The prices at this location have gotten absolutely out of control. I was so shocked when I went in today, I just ended up leaving. Shame because the food is good otherwise.

I just left this place about 20 minutes ago. I get home to eat my food. The cilantro sauce that I purchased for an additional $.89 was watery didn’t taste like cilantro at all the avocado in my double chicken bowl is extremely hard. Some of the lettuce is dead horrible horrible experience.

I used to enjoy this location. This time was not great. There was one customer in the store. No one asked to take my order, so I placed it at the kiosk, and it took over 10 minutes for me to get my order. There were 4 employees in the store, I did not feel welcomed. My crispy tacos were over cooked and just disappointing. Not sure I'll go back, maybe I'll try one more time.

Churros were soggy and tasteless, and we weren't given any napkins or silverware. I love El Polo loco but on this particular evening a few weeks ago, we didn't have a good experience

Tried the Guacamole Chipotle burrito 🌯 today, man have I’ve been missing out. My go to is the five dollar bowl, I’m glad I changed it today. One thing that I cannot live without is the red salsa. Man is that delicious 🤤 has a strong 💪 kick.
