This is the Lauderdale by the Sea (LBTS) most popular beachfront park, with paid parking located just across El Mar Drive. The parking right next to the park itself is only for residents and a permit is required to park up to 3 hours max. There are lots of Adirondack chairs to sit and relax, many under sun umbrellas. There's a beautiful gazebo as well that overlooks the area right by the ocean.
From December to May, there's a Farmer's Market (usually from 9a-2pm) where you can get some delicious grilled meats fresh off the BBQ, crafts, handmade soaps, artwork and of course, vegetables from the Farmer Market's stand.
Some mornings you see people doing Yoga in the Park....All throughout the day you will see joggers, walkers, people biking around, people just lounging on a blanket.
It's a beautiful and relaxing park ......very well kept and very clean. Lots of garbage cans around so you can throw away trash in the proper place. No public restrooms.
