So gave this place a try because this place so much closer to me than restaurant depot. What a complete waste of time! Bought 20lbs of asada meat and I should of suspected something when they handed it to me and it didn't seem that cold. But took it anyway and as soon as I got to my place and opened it, the meat had already turned and had a funky smell. Checked the packing date and date was packaged over a week ago. So I immediately called the warehouse and explained to them the problem and that it will be very difficult for me to drive back to their warehouse and if possible they can send one of their many trucks to my place to pick up the meat and deliver a fresher package... Nope that was not the case and they basically told me that I would have to drive back.
I'll give any business a little tip... Any time a business serves or sells spoiled meat to a customer... Please just do what they ask to appease them. Is it really worth this trouble and review? So after already wasting most of my morning and having to drive back to this hell hold with 20lbs of open and spoiling meat, you can imagine how disgruntled I was. In fact, while I was on the phone, I gave them a fair warning how unhappy I was going to be if I had to drive back there and they didn't seem to mind.
As I arrived the warehouse, I slammed the rotting meat on the table and demanded my money back. They then had the audacity to tell me to take the rotting meat to the back warehouse. That's when i started showing what few customers they had in there the rotting meat and their service was horiible. Then finally a douche looking manager comes out, a white dude with a pink shirt, and ask me what the fucking problem was? Well I told him the fucking problem and he shoots back and says "he's been in this industry for so many years and I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about". I then told his bitchass to step outside so we can handle this and then pink shirt says "I ain't gonna fight you. I'm calling the police". And then I say "that's what I thought... Just like a little bitch". Another manager then approaches me, apologizes and finally gives my money back. You guys remember me now? Listen pink shirt, I've been buying 20lbs of asada daily for my store. I know what the fuck rotting meat smells like. You don't have to be in the industry for so many years to know that your fucking meat is out of temperature, been sitting like that for over a week, and smelling like shit. Next time you try to run up on a dude and telling him he doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about, prepare to throw some hands and don't act like a bitch afterwards. Fuck you and your warehouse. Your ass should be canned and this place cited and closed down. I will be personally making a complaint to your usda inspector. Fuck y'all!
