horchata was gross. Everything looked pretty though.

Google
A decent quesadilla, pretty generous with the filling of steak and prawns. Portion is fairly large, you get two long rolls, which could be enough for two to share, as it is very filling. I think they deserve higher than their current 3.9-star rating, so thought to do this review. The service was similar to what others have said, which actually kind of adds to the experience.

Delicious, Authentic, the best Wet Burritos on Folsom Street in San Francisco. Special nacho nights on Wednesday next to Cat Club Night Club. Fabulous dishes after going dancing.

Google
Outstanding no frills mexican food and beverages. If you're on the fence just go!!

Google
Delicious and cheap tacos. I like the regular taco. They used to have picked jalapeños but at least there’s still hot sauce. Favorite is lengua, carnitas also good. Hoping to come back to try garlic / tomato tortillas (only for burritos)

Google
I've bought two burritos from El Capitan this week on days when I was getting home too late to want to cook. Both were large and flavorful. There was pleanty of chicken in both and I love that they toast the tortillas on the grill rather than steaming them. By themselves, they're a little mild, but they include red and green salsas that kick up the flavor perfectly for this gringo. One of the best things about their burritos is they don't leak! I hate when the bottom of a burrito is soup. El Capitan has many other choices, especially if you are going to dine in, but for takeout, burritos stay warmer longer than some other foods. On both visits, the service was friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean and well lit, though not very big. I try to stay away from carb rich foods, but I'll be back whenever the craving for some decent Mexican cuisine hits me.

Google
A really great place! I will definitely come back. The food tastes wonderful and the service is great. Actually, I'm not a fan of Mexican dishes, but it just tastes so delicious here that I come here every day. I really recommend checking it out, even if you're not a big fan of Mexican cuisine. I love this place.

My go to place when I’m working the graveyard shift in SF. Easy to order, folks are friendly and food comes hot and tasty.

Yelp
So... health code violations... El Capitan has 'em and keeps getting 'em. At the time of this writing, they have four serious violations warranting closure. For some readers, that's probably enough for you to make up your mind on whether or not to hazard an order. Still here? Well, it's a taqueria in an old, untouched part of SoMa that's in immediate proximity to two nightclubs. That's the long and short of it. Not sure what else needs to be said. Look... this place is still around because of those nightclubs. The food is sloppy and rushed but will taste okay and you're not going to have to wait a long time for your order to materialize. The bar can be set higher but El Capitan doesn't want to aspire to greater things because most of their clientele is at night -- either rushing in to cram food before getting liquored up at one of the clubs or leaving a club near-wasted and now scrambling to get something in their stomach to sober up. I'm willing to bet that this has allowed them to float comfortably during their residency on Folsom. People visit here out of need. They aren't visiting after sifting through Yelp looking for a dining experience. Huh? You're STILL here?! Don't you have something else better to do, like mow the carpet or vacuum the lawn or something? Fine, you wanna hear about their burritos? They're the size of a newborn. Bring a stroller (a pram, if you're from the Commonwealth) with you because if you don't then you have to be seen leaving the joint cradling the burrito in your arms like, well, a newborn. Is this a taqueria or a nursery? If you're STILL reading this then, please, seek help.

Yelp
Clutch Mexican spot after a night out drinking! Not too many spots open until 3 AM. Food came pretty fast and was piping hot. Service was friendly, calling out your # order once it's ready. Ambience did feel a little divey, with tables not as clean and some interesting characters inside. Nonetheless, it totally hit the spot. El Capitan Nachos - 3/5 - Hefty amount of fries and toppings. They are GENEROUS with the cheese, getting a cheese pull with every other bite. Carne asada was not bad, tender and hot, although most flavor came from the toppings and cheese. Also had a lot of refried beans which took away the texture of the fries, next time I'll order it without. The fries didn't really have much of a taste either. Took 3 of us to kill this. Super Nachos - 3.5/5 - Same sentiments as above, with too much refried beans. At least the chips added texture by staying crunchy if not dosed with beans. The cheese really saved the nachos for me. Super Burrito w/ Shrimp - 3/5 - Shrimp was plump and had a nice flavor. Burrito was a bit floppy and really juicy wet, in not the best way. Super hot when ready. Horchata - 2/5 - Tasted a little on the thicker side with not as much cinnamon flavor. Did taste like sweet dairy milk, not rice milk.

