Huge breakfast burrito without the unnecessary ingredients. Just meat, cheese, egg and potatoes. I opted for no meat but they do have a choice of chorizo, bacon and I believe ham or steak. $10 isn’t a bad price for what you get, the size and the the quality. Was told a 10 min wait time but it was closer to 5 minutes but then again I was the only one there at 9:15am. They do have a few covered tables if you do chose to eat there.

It's a comforting meal! There are only two tables so expect to take out unless you are arriving at an off hour or something! The bowl looked really good. I'd try that next time for a low carb option. Torta ⭐⭐⭐✨ - I think not for me because of the ham - really crispy though and huge portion size - really filling, nothing was overpowering the taste of the other, well balanced ❤️Breakfast burrito ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - would reorder this - for me it hit because of the salsa, specifically the habanero - I really like the vegetables in it - eggs didn't taste eggy, if that makes any sense? Like they were fresh - total personal preference at this point, but I wish the potatoes were crispy - I like the bacon

Delicious tacos with great toppings. I tried the shrimp, choriqueso, lengua, cabeza, and carnitas tacos. All were delicious and the verde salsa was great. The rice was good, but the black beans were a bit bland. I'd come back to try more of their menu.

Awesome food, awesome staff and awesome location. Food is fresh, you get a lot more than you pay for and it just has that next level taste that puts it in the top tier taco category. To top it all off, hand made tortillas. Oh and to the person that gave it 1 star. Something tells me you give every place a low rating because you’re miserable. 1 star is insanity. 6 stars.

Best tacos hands down. The only taquería making fresh corn tortillas with fresh nixtamal masa from Three Sisters Nixtamal, who specializes in acquiring heirloom MX corn grown in Oregon! They are doing something very special here. Don’t miss out on the tacos! 🌮

Echoing everyone's great reviews - these guys crush the taco game! All their taco options are great and i've tried them all. 😂 We hit their truck location regularly but this review is for their catering service. If you're considering catering for an event, El Mas Chingon should be on your very short list! Contact Maribel as she will definitely take care of you! We had a birthday party for ~50 people and we received excellent service and the food with their traveling truck was identical to their permanent truck location (delicious!). Maribel was awesome to work with - so patient with all of my questions and made sure to ask all the right questions & give suggestions so my party would be a success. They showed up on time and set up in my driveway as agreed. Maribel & her team, on the day, killed it - all of our guests raved about the food. BIG thanks El Mas Chingon!

Burrito was huge. Tried 3 tacos - loved the chicken(pollo) the most followed by the taco with Rockfish in it. Loved the Sangria type soda that I had not tried before. Food was finished before I remembered to take any pics. Ate at the chairs near the taco truck. Tried 4 different type of salsas.

This is my favorite place for a burrito and it’s not even close. The people who run it are friendly, the burrito is huge, and they don’t skimp on the meat. The ingredients are fresh and delicious and the salsas are hot and wonderful. If it were closer to my house I would be there all the time. But it’s good enough that I don’t mind driving 30 minutes from time to time. Brought my wife and kid here today and they both loved it. We also tried a Cabeza taco and it was the best I’ve ever had. Just saw a one star review someone left a week ago and that person is out of their mind. They have no taste. Ignore them. This place is wonderful.

I'm a need it for Mexico and I can tell you that these are one of the best tacos I've had here in Oregon. Everything is always fresh and handmade tortillas...boom !! Habanero salsa is fire!!

Beaverton's hidden gem for taco's - El Más Chingón! After moving from Southern California, I've been dying to find a taco spot that me and my fiance would absolutely love. Based on the rave reviews on Yelp, my fiance knew we had to give it a try. The menu included - al pastor, carnitas, lengua, cabeza, you name it. I always go for lengua. But there was also a day they ran out, so I tried their cabeza. SO GOOD. The tortillas were perfectly warm and soft and the salsa was perfect. Their tacos are about ~$4 a pop. So, if you're ever in the Beaverton area, do yourself a favor and skip the chain restaurants. Head to El Más Chingón for some seriously delicious and authentic Mexican food.

We discovered this place while waiting for Canyon Grill one night. I had a hankering for a torta, and this place has pambazos. I love pambazos! The place I used to get them from charges something ridiculous like $21 for it now. There's no way. So we decided to try here. I ordered it with carne asada. It was very large, and I couldn't finish it. But pretty tasty. My husband ordered a chicken burrito. That thing was as long as his arm!! Huge! He wasn't able to finish it either, and he always eats everything! Lol My son ordered three carne asada tacos. He loved them! Overall, pretty good and great prices. Very nice to.

Opinions from a born and raised Mexican Chingon who is always on the search for good tacos AKA mi Esposito. This spot is a national treasure and they do justice to their food by using fresh and homemade tortillas and chorizo, and a perfect blend of seasoning and ingredients. We had a variety of items from the menu. Carne Asada was good quality without a lot of fat and gristle and was slightly seasoned, Pastor was extremely tasty with small chunks of pineapple (his favorite) again good quality meat. The shrimp taco was one of my favorites with perfectly cooked shrimp, and delicious toppings. Lengua was off the hook delicious! Choriquesso was another favorite. The flavor and texture!! The salsas were excellent! Service was so friendly and good. The pricing is completely fair!

So good! Everything is freshly made including the tortillas, and the seasonings & meat are extremely well prepared... mouthwatering. The carnitas is my favorite meat. I love the carnitas in tacos, burrito or in the bowl, it's fall apart tender and moist, it's so good. On my first stop by the truck I had the Pamboza. I'm not usually a heavy food person, but man, soooooo worth it. They take a torta fry it, then dip it in gajillo sauce, then stuff it. My mouth is watering while I'm writing this, it's that delicious. In addition to the fabulous food truck, El Mas Chingon does catering. They brought a truck and catered a large event I was at over the weekend. They did a wonderful job! The tacos, sides, and garnishes provided were the same amazing quality as at the food truck, and they did it all with speed, attention and grace.

