Google
Good burritos. Nice flavors, reasonable portions, good range of proteins. Nice selection of sugar based sodas in glass bottles. Very nice people. The prices are very good. Its a basic strip mall type environment. Every time I go there it is clean and the food shows quickly.

Google
I want to give this place a bad rating just to gatekeep it. Been going here since they opened when I was in middle school (24yr old now) never had a problem. Good service, excellent prices, at least top 3 best burritos in town. I will say, their hours kinda suck.

Google
Customer service was friendly but quick. no long wait. This looks like the best taco salad I probably gotten in years. The meat was seasoned perfect. I'm really impressed with this places taco salad

Google
El Super Burrito is a good place to get quick affordable Mexican food on the south side of Eugene. Nice selection of food options from tacos to burritos to tamales. Food is always fresh and served promptly. Portions are good size and food is definitely a value. Staff is polite and friendly. Indoor seating only and there's about seven small tables. Most people just order food to go ... atmosphere isn't anything special. I would recommend them if you're in the area and looking for a burrito.

Google
Our family loves El Super Burrito. It was one of the first places we were recommended to try when we first moved to Eugene. We have tried many different things on their menu, from burritos to Plates to Tacos. Their tacos are our favorite, but everything is always a hit! Our usual consisted of Carnitas Tacos, Al Pastor Tacos, Chicken Tacos (for the kids) and either Super Nachos or the Taquitos as a side. Pictured in the big To go containter are the Chicken Tacos and the Lengua Tacos - lengua Tacos are a limited time item so get it while you can 😄 Pictured on the plate are Carnitas Tacos and Al Pastor tacos. If you're visiting or are a local Eugenian/Springfielder, ♾️/♾️ would recommend!

Google
I requested no onion in my order, went back once because it of course had onion. The dish was remade and to my surprise the item was covered with onion. Take out not recommended unless you check the food before you leave.

Google
consistently the best burrito in eugene. extremely fair pricing, food always comes out in less than 10 minutes and the people are extremely friendly. do not sleep on this place

Google
Little hole in the wall taco spot on a outdoor strip of businesses. Comforting and happy vibe, lots of to-go's visiting in and out. Our waitress/cashier was clear and vocal, super friendly and thoughtful. Our cook did a fantastic job on the whole breakfast taco date me and my sister had. I will definitely recommend to others this place. Under $40 for a super nacho app. a nice Corona that paired perfectly with the triple taco dish that we both got, she got the ground beef, while I requested steak. Enjoyed every bit of it and honestly was mad I couldn't continue tasting the flavors because I was so full 😡 Absolutely worth the price, give it a try if you want a little hide away spot for a quick weekday breakfast/lunch, the foods not cold and not too hot, they're attentive and aware and on top of their stuff both boh and foh.

Yelp
Probably the best Mexican food in all of Eugene. The prices are great amd they have a huge selection tipn. Good portions. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
This place just continues to slay it everyday. The cooks in the back never keep you waiting for your food and the quality is consistently on point. I love that they offer black beans and refried pinto beans because I prefer black beans in my chicken burrito. Their prices are the best in town! My chicken burrito with black beans, rice, cheese and pico de gallo is only $7.50. Good luck to the new chipotle that opened up down the street.

Yelp
I've been going here for about 8 years and love El Super! However sometimes the green sauce will smell/taste like it's going bad which is a bummer. More importantly I can't eat cheese and every time I order a burrito with no cheese and have gotten home and will find that it does in fact have cheese in it making it to where I can't eat my dinner which is really frustrating:( The food is always ready quick and most of that staff are amazing! There is one person where if they are taking the order your food is more likely to not be how you ordered it. I will continue to keep going because I absolutely love it and their food is amazing I just wish there was a little bit more attention to detail.