Yelp
In town for the NBA All-Star weekend & mostly ate at the events but had heard about this place all throughout social media so wanted to give it a try during the late night regardless of the reviews. Ordered takeout & got the beyond super burrito with a spinach tortilla & the mushroom quesadilla. The beyond burrito was delicious! It was a bit sloppy with pieces of filling sticking out of the burrito but was flavor in every bite. You also don't feel gross or heavy after. The mushroom quesadilla was good but there were more bell peppers & onions vs mushrooms in it. Was a bit bland on its own but nothing some hot sauce can't fix. They have a lot of options for vegetarian & vegans. Had no issues with our delivery order & had only vegetarian food but afterwards I did see the other reviews about potential health violations.

Yelp
Todo el día y la noche... All day and late night Mexican Taqueria of SoMa, we're grateful for you. Very intimate space sharing a joint double sided co-op with Anton's Pizza & Deli - separate kitchens and businesses adjoined by an entryway inside - meaning you can order food from either and enjoy on either side. We definitely saw a lot of pizza at El Capitan which has some tables and limited counter/bar seating. You have a huge menu to choose from of traditional Mexican meets street style and loads of vegan y vegetarian options consisting of: Tacos, Tortas, Quesadillas, Special Plates, Postres (desserts), Ensaladas y Desayuno (all day breakfast) como sus Breakfast Burritos. Not to mention all the yummy sides - chips, guac, fries, rice, beans, sour cream, pico. I didn't realize I passed by here a few times over the course of a few days so I was happy to go. I know where we are when we stopped in after a long day out. Estaba emocionado to try their Super Beyond Burrito and my boyfriend was already ready for a Steak & Prawn. When we eventually got to the front of the counter, a long line, we put in our orders... To our dismay they were out of several things from the huge event weekend being out of so much on the menu after a huge event weekend... The guy on the register explained they couldn't do the Super Beyond it the way they normally do because they were out of vegan meat, vegan cheese, vegan sour cream, etc etc... It still comes with a lot of veggies and other things so I was okay with it not being as filling plus he charged us less. For some reason he didn't understand that I still wanted this initially and I let him know no como carne, soy vegano... So my options are literally what I can get lol... I think that blew his mind or he expected me to order something easier... But I'd never been here and the options were so many that figuring out what was available was what I like to call a como se dice un viaje (a journey) and a half... in fairness it was crazy busy. My boyfriend is so awesome that he re-explained that he/I doesn't eat meat so whatever you can put in the burrito he'll eat it and we'll take it. This was true of his meal as well with them being out of steak... We did water (though we had to wait for them to refill it and they were so unbothered), plus chips. Though they have loads of beverages like agua frescas, sangria, margaritas, canned sodas, plus bottled goodness (Mexican Coke, Jarritos). I really wanted to love El Capitan, but we're just in a casual likeship. Tables got used like it was lunch time at an elementary school we cleared out ourselves and with there being little room for someone to come clear these it would've been interesting O.o. On the corner of 8th & Folsom Street they have a great location, but experience a lot of foot traffic - I was at F8, the nightclub next door the night before and noticed them even busier then. Would try again - maybe during the day and/or when they aren't out of as much. Oh Captain, mi Capitan until we beyond meat again/for the first time because you were out...

Yelp
Definitely a mistake. lol. Pretty sure the fish is fried in the same oil as other things and the food tasted soapy.

David E.

Yelp
Nice and friendly staff, tried the fish, shrimp and steak tacos, overall pretty solid for fast casual, salsa was good.

Kiana S.

Yelp
The food here wasn't the best, but I appreciate that it's open late, which is a nice option when you're craving something after hours. I ordered the Steak Salad, and while the presentation looked promising, the steak itself was a bit tough, making it harder to enjoy. However, the redeeming part of the dish was the sauces it came with - they added a flavorful touch that complemented the salad nicely. Overall, it's not a place I'd rush back to for the food, but it could be convenient in a pinch due to the late hours.

Nathan Y.

Yelp
Not much to say other than that this place is open late, so it's super convenient and awesome for those late nights. The carne asada super burrito is super solid, but I wouldn't say that it's anything to write home about. It definitely is more of a hole in the wall, but the service is good and the food is good!

Jamie D.

Yelp
Worst chimichanga I've ever had. Literally half of it was French fries. They stuffed it full of fries and barely put meat or cheese. And even though it says on the menu it's deep fried .. it wasn't. Def do not order it !

Daryl N.

