Possibly the most iconic building by Central Park. Same architect who designed the San Remo, Emery Roth. Construction completed in 1931.

Elegant residential building! Quietest nights sleep I have ever had in Manhattan. One can usually hear street noises all night in most places. Here I heard nothing!

Bad experience here especially when the Maintanence started using the water hose to clean the area but when pedestrians are walking by he continues to allow the water to splash recklessly on pedestrians and when politely asked to wait until pedestrians walk by first before using the hose on the street, he taunted at pedestrians asking if they were afraid of the water and laughed as if it was funny. Below is a picture of the guy, he needs to learn to respect pedestrians when people are walking in front of this business.

Bad building because of policy, everything is blamed on management and the ones behind the desk are rude. Workers who work there all day can not use the buildings restrooms in the basement area and it is literally right there when you first walk in. The building takes up half the block and it's been years and they can't provide restroom to wash up, have you heard of sanitary conditions, osha and 311 should be involved. What else are they doing?

The Eldorado at 300 Central Park West, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is the northernmost of four twin-towered luxury housing cooperatives[2] that face the west side of Central Park. The art deco style apartment building fills the complete blockfront extending between West 90th and West 91st Streets and overlooks the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir in Central Park.

Super sketchy old building, unique art deco finishings however not open to the public. Doorman seemed intoxicated when we went in and fell getting up to open door. The place has seen better days. Not worth the walk.