Yelp
Grabbed one yesterday for a long drive, honestly it was pretty tasty! I've never been here before but I enjoyed the breakfast burrito. It has chorizo, egg, onion, cilantro, refried beans and cheese, it was tasty, and a good value too. It was only $7.50 and it was pretty filling and big for that price. Super affordable, definitely a good buy. Green sauce was not my favorite but I like a sweeter spicy taste, it that makes sense. Service was quick, just took it to go.

Yelp
It's been kinda shaky the last year at this taco shop. Service is hit and miss on any given day. El Super Burrito used to be my go to taco shop, being from San Diego it's been a long hard road here in the northwest for my carne asada burrito. People from So Cal understand what I'm talking about. Carne Asada burritos have 3 ingredients steak, pico, Guacamole that's it nothing else, no beans no rice no lettuce etc. It has 3 end of subject! Obviously people can have whatever they want in their burrito bowl wrapped in a flour tortilla but don't disgrace the Carne! Just got my carne asada burrito home and you guessed it after ordering it without those items mentioned. Half of it was scooped out before the pic. Somebody please open a real so Cal taqueria in this town

Cory S.

Yelp
Solid breakfast burritos. Good vibe and service. Horchata is delicious. They've got lengua!
google avatar

Yelp
This place still rocks! Stopped by on our way out of town for lunch and still love the burritos here. So big and delicious! Great value!

Yelp
It's the definition of casual dining with a laid-back vibe. What keeps me coming back is their affordability combined with the amazing food. The burritos are the real stars here - they're giant, stuffed with deliciousness, and incredibly satisfying. I'm a huge fan of the Oregon Burrito, and I'll gladly go out of my way to get my hands on it. The extensive menu means there's always something new to try, but I can never resist the classics. Speaking of classics, the recent renovation has made the place look fresh and inviting. It's the perfect backdrop for a great meal. The service is friendly and quick, which is a huge plus when you're craving those tasty burritos. If you're looking for a no-frills, affordable Mexican dining experience that never disappoints, this is the place to be. They've got the perfect recipe for deliciousness and comfort.

Yelp
Easily the Best tacos in Eugene, ever since I found this place I haven't been able to stop going.

Yelp
These guys are always so nice. They are pretty fast too. I really like the value of the food. I always order the extreme veggie fajita burrito with carnitas added to it. The burrito is huge, and has a ton of other vegetables other than just tomatoes and lettuce. Broccoli, zucchini, and bell peppers! I like the variety of the menu, and there is always a special. Not the biggest fan of the flan. It's not ever just completely smooth all the way through. The flavor is good though. Small dining space available. Nothing fancy. Classic simple taqueria.
google avatar

Kim D.

Yelp
Super friendly taqueria with giant burritos at an affordable price. They are always hopping (college kids love this place) but they are super quick to get the orders out. Love their hot sauces!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Extreme veggie burrito, omg. Overall a great close taqueria with good consistent food and service. Their dinner plate is so good and affordable.

Yelp
El Super Burrito! So, tonight we found ourselves too tired to cook, and decided to go off the recommendation of another Friendly St./College Hill neighbor. Holy Smacks! these burritos outdid themselves. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cut and seared chicken, and weighing in at a hefty 2+ lbs, I've got another meal for later - right on! I didn't get to see the place inside, as my guy picked it up, but he said, "Five Stars, easily. Super friendly lady." There you go! Looks like we found us a 5-star neighborhood gem

Mark B.

Yelp
Best breakfast burrito since moving to Oregon, on-par with Bay Area taquerias, salsas were to die for!! Meat lovers was the best, with extra cheese.

Natalie A.

Yelp
For my first experience here, it did not go well. They messed up my to-go order really bad and overall I didn't like the flavor of their food even after I picked out everything that I asked not to be included in the burrito. Probably never going back.

Yelp
Truly a gem of Eugene. El super Burrito has been there for me and my friends when we have needed it most. 9 times out of 10 when it's time to decide where to eat, we come here. I have yet to find a place in Eugene, better yet Oregon, where you can find better Mexican food for such a great price. Upon moving away from Eugene, el super will be my most heartbreaking goodbye. but I will be sure to return often for an Oregon Burrito or the greatest nachos in Eugene that I have found (and believe me, I've tried a lot). My last burrito will be saltier than before as my tears fall down my face.