Yelp
Good prices, good variety of many Mexican Taqueria classics, and decent service. Also, they have my personal favorite - All day breakfast! I've been here about 4 times at different times of the day in the last month and a half. This place is known as an afterparty spot due to the proximity to two clubs and a joint pizza shack adjacent. However, there are quiet moments throughout the day and evening. In contrast, at night It can get crowded, busy, and a little crazy. The place is a little small but they have a bathroom, single/table/counter seating, and alcohol. There is also tasty aguas frescas.

Courtney C.

Yelp
Subpar food. Subpar service. Usually hole in the wall restaurants will surprise you, well this will surprise you with how bad it is.

Aaron S.

Yelp
Gotta say this might be the worst Mexican food the city has to offer. Ambiance is lively, service was fast, but that doesn't make up for the quality of the food. Better off hitting up a truck down the street.

Bryan L.

Yelp
Came in for a quick bite. Its location in the soma neighborhood is very useful if you need a burrito in a jiffy. The service is fast and they go beyond just calling your name. The atmosphere is casual. I got the super burrito with carnitas and the size is fairly large. It is really greasy though so I would recommend bringing napkins to clean up. Overall I would say it's worth a quick visit if you are in the area.

Helen L.

Yelp
Chips are not good. The cook/ cashier was nice. Two super burritos to go. i asked for black beans and i got red beans. Steak was chopped up into little pieces. The salsas were good but he only gave one green and one red sauce.

Ultima M.

Yelp
Came here in a whim Venue is clean Customer service is friendly Burritos were ok average .... Salsa is watery and not tasty at all Hard pass for me I need real authentic salsa Con Chile de Arbol or Something........

Morgan B.

Yelp
I don't agree with the negative reviews - the staff were very friendly and welcoming to me and my friend when we ordered takeout. I ordered flautas and the box was PACKED, huge portions and the flavor is on point. The price also felt super cheap to me, compared to most other restaurants. The interior could use a little makeover but we just grab takeout anyway, I would recommend this place. Maybe certain items are better than others. The flautas and tacos were bomb!

Anthony M.

Yelp
I ordered a quesadilla and they gave me dry beef cuts wrapped in tortilla without any of the ingredients I request. At this point, pay me to make my own quesadilla.

David N.

Yelp
Having PTSD from my experience walking from Market Street down 8th, I found refuge in El Captain. The full menu was in effect. Breakfast is served all day and into the night. For me, it's Huevos rancheros. Simply two fried eggs (over easy) and served on charred corn tortillas. Nicely topped with a pico de gallo made of tomatoes, chili peppers, onion, and cilantro. Rice and refried beans on the side. A bit of guacamole, sour cream, and lettuce also was a welcomed addition. Lovely folks running the store. Mucho bueno!

Tisha H.

Yelp
Absolutely worst burrito I've ever had or seen. I ordered an impossible burrito and there was not one ounce of impossible meat. The salsa and guacamole was sour which means it's bad, chips were stale. Stay far away, with all of the taquerias in this town no one should have to eat here!

Xoxo B.

Yelp
I usually don't make reviews but I asked for a shrimp taco salad with rice and beans and fajita mix . She first charged me $20 way over the price, which with price was listed above her. Then the manager rang me up and it was $13 plus $1 chips. I tipped because I appreciated them making the change and then got my food and the shell was burned and no beans or rice after a 12 minute long discussion about what I wanted. I checked my receipt and everything was right on paper but my order unfulfillling. I also tipped before I got my food because I felt bad for not speaking Spanish because she couldn't understand me. Always check your food before you leave folks lol I'm grateful others still appreciate their food and service mine experience was the worst for the eating here the first time.

Ed G.

Yelp
Terrible disgusting food and rude employee they got my review deleted this place has way more bad reviews but they get them removed

Annabelle R.

Yelp
Had dinner here on a Sunday evening and had a wonderful experience. Parking was easy, right out front on the street, it was a quiet night, the restaurant was clean and bright and had a lot of character. The menu was extensive, with plenty of options. Seating was available both inside and outside (parklet seating). I got the shrimp quesadilla without guacamole and is was sooo good, saucy, buttery, melty cheese oozing out of the crisp tortilla, filled with juicy flavorful shrimp with a buttery grilled taste... I want more just talking about it. The portion was large, but I ate every last bite cuz it was so delicious, with just the right amount of spice, served hot and fresh. I'd return just for this! My friend got the veggie burrito bowl which she said was also good and filling. And we shared chips and salsa (they had two choices, I asked for the less spicy). The salsa had a good flavor, not too bland but not too tangy or salty, it was just right. The service was friendly and the wait not long at all, probably about 10 minutes for our food. There was no soap in the women's restroom, but the workers let my friend wash her hands at the kitchen sink. Overall pleased with my experience, and craving more of that quesadilla! :)

Elaine S.

