A happy place, Mexican music blaring from the stereo. It was a busy Sunday afternoon. I had the Gobernador shrimp tacos, and they were very good. The consume shots were also delicious! The seafood stack was also at the table and it was fresh and tasty. Surprising for Odessa, and a pleasant one at that.

Always great service. The atmosphere is relaxing for me . I love live entertainment. I'm allergic to shrimp 🍤 but I tried some different fish dishes on different occasions and had an allergic reaction each time. I took a chance knowing shrimp was in the kitchen and I let the waitress know too. So know when I go, I only eat the guacamole and chips and enjoy my cucumber drink 🍸 😋 LOVELY Place.

The reception and service are friendly and quick. The waitresses are attentive and very kind, 10/10. Despite it being a busy day, the food is delivered quickly and is delicious. However, I don't give it 5 stars for the following reason: when ordering a soda, they give you a bottle or a can depending on what you order. However, I don't think it includes a refill, so the cost can be high. Another point is their shrimp cocktail. If you usually eat it when the shrimp isn't cleaned, go ahead. In my case, everywhere I've been, the shrimp always comes open and clean, so I asked for it to be removed. For the main course, I ordered a Beef Culichi, which was very good, 9.5/10. The only problem is the excess sauce. The atmosphere today was filled with musicians. I don't know if it's always like that, but I think the space is small for the excessive noise they have. Besides, it takes them a long time to start a song; it seems like they're rehearsing. (The music is good if you want to scream.) That can make communication a little difficult with both the guests and the waitresses. In conclusion, I recommend the place. It's comfortable and pretty, the food isn't bad at 9/10 (I don't recommend the shrimp cocktail), and the service is 10/10.

Went there for my birthday. It was a fun place with good mariscos mexican food. It was pretty good and fair priced. They even have a one gallon drink containing tequila, good drink.

We stopped by on a Sunday and the place was lit the food was fresh and the ambiance was clean. Staff was friendly. We orders tacos Governador, seafood tower and a dozen of oysters, piña colada and a few sodas $85 bucks plus tip. One thing their cantaloupe drink I don’t think is the real fruit but the powder still good but Incase you are one of those that look for fresh aguas. Still giving it a 5 start review because everything else out did it! We will definitely be back !!!

First and foremost....the food was amazing!! We will definitely return! We came in on a Friday night just as the Mariachi's were coming in to play for the night. This is definitely a spot where people come out to have a couple of drinks and have some Mexican style seafood. Every plate that came out looked tempting! I enjoyed the Camarones Culichi! This was a creamy green sauce that reminded me of green chicken enchilada sauce but with shrimp chunks inside topped with melted white cheese. It had a side of fine chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onions. The style of rice reminded me of Cozumel style rice (white rice with corn). This plate was hot and delicious! On another note, the Torre de Mariscos was refreshing and amazing as well! If you are a seafood lover, you much try this! Top it off with some churros and ice cream!

Wowww this is going to be one of my favorite places when in Odessa. This restaurant is lacking nothing. The decor is so nice, cleanliness, awesome and delicious food at a very reasonable price, and super customer service. My waitress was Monica and she was so attentive. I had the fried mojarra, it was huge and full of flavor, I had it with a side salad. I didn't have on of their drinks cause I was out on my own at 3pm, so maybe next time. I let a coworker know about this place, which she visited last weekend and she was raving about it too. Can't wait to go back!

Servers are attentive and the atmosphere is relaxing or can be uptempo. The food is missing flavor. The campechana lack flavor and had a dirt taste to it. The Rock shrimp had a beautiful presentation but the breading wasn't cooked through. 1st time there but I will give it another try with other dishes.

The food was bland and tasteless. Even the salsa that accompanied the chips was horrible. I had the shrimp in red sauce. I asked for cheese and added salt to try and enhance the taste but it fell flat.

Salsa was horrible. The drinks were OK wasn't the best experience. I don't think I would ever go back to this place again.

The food was incredible. The portions are generous enough to split with someone. I highly recommend the mango and tuna ceviche. Incredible and flavorful. Very much a mouth watering experience. The ambiance was great with a local Mariache band and booth seating. Friendly service! Highly recommend!

Not too bad considering that we're in west Texas. Family friendly but definitely good to hang out with the boys and get wasted. Good service too.

I got the pulpo asustado and my wife the mango ceviche. We both were delighted with the flavor of both of our dishes. I must say that it is a hidden gem here in Odessa. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great service, and the food is amazing. especially the desert. (tres leches churro sticks ) you won't even want the main dish just desert

Authentic Mexican atmosphere. My server spoke little English but we were able to communicate. Ordered the whole baked fish. It came, bones and all in a foil wrap topped with a full load of grilled onions and peppers. Also some kind of sauce. It was tasty, although Tilapia is not my favorite. The salsa was delicious. Chips a bit too thick for my liking but they were fresh.

