Not one note. At first you might say this a vibe mexican spot and yes you would be right. But it is so much more, the Gabby or server was not only knowledgeable and attentive, but you could tell from our conversation she loved working here. Situated in what they call the peach surrounded by art and art galleries, you come to eat delicious food, but also have an experience. We started with the elote corn dip, with house made chips. The dip is everything you want in any dip you taste, creamy, chunky, seasoned, with a hint of lime. We will be coming back just for the dip. Followed by their blackened chicken quesadilla. Stuffed with chicken and cheese. Served with their house made guacamole, pico, and crema (which is literally never like, but could not stop eating this on everything). This is a meal in and of itself. We then tried four different tacos, each one uniquely different and again filled with different meats and flavors, my favorite being the pork chiccharron ceviche taco. We will keep coming back, especially now that we were told they are opening a "brick and mortar" location in palm beach gardens. I am hoping they are able to keep the something special they have at their west palm location.