Harry A.

Yelp
In a take-out order, I had the Super Burrito with steak and chili relleno. The meat was very tough and tasteless, while the burrito had so few beans that it was unlike any burrito I have ever had here or in Mexico! I had to throw it all away. As a result, I recommend avoiding this restaurant!

Yelp
The first thing to know about El Super Burrito is that they've been through a lot of change. For a while, they were arguably the best Mexican place in town, and yes, I've tried every last one at least once. Then, like many successful businesses, they seemed to stray from the things that made them great. The quality and quantity of their food started to vary, and you'd get a meaty monster burrito one night and little but rice and beans in the same kind of burrito a couple nights later. The one thing you could always count on, though, was an unlimited amount of several great salsas. The pandemic, of course, took that away too, and El Super Burrito closed its doors for many months as they remodeled. Now it's back, and my last few trips have been some of the best food I've had there. They seem to have rediscovered consistency, and a carnitas burrito is a solid winner with a decent if still slightly skimpy portion of flavorful, succulent pork every time. Great people, too. Definitely worth a trip.

Yelp
Great place for a quick bite or no hassle dinner. Al pastor super burrito was tasty as was the fajita taco. My daughter loved the bean and cheese burrito. The guacamole and house salsa were just OK. The free salsa they give you was better and did the trick.
google avatar

Max S.

Yelp
I love this place. Is it the best mexican in town? I doubt it, but it's certainly better than most and they're doing better than the "boy" and "girl" places, but at around the same price. I usually get a Super Burrito, often with some customizations, and it's always good. I've done the Chile Relleno plate a couple times when I'm really hungry. Their Extreme Veggie is also good, but by default it's a bit bland so add some stuff to it.
google avatar

Yelp
My friends have been ranting about going to El Super during our trip to Eugene, so I knew I had to try it. I got a spicy burrito with steak ($8) and it was HUGE!!! Service is awesome and food comes out in about 5 minutes. And they can handle crowds too! They have tons of burrito varieties so you can pretty much customize it to exactly what you want. Mine had steak, rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, amongst other things. It was very tasty and definitely great value. The burrito lasted me almost two whole meals.

Yelp
This place is IT. you want an excellent and affordable meal? Hungover and need to replenish? high as shit on your day off? El Super Burrito is the place for you! ive been going there for years. They are consistent, fast, and have great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Super super friendly staff and a cute little local spot in Eugene. The food is well priced and will fill you up! I recommend getting the veggie fajita burrito and add curly fries into it for a fulfilling and tasty vegan option! The food came out fast and I definitely plan to be back.

John G.

Yelp
This is my favorite taqueria in eugene. It has the perfect combination of great food, kind people, and amazing prices. They have hands down the best breakfast burritos and all of their offerings are equally as good. A bit of a hole in the wall and closed on Sundays but totally worth it everytime!

Sydney M.

Yelp
Best I've had in Eugene. Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for always being so friendly. Food is always delicious.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
Went back to Super Burrito after pandemic tonight. One word : HORRIBLE. Here is why- Luke warm. Old Grease. Hopefully I won't get food poisoning later. Had to throw it out.
google avatar

Kim T.

Yelp
Solid burrito with fast and friendly service, what more can you ask for? I've only been here once, but I'm already planning to go back when I'm in the south Eugene area. I ordered the Super Burrito with al pastor as my protein. The burrito was HUGE, will easily feed 2 people. Good amount of protein, but much more beans and rice, which I did not mind too much. The chile relleno was okay, didn't really blow me away. I think I'll try the Oregon burrito (with french fries) next time I'm there. The house made roasted hot sauce was amazing and was a little tangy with a kick, but not too spicy.

Alicia M.

