Oaxacan specialties—think tlayudas, mole, and handmade tortillas—served in a modest setting. Current hours and menu from the owners confirm ongoing service on Portland Road.
You will find traditional Mexican food that is difficult to find, the staff is friendly and the seasoning is exquisite.

Food portions were really good. Service was very friendly even when we got there an hour before closing with a pretty large party. Tlayudas were authentic with quesillo. Carne asada strips were generous. Tacos de tripa and legua were fresh. Highly recommend this hidden gem. Will definitely stop by again while visiting the area.

The food was mostly pretty bland. The sauce on my relleno tasted like it came straight out of a can. The rice was good and the tortillas were amazing.

1st time here, asked for a chicken soup. I got aa bowl with some chicken that looked old and dry, the leg was the size of a marker. No veggies at all besides a raw half patatoe. I still paid for my food and even got charged extra for using my card. 😠 Won't ever go here again.
