"I found El Ciclo to be a popular local breakfast spot under chef Daniel Flores, where tempting chilaquiles (I tried the chilaquiles chipotles) are available with an arrachera steak, and the menu also features fancy steak and eggs, omelets filled with Mexican shrimp sautéed in butter, garlic, and dried red chiles, the la cazuela skillet of spicy fried potatoes, refried beans, crispy bacon and tender arrachera topped with eggs, and even a 400-gram rib eye served with fried eggs if you’re really hungry." - Bill Esparza
