El Churro Man

The Churro Man makes gourmet churros. We get ours at this truck which is super clean and the service is so great. The prices are fair and you will find a place to park. It is not open late so check their website for their latest hours. All the churros are freshly made and served hot. I am told their dough is prepared every morning and it sure is fresh. We have never done this but will for my grandson's next Birthday party. They will cater for you, truck and all. Their state-of-the-art churro press allows them to cater to large corporate or other events where they can serve up to 200 churros an hour. Churro Man was the first approved churro truck by the health dept. in the state of California . Ideal for any occasion. A churro, if you don't know is traditionally enjoyed in Mexico. It is a simple and yummy thin pastry. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, churros can be eaten plain or sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar do that. They also have great dipping sauces including: Cajeta, Chocolate, Lechera, Nutella, and Strawberry. Additionally, churros can be enjoyed with coffee, ice cream, or hot chocolate. All the churros are are vegan and contain no nuts or preservatives. Buy a bunch, they go fast.

2022.04-01/SAT_2100: So, a nasty sweet tooth hit us right before bed and we were thinking of a tasty treat! I CANNOT believe I didn't leave a review and I thought that I did! I'm a jerk! We've been eyeballing The Churro Man for a long time and never stopped in because it would have to be in a cheat day! It was late so we decided to see if they were open and they were! We hightailed it out there! OMG, absolute heaven!!! I've never had a real churro and now I know the difference between a real churro and a frozen, stuffed churro! Holy moly! It's just like the churros in Mexico that I've seen on YouTube. Lightly crisp on the outside and chewy and soft on the inside. HEAVEN! The craziness starts here because after you eat three of those bad boys, it doesn't even feel like you ate anything at all! Nothing like the frozen churros that you get in restaurants! There's also a bunch of delicious dipping sauces and the amount of sugar and cinnamon that coats the outside IS PERFECT!!!! You won't be disappointed! We booked El Churro Man for our wedding reception. They have a person making freshly fried churro & serving to our guests right outside the truck. Their churro were so light & crispy with plenty dipping sauce choices. Our guests raved over this late night treat. Authentic churros made fresh at time of order. Crispy outside lightly fluffy inside. I like them with little sugar and cinnamon. I prefer them plain hot with a sprinkle of splenda.