Yelp
I've been here 2x and haven't been disappointed. The first ultra satisfying time was after a bar hop night in soma. We were super hungry and saw their bright open lights. Pro tip they're also connected to a pizza shop. So if you have ppl in ur group that might want pizza, might want Mexican good. This is perfect. The tacos were very reasonable priced and yummy. The 2nd time was delivery via door dash. Burrito, nachos, and tacos. Again all super good!! I'd come back

V H.

Yelp
This place saved me when I was looking for a quick meal so I'll give it that. The service was okay. I would go back only if necessary though. I got a wet burrito and it was a decent size and nicely presented. However, the red sauce poured over the burrito was colder than room temperature (is that the way it's supposed to be?). I selected BBQ chicken as the protein and there was BBQ sauce as if from a bottle/can of BBQ sauce, and not a memorable one. It totally clashed with the other sauces and flavors. The chicken was not grilled. Maybe someone else would be expecting this and happy with it - to each his own. The place could be cleaner too. Again, I would go back if necessary.

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
Wasn't sure what to expect because the reviews for El Capitan Taqueria were so split, but I decided to give it a try with an open heart. They have a kiosk on the side for self-ordering for credit card payments only, the downside being that it doesn't give an option to choose what meat you want, so I ended up waiting in line to order at the cashier instead. The service is super slow. The cashier didn't seem to understand the register system, taking a few minutes to enter my single order. She also didn't seem understand me when entering my order, after entering both the meat and burrito selection incorrectly- you definitely need to speak up for yourself. She almost forgot to give me my receipt with the order number on it as well. Felt bad for the guy who ordered 15 mins before me- my food came out before his, and I think they forgot to make his Regular burrito. They almost gave him my order instead, but thankfully I had my receipt and spoke up. I ordered a California Burrito with Lengua, which comes with some chips and sauces. The burrito was super disappointing. Although the meat was ok, the tortilla and fries were soggy, and the overall burrito was bland.

Yelp
If I could give this restaurant zero stars. I would! Disgusting! Absolutely disgusting! Trash! Appalling! Shameful! Let's start with the experience. When I walked in the restaurant, there was a woman cleaning the windows, and there was no one behind the counter. I could hear someone in the back, but I didn't want to be rude and yell out for assistance, so I just waited, and waited, and waited, and waited--for about 15 minutes to be served. I know that the lady saw me walk in the restaurant, yet she did nothing. I had to go over and ask her if she could go get someone from the back!? Five minutes later, someone comes out and quickly throws together a burrito. I didn't hear him cook anything he didn't fire up the grill. He went in the refrigerator, grabbed a couple of items. and seconds later I had a burrito. The burrito was cold, and was not fresh at all. The meat was very tough and hard to chew. Overall, the burrito was very disgusting, and of the ingredients overall. Over priced for the quality. I took several bites and threw the burrito in the trash. I didn't have time to complain because I was on my way to an appointment. I will never go to this place again, ever. You guys need to do better!

Mitchel ..

Yelp
Dunno why they have 2.5 stars, thats cap. I have come here many times and every time service is quick, I get my food fast, and it hits every time. This is exactly what I want as a late night taqueria, all I want is some $3.50 tacos and horchata and I get fire every time. Servers are smiling and having a good time, it's great vibes here.

J W.

Yelp
Used to be great, now you order and pickup and your order is not ready. Used to give you a few little bags of chips and salsa, now wants to charge you a dollar each, even after you spent 80+ dollars. We will not be going back or even reccomend to our friends. Even the dude who work the counter was the worst.

Joseph R.

Yelp
I use to really like this place but I just feel like they haven't really did anything to compete with other burritos spots in the city 20 dollars for steak and prawn burrito with ah medium mango drink Not to mention the burrito just seems super mid to me It shouldn't matter what time it is the burritos should always be good I mean you can try it for your self but it's other options with just ah better tasting burritos Something positive : the mango drink is great other then that this was my last time with them this burrito ain't worth 20 and it's smaller then most supers

Cody M.

Yelp
Wow.... Some people need to just chill and have a taco. This place has genuine authenticity and upbeat happy staff that always act like family. Quick, kind, diverse, real deal and to the point.... There is even Italian food connected next door. Yummy tacos and pizza!!! If I'm being completely honest the food isn't five stars. It worth it and makes sense. Any establish this bright, busy, and delicious sure doesn't deserve some of the reviews given.... Paz

Anne M.

