We ordered several things, and all were delicious. I wanted to give the omelet a bit more heat as I always have sriracha or hot sauce with my eggs and they created a chili crisp on the spot for us. 💯would recommend to anyone

Great place if you like fish. The raw product is of high quality as are the rest of the ingredients. We had the fish of the day and some starters. The calamari were cooked to perfection, the initial gazpacho was tasty and different to what you expect. The shrimp starter is delicious (I would have had more!!), the lobster salad was so tasty, especially how well cooked the lobster was. If I would need to add a suggestion is to add more variety of sides; however, I must say that the ones they have do not overtake the taste of the fish - which probably has been made on purpose due to the theme of the restaurant.

3rd visit - August 2024 Sr. Martín continues to offer an excellent product with an imaginative and balanced twist. We had anchovies, razor clams, Russian salad, oysters, and a remarkable lemon dessert that surprised us with its texture and intense flavor. We will come back for sure! 2nd VISIT - DECEMBER 2019 I had my lunch in the restaurant which is a beautiful and quiet area downstairs. I was offered two yummy aperitifs and I continued with grilled artichokes and squids - amazing dish with lots of aromas and flavours! Hake was excellent as well as the cheesecake. I was offered homemade turron which was absolutely amazing. Sr. Martin keeps being a must in Madrid! _______________ 1st VISIT - SUMMER 2019 This place was originally based near Puerta del Sol and they recently moved to the current spot. If previous quality was high, I must say they have surprisingly found space for innovation and even better dishes. The fish is the speciality, so you shouldn't miss it if you're a sea lover. I had russian salad, hake and cheesecake. The three of them were gorgeous

A great meal with bad service and a sommelier in a rush. Came back again a year after the fact to have another amazing meal, and to see the same lady in a total rush again :)

The whole package deserves all the stars… Guys, this is not a place you come in JUST to eat. This is the place you come to experience a great cuisine and a fantastic team of professionals dedicated to make sure you have a great experience. If you come take into account that quality and excellence have a price. Which I was happy to pay (both times I went - and will come back for sure) and I know for a fact that I will repeat. If you come here, my recommendation is that you take a sit upstairs… it’s just so enjoyable to witness Carlos (the captain of the kitchen) and his team to work in such efficient and respectful way and to see how they deliver what they know how to do best: great food. This time we had one of the most amazing delicious juicy meaty fresh flavorful oysters I have had in a long time or as far as I can remember… great recommendation on the wine from the sommelier followed by a Mackerel that tasted like heaven… how on earth they get it so juicy and flavorful??? These guys are the real pros and I am happy to pay for what I get. We had to try the Tigre mussels just because I wanted to know how Carlos prepares them and try again at home… note I said: TRY. By the way… the complimentary signature tomato soup with sea weed you get at the beginning is the best kept secret and it’s amazing.

What a experience! It was unique, like the products they have. One of the best spots for fish and seafood in Madrid. The service was amazing, the food and the timing unbelievable. I order marmitako, sardines 0,0, ortiguillas, red prawn from Huelva and the unique Chicharro. The wines were amazing, I love Sherry wines and the way those wines match the food is unbelievable. Thanks guys for the experience and I’ll be back.

My new favorite restaurant in Madrid. I sat at the bar and was well taken care of. From the bar you can also watch the kitchen! The scallops may be the best thing I had eaten in Madrid!!