Horrible just horrible the hot chicks do not make up for the crappy seafood. My first time and last time very pricey and very little portions not very pleased with place will never return.

Enjoyed this place in the middle of Odessa. Very cute place inside. Love music. Got a fried fish and it was very good. My husband got the molcajete, it was okay. Wasn't my fav. But everyone else's food looked very good.

Really authentic food, with a great restaurant atmosphere. We had the tacos con marlin and the ceviche, absolutely incredible. Will come back!

Everything was very good. Had the fish ceviche & oysters. Look forward to trying more on our next visit.

So if you like seafood,this is a good place, food is fresh and menu is varied. I ordered whole fish, 'a la Parrilla ' whole, it was served in foil, I wish I had asked what kind of fish, it was a bit more spiney and I didn't particularly like the foil, I could have removed it but it would have been too messy with the juices from the onions and tomatoes. The rice and side of mixed greens with choice of corn or flour tortillas served on a separate plate. This was served piping hot and very good.

Excellent food and service! Will definitely be back there! Sushi is awesome and every dish I've tried is very good!

Well this review won't mean much. Some might call me a Karen but if you can't speak Spanish you May as well keep driving. After the bs trying for a table for 2. Getting sat... drink orders are whatever they bring. "Water" is too hard for their vocabulary but they recognized miller light.... It's pretty ridiculous. Food was ok It's obvious they have a certain base of customers and a pretty sad deal for down town Odessa. I'll bet you everything I own the burger place up the road treats non English speaking people with the utmost respect even tho English is his only language.

The environment is really good. Live music and the service are good (we came on a Sunday). However think real good about what you order because if you don't like something they will still charge you for it. I got the cielo mar y Tierra sushi roll. It was okay at best I don't recommend getting it. My wife for the shrimp ceviche and that is the worse ceviche I have ever had so don't get that either. $20 down the drain there because they did not want to replace it for another plate. Just think about what you're getting before you actually do. I recommend salchipapas and the quesataco. They're both appetizers but tasted really good.

Trying this restaurant for the first time and it is wonderful! I ordered the Tacos Gobernados which are shrimp tacos, and they are wonderful. If you haven't tried this place you should! Music is a little loud, but service is the best.

Great place with great food! The shrimp and fish were very fresh and well seasoned; the people were very attentive and nice; overall a great experience. Will definitely go back and try more items from the menu. Also tried the shrimp quesadillas and were really good!

The service was good but seafood was horrible and overpriced. I order the torre de mariscos and couldn't eat much of it. The fish and shrimp was not cooked at all and I feel like I'm getting sick. I had to spit out the fish from the taste and rawness. The tuna was okay bit overall disappointed on how much I paid and left behind. I also ordered a Paloma and was not made right. Who knows what was in it. A real Paloma is squirt lime and tequila. Not sure how they made theirs. I did order a half dozen of oyster that were good. The starting salsa with chips was also lame just seems like nothing was done right. I do not recommend this place at all.

First time coming to this restaurant and it is on my top favs. If you like mariscos I recommend you come here.

Visited this restaurant today after reading some great reviews. I really don't know what the standard these reviews have for seafood, I wasn't impressed at all. If I lived there, I'd never go back. Service was quick and she was very attentive, not her fault the food isn't great. The drinks are weak and not well made. The chips were awesome, light, crisp and nearly oil free. Ambiance is pretty cool, place has an austin vibe, hope they get a good chef

Had the Arcoiris and wouldn't recommend it. Very bland and the rice wasn't cooked fully. My husband had the tacos which were the best thing ever. Great atmosphere but the bar is very uncomfortable to sit at, just FYI.

This place is fantastic. Awesome vibe, great food, good drinks. It was perfect for a date night night or night out with friends. We had the millionaro, tostada de Jaiba, and sushi. The tostada de jaiba is a must!! Go check this place out. We will definitely be back.

Finally got to try out el sinaloense in down town Odessa yesterday and was very disappointed, was very excited about eating here and waited through the shelter in place and finally got a chance to go and what a disappointment. The waitstaff was nothing but exceptional no complaints. The sushi, well hot cream cheese wrapped in rice nothing else, my sone ordered the red snapper sarandiado, well it was talapia wrapped in foil paper, the chicharrón de pescado, nothing but fish sticks, well that's if you can find the fish in all the batter, the waitress recommended the camarón ranchero, more like shrimp I'm tomato sauce, and I think they took the shrimp from the maruchan soups, the mariscos from the cold menú where good, no complaints. This place is more of a place to drink and snack than a place for families to eat out. I was really disappointed, I was really looking forward to eating at this place. If this is what Sinaloa food has to offer we are not missing anything.
