Omg I fail in love with the food , and the family that runs it! I ordered the menudo today before I went to work at AutoZone. Omg it took me back to my Tia Sylvia’s menudo! I had a big frog in my throat! I score this business a 10! Thank you El Globo staff for bringing back a memory that meant so much to my family.

Tried al pastor tacos, the menudo and bistek ranchero. The food was nothing to write home about. The best thing was bistek ranchero and even that wasn't impressive and barely had flavor. I wouldn't recommend their menudo at all. I love menudo but this tastes like the menudo from a can. Everything kind of tasted basic and flavorless which was sad because the reviews were so high.

It was a quick lunch. Flautas were good. I enjoyed my time here!

Food came out hot and ready waitress was really nice food was delicious chips and salsa was fresh cheap prices. Definitely going to come back again was my first time I met a friend here.

Absolutely Authentic Tex Mex Food! The atmosphere was very comfortable. The music was all Tejano. Chips n Salsa were Delicious! Drinks Fresh! And the Food..... AMAZING!!!! The bar area was very clean and also comfortable. You have got to visit this place at least once!

Very poor service at 216 night club by a male bartender very rude been there many times always get female bartenders and decided to try the other side and got a rude bartender and try to get us kicked out and demanded tip but yet forgot my drink order twice and lost my card got mad for getting a dollar tip . Rude very rude having a drunk bartender serving people while taking shots while at work . Y’all should be flagged from having a bartender drunk serving customers ! Even security knew he was wrong and didn’t kick me out ! Not professional at all n he has 0 customer service and shouldn’t be working if he’s drinking and taking shots while at work. Have video of him being rude demanding tip

Loved the service although they are short staffed it’s usually not overcrowded.

Food is terrible service is bad and to pricey. I don't recommend it.

The food is great but when you call for takeout and the menudo is way too hot and the cup shrinks do to the heat all the soup came out of the cup.

I took My Family Out To Eat And the Service Today Was The Worst I Have Ever Had There I Ordered Two Flauta Plates A Kids Nuggets And Enchiladas Tex Mex Plus 5 Drinks I Got There At 2pm Took Them 15 Minutes To Even Take Our Drink Order Then They had 4 More Customers Come In And Took Their Orders And They Got Theirs Before Ours Then When I Asked About Our Food They Said They Where Putting It On Plates Then The Lady That Was At The Register Said Do You Want Me To Cancel The Order Like How Is It Being Plated But Yet You Wanna Cancel My Order So I Grabbed My Kids And Left. Almost 1 Hour And Didn't Get Served And The Place Was Empty.... Never Again Will I Go Back... After The Lady Got very Disrespectful With Me Like My Order Was Over $50... Llevé a mi familia a comer y el servicio hoy fue el peor que he tenido allí. Pedí dos platos de flauta, un nuggets para niños y enchiladas Tex Mex más 5 bebidas. Llegué a las 2 p.m. Les tomó 15 minutos incluso tomar nuestra orden de bebida. Luego, entraron 4 clientes más y tomaron sus pedidos y recibieron los suyos antes que los nuestros. Luego, cuando pregunté por nuestra comida, dijeron que la estaban poniendo en platos. Luego, la señora que estaba en la caja registradora dijo: "¿Quieres que cancele el pedido?", "¿Cómo se emplata?", pero aún así quieres cancelar mi pedido, así que agarré a mis hijos y me fui. Small TexMex restaurant with a dozen tables. (Menu was presented more "Mex" than "Tex"). Food was extremely bland and average. Chips tasted burnt, and their salsa was served warm (a preference at some restaurants, but here it just seemed old and not fresh). Overall experience was dull, boring, and not worthy of a dinner out. Overall recommendation = Avoid - Food presentation & taste was a D- - Service was a C+ - Parking is non-existent (two spaces out front) unless you park at the vast Fiesta lot across the street and ignore their towing signs.

Nice quiet find here. After not find any parking we saw this place across the street from Fiest on Jefferson Blvd. it looks like a club from the street but half the place is a restaurant. Small and cozy inside and waitstaff was friendly. We ordered a variety of plates to try different things. Enchiladas, Chille Relleno, Flautas, Torta and something else. Everything was descent tasting till I got to the enchiladas. Boom, next level stuff right there. Definitely homemade in the back , probably to order and not pre made. Soft tortillas dipped in the good sauce. Man was it good. I will be going back for the enchiladas. Have thought about them almost every day since the visit. Want to try a new place, give it a try. Pricing was pretty good as well.

We had such bad service. The girl charged us for things we didn't even ask for. She brought my 3 yr old a full plate of enchiladas and then charged us the adult price after I specifically said that I wanted the kids meal. They didn't want to give me my money back for that or atleast take the food back and change it. No wonder it's so empty there. The chicken was so dry and the food is super expensive. Definitely not worth it whats so ever. Shame on them for lying and stealing. If you see a waitress with a messed up face, ask for someone else because she's very unprofessional. ‍

Not following Covid Guidelines, no masks worn from employees or customers when not seated, more than 50% percent capacity inside.

Good and service is great. Have been here through the years and has always been good Love love love there tacos! Enough said!

Wow!!!! I have to say this was some good Mexican Food. Not sure what bad experiences others had but mine was good. Don't always believe the reviews try it yourself. Will definitely be back!!!

So...yes, the basket of tortilla chips was kinda small, but the "small" bowl of menudo was more than enough. It also had lots of hominy (some places don't put any in there). Pretty good overall.

This place is disgusting, I don't know what these other reviews experienced. The tacos are really small. Two bites and you'll be through. And the taste was horrible. The rice and beans taste bad. The only thing that was OK was the Molé enchiladas.

Dollar taco Tuesdays. Really good, but small, other items are good, too. The waitress is really nice, her English is better than my Spanish. Lots of families go here. Not pretentious, just grandma's daughter's kitchen. We liked it enough to come back.

El Globo is a must if you're searching for great Soups! Their Menudo is something special and their Pozole and Caldo de Pollo o Res is superb! They also specialize in Tortas and tacos. And Mexican enchiladas!!!

Wife and I decided to check this place out and it turned out to be a good choice. The meat had good flavor and the salsa is to die for. We will be back soon we want to try out the whole menu.

To begin, its El Globo, not Global. I came in on a quiet afternoon and ordered 5 tacos: pastor, carnitas, bistec and barbacoa. They were neatly served with lots of cilantro and cebolla, just like how I like. You also get a salsa caddy with 3 different kinds. The light creamy green one was amazing, my favorite by a long shot. Tacos also weren't very greasy. Great for a quick meal, they also have decent happy hour specials if you have sadness that needs handling. In this part of town Ive had tacos at about a dozen places and this one is my favorite. I will most certainly be back many more times

Can you say Menudo...they have some of the best Menudo in town. The place was very clean, the staff was attentive and great customer service. I got a big bowl and flour tortillas, the chips and salsa were tasty. I enjoyed the local diner better than the others on the local beat...I will have to do a follow up visit just to explore the menu. The waitresses were happy and you could tell they enjoyed taking care of what you wanted. I will be back.

Enchiladas, bistek rancheros(with homemade tortillas), tostadas, flautas, flautas rancheras,tacos are all bomb!! Tastes so Homemade!! Like grandma's cooking!!fav place

Love, love, love this place and their authentic food! Great food & lovely staff. Definitely the place to try for some awesome Mexican food.
