El Sereno Laundry

Came her on a Thursday about 3:30pm. It was very empty, about 5 customers total. The place has a rundown appearance, but the washers I used seemed to be working tip-top shape. You have to buy a card from the machine for 1$. It takes cash and debit cards. Washer prices : -$2.50 for small but have a sign for hot water use medium size.(not sure what that means) -$2.75 for Medium. Washers display shows 19 mins and 50 seconds, but that is just for the wash portion. It automatically goes into a rinse(about 5-10 mins) and spins(about 5-10 mins) afterward -$4.75 for large, and they seem to be a good size. 19:50 total time. -$7.75 for X-large(looks ginormous) The dryer is $0.25 cents for 10 minutes. Only took about 25 mins to dry almost all my loads. Including one of about 5 towels, so $0.75 is a good expected price. (Used 41, 43, and 44). This location has a machine with drinks and a machine with chips at reasonable prices. There is also a freezer with ice cream. There is an attendant working, but I'm not sure what hours, and they sell laundry products. Additionally, there is a machine for filtered water at $1.25 for 5 gallon jugs. Single bathroom available for customers. Parking is available in the back. Wheelchair accessible entrance.

Do NOT come here and waste your money , your precious time, and laundry detergent because these washing machines don’t wash well, like all the other machines at the other laundromats . And all the spaghetti sauce was still on my blanket and when I told the attendant/housekeeper, she blamed on me instead that I should’ve used a bigger machine so they can charge MORE $$$ , but there was plenty of space left in the washing machine when I washed my blanket And when I used the same size machines at the other laundromats, , everything was washed very cleaned. Then the rude housekeeper didn’t even let me use the sink to wash my hands or to wash the unwashed spots on the blanket that were not washed by their weak and old washing machine. The attendant was very unhelpful and rude. she assumed that the spot on my blanket was poop and never even asked what they were. They make you pay for the laundry card and if they fail to wash your clothes properly, and if you don’t come back , you lose the money you put in the card. This place is dirty, machines don’t wash right, bad attitude, uncaring housekeeper, and you go home with unclean clothes then you have to take to another laundromat and spend the same amount of money and waste more of your time to wash it. Do NOT come here otherwise you’ll be VERY regretful that you did like i am right now!!! It is no wonder why that there are no customers there. And the ones that come there probably didn’t know that these machines don’t wash and there’s no hot water in the washing machines either.!! But the housekeeper lied because with hot water, it would have washed off everything that is dirty on your clothes. HORRIBLE PLACE!! I wish I didn’t waste my time and money And laundry Detergent there, for nothing!!

I like to come here to do laundry. It's clean and the staff are helpful. Highly recommend this laundromat.

I saw the staff steal 10 dollars I asked many they tohth it was lost but they said they didn't see it I would like to talk to the owner

This is the first time I have used this laundry mat. First impression it’s pretty large and space so perfect for the current pandemic. They use x charger cards instead of coins. This is totally new to me and I kinda love it. When I walked in I was clueless on how everything works but an employee was extremely helpful. She even helped me load my card and made sure I knew how to work the washer.

I love it here. you have employees to help u when needed. I don't like when parents let there children run all over the place and miss use carts for play, but otherwise pretty much it's great

The employees are so sweet And their vending machines have bomb dulces as low as $0.50 They also have cold sodas for only $1 or $1.25 & papitas for like a buck & you can refill your galones or agua in a water station they have inside There's also little freezer like the ones they have at 711 where you can buy ice cream There's parking in the front and the back and 3 washing machines big enough to fit 3 cobijas grandes. They're open until 10pm, last wash at 8pm and you pay with a laundry card you can buy for only $1. Fav laundromat

Clean and spacious laundry place! New manager is very friendly and helpful. Still and will always be my favorite laundry spot

So I came here about a week ago keep in mind. I tried to look past how dirty it looked. It was the only laundry that was close to me and I have very nice clothes. Lululemon brand-name clothes that are specifically in one dryer and the rest of my regular clothes were in another dryer when I came back my clothes were GONE I didn't even realize it until I got home. People really can't have nice stuff anymore. This is a bad business on top of that the dryers do not work. I put 45 minutes, which was about five dollars for each dryer and my clothes never dried. They were damp like I'm not even being dramatic. You might think I'm mad because they stole my clothes and that's why I'm saying this, but my clothes were wet.

By far the worst laundry mat I've ever been to! Soon as you walk in it reeks like mold and pee, not to mention they charge you for a laundry card and most of the machines aren't even working!! If I can leave 0 stars I would! I'm better off washing my clothes in a kitchen sink!!

Clean facility; large variety of washers and dryers of varying sizes/prices. Also drop off service offered. On site attendant; helpful/ friendly. Clean restroom. Need to use laundry card which can be purchased on site and add money to it; change machine on site. Plenty of seating; even has a couple of massage chairs available. Free parking lot. Quite a few TV's on with different shows in English and Spanish. Even a cooler with ice cream is on site. Laundry supplies also available for purchase.

Good machines and clean place. Washer and dryers operate good. Dryers dry well and don't take all day. Glade to see el sereno improving. You can do it.!

The alarm system needs to get fixed its really annoying already call the city so they can came an fixed for you

Once again amazing service!!! Thank you Ester! Hope spelling right. I used to go sudsville. Closer to my home. But some little tyrant likes playing games there. My bank and food store right here in el sereno, so I tried this laundry and was shocked in a good way. First off watching ester work, I got tired. she's zooming around,went outside to sweep up the leaves in the gutter? What? Next I came back inside she's cleaning the tops of the washers. Already you can eat off the floor it's so clean. Thxs ester for showing me there are women who can hold it down! I mean I am so impressed by Latinas, especially Mexican women. Work so hard. Vatos please appreciate your women. Because not only are they gorgeous. But they work hard. Harder than me even. They are friendly kind and helpful here! Last time I was here maria helped me because, one time I put to much in small washer. So it would not finish. Not only did she not scold me, but helped me to get that cycle to finish. Holy Moses please let find an amazing Mexicana! At least I know my esposa will help me in life!!!!
