El Guero Mexican Food Truck

I tried El Guero today and ordered the Pastor Torta and a bottle of Jarritos (which is a grapefruit soda a lot like Squirt for those who don't know) The torta was hot, a very nice sized portion and it was delicious. Great meat with tender and crispy bits, pineapple, jalapeño, oaxaca cheese, sour cream...all on a great roll. Definitely recommend if you are in the Temple University area and looking for great Mexican food.

If you are going to Chipotle to grab a burrito, just don't. Stop by here and have the best burrito on campus. I had their fish burrito today which was soo goood and cheeper than chipotle.

AUTHENTIC Mexican food. I just had the shrimp tacos, which were a special, and they were DELICIOUS. This was my first time trying food there but I'll definitely be back.

El Guero Mexican Food Truck is an amazing addition to the neighborhood. The place is very chic & clean. Every thing we purchased was delicious and the menu itself was to die for. The staff are not just friendly but they remember you. El Guero Mexican Food Truck... The place is really cool.

Didn't expect it but, El Guero Mexican Food Truck was really phenomenal. This is a fantastic place and location with the nicest staff and over the top for value for the money. Every thing we had here was good. All of the staff are super courteous - you certainly feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend El Guero Mexican Food Truck.

I got the fish tacos and I really enjoyed them. They we topped with fresh avocado, cabbage, and a chipotle mayo. The blue corn tortillas that they make the tacos with are so good. I am glad I tried this truck.
