El Molín de Mingo

"A rustic-style restaurant which continues to grow in popularity thanks to its secluded location surrounded by mountains – the type of place that diners return to time and time again! Here, owner-chef Dulce Martínez (also the wife of the famous chef Nacho Manzano) prepares superb, traditional home-style cuisine which is refined, delicate and full of flavour, with real attention to detail and presentation. There are two menus available here (one shorter than the other), both offering a choice of dishes. Don’t miss the homemade desserts or the unforgettable “pitu de calella con arroz” (a delicious dish made with rice and chicken)." - Michelin Inspector

A truly special place – absolutely worth a visit This restaurant is genuinely worth the trip. Set in an idyllic location, the surroundings add a magical touch to the experience. The interior is exquisitely decorated — every detail feels carefully chosen and beautifully executed. As for the food, each dish was absolutely delicious. You can really tell there’s passion and thought behind the menu. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a memorable dining experience.

Fantastic and quirky little place. It's a little bit of an adventure to reach the place but super worth it. The food is fantastic, hearty and the portions are plentiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And the location is breath taking.

BE CAREFUL!! Google Maps has incorrect directions!! Look here https://elmolindemingo.es/contacto/ Unfortunately, we missed that and ended up on a dead-end narrow road. Even arriving an hour late (30 min after closing time), the restaurant staff graciously sat us down and even let us order the "longer" menu. I'm glad we did since the food is incredible and super friendly service. Highly recommend.

Past a small village is another smaller village, up a hard to access road and then along a mountain stream filled w salmon is this heaven. From the moment I saw the flowers being cut this morning for that each table and met the team that took my reservation to my last bite late this afternoon - fabulous. The goat stew and the father bean with Bonito or my two favorite dishes, but every bite and every smiled delivered with every piece of bread were five stars. I had white wine with lunch, even even though they let me taste both - surprised to learn the wine was from Galicia. Thank you for a wonderful First experience with you. I can’t wait. Wait to come come back back.

Michelin star restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Fixed menu 4 course with an appetizer and dessert. It was phenomenal. There was not an empty table so it is worth the drive for many others.

Incredible cozy restaurant in the middle of the nature, surrounded by mountains. Super nice landscapes around. Amazing experience. The place it is super nice decorated and the staff was very helpful. We did't have a reservation, but they told us to wait if we want. And it was the best decision to wait, because the food was amazing. Traditional asturian food with a twist. The arroz con pitu was super good. Would definitely come back.

Top place in a remote valley in Eastern Asturias. Have two menu choices that combine 2 or 4 dishes and dessert. Everything was delicious besides the service is extremely kind. We had lunch outside close to the river, was less sophisticated but way more authentic. Beware to take the right turn in Peruyes or you might end up in a closed road.

Asturias heart! Magnificent located in the middle of the mountains just to get there is a experience. The traditional house with a twist and very attention to detail is beyond cozy. Food was spectacular, all dishes traditional but the presentation and raw material and love make them incredible. A must visit in the north. Book with time you won’t regret it
