El catrin Mexican food

Chorizo picaditas were ridiculously delicious. Asada and carnitas tacos were good. Pastor burrito was flavorful and filling. Salsas are spicy and TASTY. Service is friendly and fast. Worth the stop!

I got 3 tacos (all different meats), 1 tostada (seasoned beef), and a horchata. The tacos were really good although the chicken one was on the dry side but the hot sauces/lime made up for that! I was ready to give a 5/5 until I got to the tostada. The flour shell was dark and over cooked and I got a little hurt running into a bone. 😓 Took a picture of the sharp thing. Service was good and man seemed nice. Horchata was on the pricey side but tasty. Maybe I got unlucky?

Been eating at this stand for the last year. I work construction and I'm a taco truck connoisseur. El catrin is the best. No one compares. The pastor, the creamy salsa, the carnitas. Do yourself a favor and get 4 tacos, each a different meat, and know bliss.

I could spend half an hour waxing poetic on the nuances of the menu telling you about how good the carnitas are. We could speak for a full day about the flan. Just come here and try it... Juan and his team know exactly what they are doing. Also good portion for the money.

Too many teenagers in the vicinity, but they make some carne asada fries that are straight 🔥! I would recommend them to anyone passing by it's worth the possible barrage of stupidity coming from McDaniels High School.

It was very delicious and they had live music while we ate at this spot. I highly recommend to eat at this place. Very tasty and the salsa.... 😋 🤤 🤤

An unsuspecting plate of yum! Don't let the curb appeal deter you. Even I was a little nervous based on the location but they served one of the best plates of sopes I have ever had the pleasure of tasting! They would be my number 1 sope place if only al pastor was a protein option:)

Best lengua tacos I have ever had! The tortilla is hand made and was fantastic. The service is also terrific here. The men are super kind and generous. What a gem of a place.

I'm just not a "taco lover", I know I know but let me tell you, I was skeptical but these are tacos that I can crave. Their carnitas are delicious and the tortillas are homemade, so so good.

The food was so delicious and had a traditional Mexican taste and look! We ordered quesadillas of chorizo and pastor and tacos carnitas! Super good with the green sauce! Would come back here.

We ordered the green enchiladas and carne asada tacos. Both items lacked flavor and unfortunately both items were cold.

I ate at the 7th and Killingsworth location and had the taco plate. The taco meat was dry and hard, I wouldn't feed it to my animals! The rice and bean were about the same. This is a new cart 1 block from my house and I'll never eat there again!!! Worst Mexican food ever!!!! Tight Taco carts are so much better!!!!

The food was pretty good. Carne asada was very salty. Quick and easy and the location was convenient.
