El Huarache Veloz Mexican Restaurant

After reading all the reviews were we hopeful that Batesburg finally got a good Mexican restaurant and WOW was it tasty!!! The consume was so flavorful!! We all were dipping our tacos in it!! Also tried the pineapple water. I thought it was really refreshing but the kids didn’t care for it. Also, we don’t normally eat the Mexican rice but this rice was very delicious!! We will DEF be back!!

Excellent option for authentic Mexican food. Everything was flavorful, from the steak to the shrimp to the refried beans. Portions were generous. Staff friendly. We will definitely be back to support this local restaurant.

The food here is very good! My husband has spent some time in Mexico and he said it was a lot like what you get there. We both liked what we ordered and the waitress was very nice. Great price as well! Only downside is they don't serve chips and salsa ( you can't even order it) but the food we got was amazing.

Absolutely the freshest Mexican food that I have ever eaten! Authentic Mexican food it is simply the best you get so much food you can't eat it all! The prices are so reasonable. I would have taken a picture of the whole plate but I ate the other three too fast 😂. You get four of these big sized for only 13.00... I'm a big girl with a big appetite so the fact that I can only eat three out of four says it all!!! If I didn't live 2 hours away I would eat here at least once a week for sure.. the waitress was very very nice and efficient

Y'all it is authentic mexican food, if you go to Mexico, you dont get chips and salsa as is here. You dont need it. Wait for your food to come it is fresh and delicious. Idk who all the "real mexicans" are complaining about it lacking flavor or not getting chips and salsa. I ordered to go but will difinitely be back. Oh ,and housemade tortillas is the cherry on top of you want *authentic* (otherwise go to san jose or something)

Excellent. We always get take out passing through, but authentic very good food.

Food was good, Service could be better and atmosphere was pleasant if you just want food and nothing else. Price was reasonable.

Super Athletic Mexican. Their food is very delicious. Ive eaten there and the service is very nice. They Decorated for Christmas so if you didn't eat there and enjoy. I like the green hot sauce best. They don't have a liquor license yet. But They also have to go food So Like to order tacos then head over to HomeLand Beer & Wine to Eat my Tacos with a Cold Beer.

This is our go to place for authentic Mexican food! I should have taken a picture, the food is amazing! The services are fantastic as well, we love Hadiya! I have told all my friends about it! We will keep showing up and enjoying it!! I'm glad they opened up Batesburg-Leesville!

Great place with outstanding service and authentic Mexican fare. Enjoyed the huarache dinner with cabeza meat. No beer or wine yet.

Authentic and fresh food. Huge portion, couldn't even finish it. Good service the waitress was adorable.

Heard place was good. Having visited Yuma Az have to say very authentic. Even the salad was nice. Not just lettuce & tomato but also had cucumber & avocado. I had the Fajita. Have a Choice of beef, chicken or shrimp. I chose all three. Had a choice of flower or corn tortillas. I did the corn this time. All food is prepared to order so will take a bit to come out, but we'll worth the wait. Will definitely be back.

Great food. The lengua is some of the best I've had in a long time. The fajitas and chorizo huarache are also very good. Both house salsas are just right on the spice level too. I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu.

We took a gamble and decided to try this brand New Mexican restaurant. Surprise! The best Mexican food I've had in years. Fresh cooked to order, excellent flavor, reasonably priced. Even served us home made agua Fresche in hibiscus, lemon lime and mango flavors. Real authentic Mexican, not the institutional style of many Mexican restaurants. The service was quick and friendly. I'll be back at every opportunity.

Everything went well; the service, friendliness of the servers, the restaurant was clean and food was served hot and promptly! This is a must try for anyone looking for delicious Mexican food! My husband and I ate there for lunch. (Shealy's was packed). This was the best Mexican food we have ever had. Everything we had was full of flavor ... the beans and rice were tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Second Visit. Take out. Burritos as a meal is very good. Atmosphere is strained both times but the food is great $$.

Excellent food served at this place. Authentic Mexican cuisine. Have had the Birria tacos and the Gorditas and would recommend both.