Yelp
Love love love this restaurant for Authentic Mexican. I usually will choose this taqueria while in SOMA or the Bay Area in general as it is one of my favs. I was into the Burritos for the longest time. First steak and then shrimp and then a lil of both and then the 6chicken flautas were my go to (as everything is really good and fresh here...cant really go wrong) Lately I'm doing this more vegetarian sort of thing so I am into their cheese enchilada meal (2 enchiladas can also add meat of choice ) with beans and rice and lots of cheese as well as guacamole and sour cream.

Annie G.

Yelp
trash. ordered 3 burritos, they were cold. no salsa. trash trash trashtrash trash trash

Nichole B.

Yelp
It's very hard to tell if this place is worth going to because there's so many five star reviews but then so many one star reviews and I will be joining the one stars. I came here with my friend who is vegan and has a dairy allergy because everyone talked about how awesome it was that they had so many vegan options - which they do, but their staff is not aware of the difference apparently. I really tried not to give into all the bad reviews on this place but unfortunately they were all spot on the staff is incredibly rude didn't care that my friend had a dairy allergy thankfully they replaced the food with the right ingredients but we ordered two and they only replaced one. Luckily I am not allergic and I was able to try the food for her before she ate it because I had a sinking feeling that it was not vegan. I ended up eating the "vegetarian" taco that we were given because I was hungry and it was decent. I did not eat the tortilla though... The carne asada tacos were gross. The salsa was okay but could not mask the awful taste of the old moldy tortillas and the awful dry rubbery flavorless meat. Would not come here again. If you get hungry after going to f8 or Cat Club, do yourself a favor and go to the pizza place next door.

ChenChu X.

Yelp
I had a good experience at El Capitan. I went in to get a couple of tacos for their taco tuesday special and I feel like you get such a good deal for the tacos that are offered. They were good and I also got some chips that I thought were one of the best chips I've had. I didn't get to try anything else but will probably go back again in the future.

Sakkara C.

Yelp
We ordered 2 carne asada super burritos and a carne asada super quesadilla, the burritos were nasty,my friend took two bites and threw hers away. I ate almost half of mine and realized the salsa tasted sour (rancid) then I ate some of the chips with Salsa Verde, the chips tasted like they were fried in oil that needed to be changed. We spent almost $60, never ordering from them again.grossss

Gautham K.

Yelp
Don't go here! It's a waste of money and the food quality will likely make you sick. Food quality is very suspicious. Interior is very dirty with flies everywhere and the kitchen looks very messy. Got a California burrito with Al pastor that came with chips and salsa. The salsa tasted odd so I threw it away (very likely old / rancid). The burrito was okay but the meat didn't feel like Al pastor. Two employees. No real service.

Ed U.

Yelp
It's hard to believe this was once Citizens Band, that bastion of deep-fried goodness that was probably so overloaded with cholesterol that it couldn't possibly survive. It didn't, and now it's this industrious two-man corner taqueria that doesn't quite move into the green when it comes to flavor satisfaction. I dropped by in the early evening, and customers were either young tech heads or the neighborhood police force. The only item I felt I could order with some discretion was the $10.95 El Capitan Taco Salad, which was a pretty standard mix of romaine lettuce, rice, pinto beans, onion, peppers, sour cream, salsa, tortilla strips, and grilled chicken (photo: http://bit.ly/2I5cNxH). No cheese, no guacamole, and the poultry was overcooked. I can see why because the guys were multi-tasking like crazy. Their work ethic was admirable, but the results not so much. FOOD - 3 stars...a taco salad less than ideal AMBIANCE - 3 stars...lotta people just waiting for their orders SERVICE - 3.5 stars...the two guys need some assistance, especially to watch the grill TOTAL - 3 stars...think I'll save my taco calories elsewhere RELATED - In the mood for Mexican? Here's a collection of places I've tried and reviewed: http://bit.ly/2QQ9Lmv

Eleisha R.

Yelp
Wonderful food, Taco Salad to die for. Loved how good it was really appreciated the attention to detail.

Justice K.

Yelp
This place is pretty awful. I ordered a carne asada California burrito. The meat is tasteless. It was basically shredded/pulled. I don't know what that was in my burrito, but it didn't have the likings of any carne asada I ever had. The salsa is comparable to something you'd get out of a jar. No freshness, no heat. My $13 burrito came with a side of chips, mind you were (unsalted & void of any taste), but had threw most of it away, because the salsa was too pitiful. Would not return. In summation, do not waste your money, time, or calories here. There are far too many good eateries in San Francisco to make El Capitan of SoMa one of them.

