Ristorante El Filò

Wonderful food and exceptional service. We had a 6-course inspirazioni menu and really enjoyed it! There are 2 tasting menus and this one is entirely gluten free. There is also an a la carte menu with gluten free and lactose free items indicated. The Seabass and yogurt dishes were my favourite. Our server was a cheerful lady who wore glasses (didn’t get her name) - I wish all servers were as enthusiastic and kind as her.

The food was outstanding! A thoughtful combination of different tastes and nicely decorated dishes. The service was very kind and attentive. We had a very pleasant experience and would certainly come back ( if we’re in the neighborhood). Though the restaurant wasn’t the cheapest in the region, it was certainly worth the price! I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly.

Really delicious meal - loved the mushroom ravioli, the strudel with meat and the cheeses. Friendly and attentive staff, and good drinks. Came back for dinner a year later and it was just as good. The bread with butter and olive oil that they give at the start of the meal is so yummy. Loved the red shrimp, the fish terrine and the uova with polenta (the risotto is very good but a bit too rich). Fantastic service as always and good wines. Back again for a 3rd year - they now have an a la carte option (so it’s not just tasting menu, likely because the tasting menu now has to be had as a full table and can’t be change). Nonetheless the meal was divine - we loved the salmerino, the potato terrine, the risotto, the deer loin, the bread basket and the petit fours dessert. Excellent service as always and lovely wines.

We had 2 dishes of pasta and 2 secondi. Every dish was prepared with heart. They were not only beautifully presented but also perfectly cooked. We also saw the kitchen while paying for the dinner, to our surprise, the kitchen was so organized and built with aesthetic. Also saw the chef and had to give him a thumb up to show our appreciation.

Stunning dining! So delicious, beautifully served. Call to book a place, you will not regret. If you expect pizza and spaghetti for 10€ don't even bother.

This is one of few places in Trentino that deserves Michelin Star. Extraordinary food that passes highest level of excellence in form and taste. Great, professional service. Only organic and local ingredients. And funniest thing is we have went there by coincidence as restaurant we weren’t going to was closed. Will come back and warmly recommend!
