"For a taste of cuisine from Beni and Santa Cruz in eastern Bolivia, head over to El Motacú, where you can check out traditional duck majadito, a rice dish reminiscent of a moist risotto, served with fried plantain and fried egg. Or go for slow-roasted keperi, a cut of beef from the breast of the cow marinated with salt, pepper, cumin, and lemon juice; it’s served with a dry majadito, almost akin to biryani, and boiled yuca. Open since 2000, El Motacú’s simple ambiance belies its complex, layered dishes." - Valeria Dorado
It is a good place to taste Santa cruz and beni food the prices are ok and the tenders are nice people, the only thing I didn't like was the old furniture and some spots in the walls.

Ordered Keperi meat. It was very tough, not able to chew even when chopped it to small pieces. Not recommended at all.