Listen, this place doesn't have to go as hard as it does. But it does anyway. Best Mexican food I've had in all of Portland / Portland metro. So, so good. From chips to burritos to tacos to salsas. Super cute little food truck, hard working people, freshly made food. It's a weekly stop at this point.

Stumbled upon this place after my niece's BJJ tournament. Highly recommend their chicken, pastor and carnitas. I think they make their own tortillas??? And their green salsa is bomb!!!! Definitely returning to try their other taco options.

First, let's talk about the size of my $11 burrito. It was huge! I added a photo and it's easily the size of my wrist and would def go toe to toe with any subway foot long in terms of size. Second, this place's chingon is the way they melt the cheese inside the burrito. This provides a quesa-burrito vibe that signifies superiority. The beans, rice and chicken I got were decent. I will certainly be back to try other options. I had to look up it's location on its Instagram page since it's mobile. I found it in the parking lot at 8805 SW Canyon Rd. For the West-side, this nearby area is the Mexican food Mecca and worth the trip.

We have eaten here at least 20 times already. Everything is delicious, and the portions are always generous. The salsas are fresh and so tasty! Hand made corn tortillas are the BEST in town. Clean, friendly service too! So happy to have this option close by. My new favorite taco place!

Best tacos in all of pdx, is a little hidden and secret gem. I imagine the secret will get out soon enough. Fish tacos are so good. Fresh tortilla made to order. Legit!!! Friendly every time been there. Will be a regular customer.

The food is always FRESH and AMAZING! The service is always on point, they are so kind and helpful. I eat there at least twice a week and now have friends that do as well. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Great food, great service and friendly staff. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, their salsas are SO flavorful. They have avocado, green and red. Small seating area unfortunately. Great selection of Mexican sodas. Prices are really reasonable, the pambazo was $13...for a beauty of a sandwich. Looking forward to trying their tacos next time, it's hard finding places that make their OWN tortillas.

We have eaten here twice now, both times it's been great. The tacos are very good, the Chingon bowls are delicious and so are the pambazos! Fast and friendly service with great prices. We'll be back.

Really great bang for you buck, their burritos are massive, I have also had their street tacos which are big! Their burritos do come with a lot of cheese in it though. Could have used less of that. But their food is fresh, amazing, great green sauce, and big portions. Definitely check this spot out

Excellent food here!! The tacos and burritos are ENORMOUS!!! Soo delicious too. Extremely authentic food at the food cart. The hot sauces available were really tasty, No too hot just a lot of good flavor and heat. They young men that run this are Very FRIENDLY and courteous. There place is REALLY CLEAN!!! Makes it much easier to order food....LOL!!! Last, the prices, can't beat the low prices for the amount of food you get!! Yummy!!

Best tacos in Portland! Fresh made tortillas, tender meat and great salsas with a lot of heat. They provided a company lunch at our office yesterday and EVERYONE raved about their tacos. It was a limited menu (steak, fish and pork tacos with rice, beans and guacamole) since they were feeding a crowd, but they still left an impression. I can't wait to have them again this weekend :) Can't go wrong with this truck! CFM loves you, Chingon!

The best Mexican food in Oregon! It's a taco truck that met my craving and I will be back the next time I'm in Oregon.

It's difficult for my boyfriend and I to find good tacos in Portland so we are always hesitant to try new places. We came across this spot on yelp and although there aren't many review, the ones they do have are mostly all five stars. Let me tell you something, this food was great! The prices were great, the workers were kind, and the food was really good. Some of our tacos we asked for them plain but when we got them they accidentally had everything on them. My boyfriend went to go let them know and they were super apologetic and remade them right away. Not only did they remake them but they also gave the tacos that had everything on them back to my boyfriend and said to take them, that maybe someone in his household would want them or would eat them. Not only did this place deliver great customer service but went about and beyond. Really great staff and amazing food, please do go try it won't disappoint!!

The Torres Bros are killing it! The tacos are superb! Very authentic. Follow them on IG for occasional daily specials like the pork belly tacos that are to die for! Only suggestion I would have is to figure out an online ordering system. Or not. Keep up the great work. We love having you in the neighborhood!

This is one of the better food carts we've found, especially on the west side. Love the fish burritos but everything we've tried has been great. Super friendly people and good portion sizes.

We ordered burritos and a variety of tacos. Everything was great! You can tell they care and put thought into their preparation. It will be our new go-to spot that's close to home. The different meats were each accompanied by different garnishes to give them distinct flavors, the burritos were huge, and the green and red salsas were both good. We also loved the thinly sliced radishes!

The ingredient quality is off the charts here - perfectly cooked rice, crisp vegetables (an underrated attribute), and the most flavorful tender meat. You can't go wrong with any protein here - fish, carne asada, carnitas, and especially the lengua. The texture alone of the tortillas should put this place in any top 5 list in Portland. Go here.

Best tacos around! This is not scientific but I have tried most tacos in the greater Portland area and these are by far and away the best!

Just went for the first time. We ordered a bunch of different tacos and they were all great! The family all had different favorites. We can't wait to go back. The food was so good and they were super fast.

I hired El Mas Chingon to cater an event and they were amazing! Mirabel was very organized and communicated with me throughout the planning process. She made the planning extremely easy. And the food!! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was! Unbelievable! I can't say enough positive things about the food and entire crew!
