El Chinanteco Mexican Grill Restaurant

Ive eaten at many Mexican restaurants and this one has to be the best so far! The service was amazing, the food delicious, and it felt very homey for a restaurant. You can tell the food was fresh and made with love!

Visiting LA from the UK having never tried authentic Mexican tacos, these being not only the nicest tacos i had in the city but also some of the most delicious food I have tried, the Lovely Lady working in there helped me order a popular spread of Tacos, must try when you visit!

Great Tacos , $1 and change Tacos for Taco Tusday great deal. I also had the shrimp tostadas that came with a side of chips. You are able to try all their different options and enjoyed their great flavor. Loved them will be going back. They also have a fish taco special lon Friday's.

Casa La Doña is a family owned Mexican food spot with one of the best home made salsa bars in Los Angeles!! All of the food is freshly made, they offer plenty of rare dishes from Central Mexico that you can’t order anywhere else in the city, and the owners and staff are always in welcoming and good spirits! The only thing I would recommend is adding a bathroom for customers, but if you really gotta go just head across the street to Living Foods, the restrooms there are public and the staff is also nice. Beware going on taco Tuesday, the line can wrap around the corner BUT if you have the time it’s totally worth the wait!! Parking could be better, it’s either street parking in the meters or $10 cash above the business.

Great $1 taco Tuesday. The tacos are on par with other Los Angeles taco joints. What makes this place is the extensive salsa bar and $3 chips and guacamole.

The Mexican restaurant is located in Downtown Los Angeles and is one of the favorites of my colleagues (but only on Tuesdays). I was convinced to order my lunch here on Taco Tuesday. Unfortunately that was not a good decision. The quality of the ingredients used in 3 different tacos had not met my expectations. But certainly it is also difficult to get high quality food for $ 1 per taco.

The food is always good and authentic here. It's a bit quiet and a nice spot for a quite moment on your lunch break. I always get an agua fresca and try something different each time.

Pretty decent tacos. I discovered this taqueria randomly and wanted to get al pastor tacos which they ran out of. So I went with asada instead and didn't regret. Moreover I came back within just a few days. What's lacking here is how fast you get your tacos and your order sometimes can get mixed up. $3 for a taco is the new price but they do $1.5 taco Tuesdays and Fridays.

You would normally walk past this place and don't even know it exists. It was Tuesday and this offers special price ($1.49) at this time which is unheard of nowadays. Their Pastor, Carnitas, and Cochinita (Baked Pork) are hella good ! It's weird to walk out of a store with seven tacos for like $12. The store is clean and has decent of tables or chairs. I didn't wait long for my tacos either so it's good for a quick bite.

Food was very excellent and tasty The server was very nice and made sure my sister and I experienced a good time eating .

I came on taco Tuesday and had a great meal. $2 tacos. They were delicious. I've been walking past this spot for a while now and finally decided to try it. I'll definitely come back for more

They claim $1.49 taco Tuesdays, but look at the register when they ring you up. My five tacos today were $13+ (with tax and a reluctant 15% tip). I'm writing this but otherwise quietly never coming back.

So glad I dropped in today for lunch. I decided to have the bean and cheese burrito and added chili and potato. The burrito was fresh and tasty in addition to added a side of fries. The service was great and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend. And as an added bonus for my wheelchair users, they do offer accessible tables. Thanks again El Chinateco

Stopped by for lunch today and picked up a few different tacos. The selection of meats was great, prices were beyond reasonable, and the selection of sauces hits a wide variety of tastes. I personally loved the onion habenero !

Obsessed with this place. I order the huevos rancheros every time and it's the best huevos rancheros I've ever had. The staff is so kind and always remember me and my order. A must go for Mexican food in DTLA

Great food. I had the asada torta and some al pastor tacos with hand made tortillas. Fantastic. They have a large assortment of salsas too. I went spicy with some red and green salsas but also tried the mango salsa and that was incredible.

The best Mexican burrito I ever had... really surprised they only have 4 reviews... I ordered the Cali burrito it was f**ing delicious
