Cute and lovely spot in the always touristic Sitges. I'll start this review by complimenting the waiter—his name escaped me, but his Argentinian accent didn’t. He was kind, helpful, funny, and attentive, which really enriched our lunch.
The dishes we ordered were of decent size but overall quite average. The burrata salad was fresh and hit the spot, especially on a rather warm day. The shrimp tartar received mixed reviews: I found it quite ordinary in terms of flavor, but my companion loved it—so I might be a bit biased there. The mussels with tomato (musclos a la marinera) were perhaps the weakest dish, as the tomato sauce didn’t taste particularly homemade. As a proper Catalan cuisine connoisseur, I’ve had this dish on many other occasions, and here I found it lacking.
That said, it’s still a good place for a quick bite and to enjoy a glass of wine or beer on their lovely terrace.
