El Mexicano Restaurant

Our 1st time here and it was delicious. I ordered a Carnitas torta and ny hubby 2 barria tacos. They were very tasty too! I asked for my Carnitas to be a lil crispy so they made them that way. Very clean and neat inside. Service was superb and we'll definitely be back. We even ordered more tacos for home!!

Service was great. Reasonably priced and the place was spotless. The tacos were excellent! All fresh ingredients. When ordering ask for the award winning tacos.

I can’t believe this place got 4 stars. The food was bland. I ordered a margarita and the waiter informs me that they don’t have tequila and that they use wine instead. I thought what the hell how bad could it be? Well turns out pretty bad. The worst margarita I have ever had.

You get what you pay for Average food service close to truck stop

I was going to post pictures but I doubt it matters. Ordered a burrito with taco, rice and beans. I don’t normally complain but this place is a terrible experience. The burrito was so small it was the length of my fork. About the size of ah hot dog.. it was full of trash parts an skin... waste of money. Tasted disgusting. I picked at it looking at mystery pieces an then threw it in the trash where it belongs.

Their portions are large! I ordered a sopé and it was the size of a salad plate. I ordered two thinking they would be small and I was only able to finish one. Everything tasted fresh and the sopé was homemade. Very authentic! My husband had a soaked burrito which was also delicious. I will be coming here again.

Very clean. Food was very good. Corn tortillas where the bomb! Home-made! But the menu seemed small....not a lot of choices. No tamale's! No Carnita's dinner option just as a meat option for your burrito or enchiladas, etc....