Matt G.

Yelp
As I recalled, this corner dining spot was a café/diner many years ago. Now in its place is a taqueria. What is left from the old spot is the old-school countertop tables and stools, which you don't see much around in the city. As a frequent burrito-consumer and passing by frequently, I have always wanted to eat here for a while. I was here for lunch and ordered my usual, Grilled Steak Super Burrito for $10.50. I am not sure if it wasn't my day at that time, but the grilled steak was burnt with a smoky aftertaste. But the cooks sure wrapped my silver bullet very tight, which is good because I don't want the filling to fall to the dirty table or floor. Just in case you're wondering and when I dine in, I eat my burrito over the free tortilla chips. The chips from here are free with the meal, and they are light and flaky. My lunch was "meh"! Would I dine here again? There are not many taquerias in that part of SoMa. That part of town isn't one of my favorite areas to dine. You are better off going to the Mission District or walk to the Tenderloin for a better silver bullet with more restaurants to choose from.

Sahar N.

Yelp
Love the size of their burritos! Massive! Ordered the super veggie burrito as was pretty satisfied. If you don't want your burrito to be on the juicy side, don't order guacamole on it - but if you don't mind it, it's the perfect mix. Their chips and salsa were also perfect! I would suggest picking it up vs delivery - might not be as warm as you'd like it when it arrives. But easy fix - toss it in the oven for 15min.

Robert G.

Yelp
Food is good! Wide variety of offerings, always delicious. Great for a late night snack too!

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
Should of read the reviews lol Nice staff! My burrito took like 5 min. You'd think it be hot n fresh but it was ice cold and tasteless.

Teddy W.

Yelp
I ordered 8 carne asada tacos, chips and guac. I assumed they would give me a good amount of sauces for my tacos but apparently this restaurant likes to gatekeep their sauces. They had a whole fridge of sauces but gave me 1 green sauce for my 8 tacos. The tacos (steak) were also more dry than my ex's roast beef. If you want to reminisce about your ex you should definitely come here.

David S.

Yelp
I woke up this morning and realized that I haven't had Super Nachos since before COVID and decided to get some. I googled for "good portions of Super Nachos" and came across El Capitan. I said why not try them. After I ordered I saw all this mixed reviews and was like OMG. Here is the scoop. They are NOT the worst place in SF. They are at least to me run of the mill, the middle of the pack. It is NOT awful. I ordered the Nachos and was pretty much what I thought, maybe a bit more flavor could've worked but I was ok. Sometimes more flavor = more salt and that doesn't work for me. For those who think nacho chips do not get soggy, please think again. With all that goop and stuff poured on the chips, of course they will get soft and soggy, with the crispy ones on the edges. Carne Asada was fine at least to me I also ordered their regular taco just in case the nachos didn't fill me up. It was a pollo/chicken taco and again it was fine. Nothing tasted funky or old. The taco came with a bag of crispy chips and 3 salsas. The green and dark red ones were really good and highlighted the meal. The third one looked awful, tasted bland BUT was spicy. I thought best not to use it. It left a spicy aftertaste. Maybe it was the devil's urine who knows =) Anyway, the food isn't going to kill you, but yes I have had better. I'd say it was good to nearly very good. It could be worth a try for those curious. No photos since I ate everything but that odd looking salsa ! :) Also, the food wasn't cold even after a 15 minute delivery.

Yelp
Over all good is ok, staff is friendly and get the transaction done. Sometimes the food tastes old, and the meat has no seasoning. Why the one star? I'm sick and tired of non-Latinos taking advantage of Latin heritage. This establishment is NOT Latin owned but they make profits from our culture, making it harder for someone else to thrive in this business

Yelp
I ordered from the app a super Al Pastore burrito. I know I ordered late night, but the burrito was cold, the refried beans were cold, and there wasn't much flavor. Go there only if you're very hungry and there isn't anything else open.

Yelp

Yelp
I love nachos but I found it difficult to finish the ones from here. The grilled chicken was slightly dry around the edges. A lot of the chips were soggy. Yes I ordered through delivery but most places I've ordered nachos from did not have this issue. The cheese and toppings were also just mediocre. Twice I have ordered from here as well, and both times I have ordered horchata yet alway get something that is not horchata. The first time, I received a different agua fresca which was ok, but the second time I only got a bottled soda which I do not even like/drink. Disappointed I even gave them a second try, but I won't be ordering from them again.
