We were there around 1 in the afternoon on a Friday. I ordered the El Pastor which was good, very flavorful. The serving size was generous. The rice was fluffy and well seasoned. Also served with refried beans. The pork was a tad dry, but they served with two sauces, one red and one white, and delicious picked onion relish with jalapenos. The sauces were very spicy. They did not serve chips and salsa. Staff was friendly, and service was quick. Very pleasant experience.

How awesome is this place?!? It’s the amazing taste of fresh food-truck food, in a cozy sit down atmosphere. Everything is homemade here … nothing trucked in from a big city like other places. And make sure to try the owners unique green “salsa” which is from jalapeños, cream cheese and milk! I’ll be back!

The flavor of the food is amazing! We're from Chicago and have a ton of Mexican places over there. The flavor here really is authentic. Have not been that satisfied with a lunch in a very long time. I had the 3 tacos plate with rice and beans and an horchata.

Wonderful authentic food! The refried beans were better then any other place in town. I’ll be trying the tamales and Stuffed Pepper (Chile Relleno) next. My order was take out but will eat in on the next visit. Cozy atmosphere.

This place was amazing! I called at 7:20 and they were closed and they stayed open just for us to come and have dinner. The chicken tacos are amazing. The service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I had the Especial Mix Plate, which came with a generous helping of refried beans, Spanish rice, and three tacos - el pastor, carne asada, and shredded meat, plus two lime wedges. Great sauces available to add to your food, I preferred the green jalapeno and cream cheese sauce (a little kick), and the deep red cayenne pepper sauce (a lot of kick) - it has garlic, sesame seeds, olive oil and loads of cayenne pepper. Washed it all down with cold Modelo. Nice "Hole in the wall" restaurant, great food, and quiet atmosphere.

Yelp
Super friendly, excellent food and a nice family overall running it. These parents are teaching their kids young, hard work and good customer service

Yelp
Best tacos ever. The little girls gigging, the boisterous uncle popping in to say hi to the cook, the family chatter, everything made us feel like we stumbled in to have dinner in someone's home. The food was AMAZING. I am tempted do add an hour and a half to my road trip just to have some more! We ate there more than a month ago and I'm still thinking about it.

Yelp
I grew up in a small city, Passaic, NJ which is predominantly Mexcican. I say that to my privilege of experiencing authentic Mexican food growing up you don't find in restaurants. as I got older and traveled I also experienced Mexican cuisine from New York City to California. I've always said that my hometown of Passaic is where the big Mexican food in the USA is and I never thought I'd say this but I was wrong. The best Mexican cuisine is right here in Hutchinson, Kansas. First off, the ambiance gives family owned, which I love. I rather give my business and support local business than chains and franchises. I felt like I was back home and coming from the east coast to the Midwest is a very difficult feeling to capture. We even sat outside and it was a great experience especially there were NO bugs. Yay. The service, 100/10. I believe it was the owner, who came and checked in on us and the other owner walking into the building chatted with us for a moment as well. We were not left outside to fend for ourselves like I've experienced so many times. Now let's talk about the food. We had the taco plates. A simple dish yet the flavors were anything but simple. I had 2 Asada tacos and a pastor taco, side of rice and beans. I could cry, I promise I'm not being dramatic, at how delicious this was. Every piece of this meal had flavors that excited my pallet. The Asada was QUALITY. I just know it had to have been marinated for eternity. The sauces? Id drink them. That's how delicious they are. They each are unique, not spicy with a favorable texture. I'm next to speechless honestly and I'm thankful that this place exist. There is a lot of love, passion, and flavor into this restaurant and I will be back again...many times!

Yelp
Small family restaurant with authentic Mexican food that never disappoints. The service is quick and I usually get my food within five minutes, never more than 10. Victor and Martha care about their customers and she always remembers to include my favorite sauce when I order to-go! Highly recommend the tacos
