"You’ll be transported straight to Mexico City as you dine on El Gato Negro’s corn tacos beneath a ceiling of hanging sombreros, while surrounded by other colourful Mexican motifs. The chef might be Lithuanian, but he certainly knows where to source his ingredients from and how to treat them in order to create authentic, enjoyable dishes. With prices that are as friendly as the welcoming team, this is the perfect spot for a fun night out with friends. Order a range of dishes – maybe beef tongue tacos, sea bream ‘al pastor’ with its smoky marinade, and then golden churros – and all dig in." - Michelin Inspector

Perfect mexican food in Vilnius! Very nice stuff and interior. But most important - delicious food. Both our dishes was colourful and with lot of taste. I truly recommend this place. Will be back soon!

Great food (the best Mexican in town!), and the service is super friendly and helpful. The staff makes eye contact and doesn’t just stare at the floor while walking around (which is rare in Vilnius). The atmosphere of the restaurant feels authentic and gives the Mexican vibes! Highly recommended. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high compared to other restaurants in Lithuania.

Mexican cuisine is well established in Vilnius, but this place adds one nice touch to the scene: forget burritos and beans. Enjoy rich taco with fried cod (a-must-have!), split the huge lamb shank, and go for the fish with lentil falafel. Topped with great enchilada shot & tequila, it's a party!

The best cocktails in Vilnius for sure!! Authentic Mexican kitchen with atmosphere, great place to eat delicious dishes and enjoy Mexican drinks! Big thank you for the staff - they were friendly, professional, made me feel welcomed! Definitely will come back here and recommend this place 👌

Great cocktails, especially frozen margaritas. Felt a bit out of place, coming only to have a drink, but if you are either vegetarian or allergic to shrimp, even your snack options are very limited. Make sure to reserve a table if you come around dinner time.

Lovely staff, delicious food, amazing margaritas, cozy atmosphere. A little pricey. But overall loved it there! Definitely recommend trying the cake.

I was deeply craving Mexican food, and what they had was quite good, but surprisingly limited. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. And the place is themed so that you have no doubt about where you are. But...where is the heat? Where is the depth of flavor? Where are actual Mexican options? The nachos were great...but...are they really nachos?
