El Mercadito Méxican Market

I've been shopping at @El Mercandito Mexican Market for the past four years and have always received great customer service. Due to severe chronic pain, I'm unable to cook these days. I found out last minute that we're having a celebration for my brother's 65th birthday today, Sunday, August 18th, 2024. When I was figuring out what to do, my husband suggested Mexican food, so we decided to go to this Market on Northgate Blvd for their great food at a reasonable price. It saved me from spending three times as much at the grocery store. Happy Birthday

We had El Mercadito cater for our companies holiday party and we’re nothing but impressed. Everyone in the office absolutely loved the tamales and salsas from El Mercadito. We will definitely be going back here!

El Mercadito was incredible! Their food is extremely authentic and delicious! Their staff is very friendly and they have everything you could need or even things you didn’t even know you needed! The chorizo is incredible and so is their rice and beans! Couldn’t recommend enough!

This place is amazing! Me and my wife have been looking for a spectacular authentic Mexican restaurant since we've moved up here in March, well we've finally found it! The tamales were so delicious! Nice and not dry at all. The ratio to filling to masa was perfect! The masa was so delicious! The chicharones are the best I've ever had! The customer service was perfect and we felt very welcome there! They also had the calbaza candy that my wife has been searching for since we lived down south. Truly a great place and we will definitely be frequenting often. Five stars all around!

This place is the definition of “a hole in the wall” no social media , no flashy signs just the best Mexican food in Sacramento and I’ve had a lot of bad and amazing Mexican food . The torta is my go to , bread is baked next door and doesn’t get soggy and the ingredients are not just thrown in there they are placed strategically on the sandwich . You’ll never know that this is a 5 star restaurant walking in .

This business is great! Amazing customer service and the maza to make tamales is the most delicious. The food is super good and tasty if you like Mexican food. I will definitely keep shopping here.

If you like to do laundry this is a good place to go did you get free drying and they got humongous washing machines you got big enough washing machine you can put all your bedding in one would like two three blankets and it doesn't come out smelling like some this other laundromat to go to I need something wrong with their water because my clothes no matter what I do they come out stinking

Great masa for tamales. Best chicharones on the planet. I have been buying chicharrones here for many years. Probably at least 16 years? I used to buy them when they had a little store down the street and I still frequent their newer store all these years
