Best restaurant in madrid to have the suckling pig. It was crunchy and cooked perfectly and the appetizers were ordered were delicious as well as the desert. All in all a perfect experience. Owners are brothers who are continuing the legacy of their parents. Super nice. We wish them the best of luck.

What a fantastic restaurant! Lovely place, nice team, and the food is absolutely amazing! Not only is the cochinillo the best I’ve had EVER, but the starters and the desserts are also incredible! I would go back in a heartbeat, I can’t recommend it enough.

One of our favorite meals ever. Wine pairings elevated everything. It was all provided with warm, gracious, patient and insightful service and explanations of the courses and drinks. Hope to return.

A well-deco and classy Segovian restaurant. A bit pricey but you can understand from the food and service. For appetizer we ordered the prawns and it was really good with the bread. For main courses we have beef and lamb racks and both were outstanding. Both served with french fries. The desserts were very special but the portion was a bit small. Overall it is a restaurant with really good quality dishes and service.

You'll eat well in most good places in Madrid. Here, you'll get the best of the best with all sorts of young meat and traditional local dishes. Local family ambience with a quite taken care of service.

My husband found this restaurant for my birthday few months before our visit to Madrid. We had 2pm reservation for special 10 course chefs menu - it was fabulous! Every dish was beautifully crafted and presented. The family cared for our every need, even when the restaurant was full and every table was occupied. Most of the food is from the region where their family grew up and it is worth tasting it! I have experienced the "ratatouille moment" when tasting the simple dish with peas brought me back to my childhood and stirred up the memories. I mentioned it to one of the brothers and hopefully it made their day as it surely made ours. Everyone was really nice to us and we really hope that their family will continue the tradition of great food and hospitality, so many more people can experience what a really good food should taste like . We highly recommend to visit this restaurant at least once if you happen to be in Madrid.