Yelp
I love El Super! This place has emerged as one of the most consistently good, filling, and affordable Mexican spots in Eugene in the years I've lived here. Friendly and efficient service, too!
google avatar

Juju W.

Yelp
Super surprised by this local mexican restaurant. Its not a sitdown full service place. You order at cashier and wait for your food to be ready. The menu and choices are extensive. You could spend alot of time just staring at the board of choices. We got the sope, one w fried fish and the other w alpastor. Both were exceptional esp. for the price $4! Great find for cheap eats.
google avatar

Yelp
"My eyes must be deceiving me!" I said aloud when I walked into this small but busy taqueria and looked at their large menu. Giant burritos with all the delicious fillings starting at 5$??? It's true! I finally stumbled across this place and will forever be a loyal customer. Even my vegan friends were impressed with the veggie burrito they offer and are now eternally indebted to me for showing them burritos that remind us of our days in California. I devoured the fajita burrito filled with peppers, chicken and all the toppings. I will say I wished the guacamole was spread out more throughout the burrito but the amazing service, fresh ingredients and large burrito for 5-7$ made me not even care. Parking can be tricky on a busy day since this place is located in a small shopping center with other restaurants and cafes like Off the Waffle and Metropol Cafe. Do yourself a favor and put down your phone and go have a burrito!

Bryan W.

Yelp
Great price and super heavy burrito. Can't beat it for a college kid but my god idk if I could call that "steak" real beef. It's obvious the ingredients are all dirt cheap but I guess if you want an $8 burrito it's not gonna be grade A choice sirloin either.
google avatar

Yelp
There is too much hype about this place. I had my wife order me a particular burrito I like to makeup and they totally forgot stuff and we're stingy with some of the ingredients as well. The chicken also was like dark meat and little chunks and not white meat and shredded like it should of been. It also was dry as hell and not very flavorful and I was like wow and they said this place would be better than Burrito Boy um no the burritos are just bigger but not better sometimes bigger isn't better. Just like Texas isn't better than the East Coast and the West Coast combined. My wife and I will not be eating here again because if I'm not happy then shes not happy and vice versa plus I do the driving in this family what I say goes...lol P.S. I ate two bites of the burrito and gave the rest to a homeless person they needed it more than me and I didn't just want to throw it into the trash because I didn't like and wasn't gonna finish eating it that would of wasted food and my babe finished her breakfast burrito because she was hungry but she didn't like hers better than Burrito Boy either.
google avatar

Helen B.

Yelp
Easily the best burritos in town and I have eaten a lot of burritos. Also the prices are great. There's nowhere better. It is out of the way for me, so every time I'm in the area, I get excited to get El Super Burrito! The staff is also friendly, and oh yeah, the BEST Habanero salsa I've ever had. Again, I don't say this lightly. I love habaneros. The salsa alone is worth making the trip.
google avatar

Abdullah A.

Yelp
The Oregon burrito is a behemoth, considerably dwarfing a chipotle burrito, for only $6 or so. I had no choice but to save half for later. It's stuffed with steak, fries, melty cheese, and guacamole. It's a soft, starchy, cheesey, meaty dream in your mouth when all of the flavors come together. Skip the hot sauces, none of which have standout flavor.
google avatar

Jason H.

Yelp
One of my favorite lunch places in Eugene! El Super Burrito offers very delicious food in large quantities. Everything is very affordable as well. My favorite order is the Oregon Burrito with your choice of either steak or chicken with French fries stuffed inside. You can taste how fresh their ingredients are and how much flavor is packed into the burrito. I also love ordering curly fries on the side. Their curly fries are always served fresh from the fryer with the perfect crunch and flavor. With burritos the size of your face, El Super Burrito is my go to place for burritos.

Yelp
This. This. This. I used to live in Eugene many moons ago and never knew about this place. We found it while on a road trip and wanted a place that was high ratings and inexpensive. Though it's a little out of the way from I5 north or south, it's SO worth it. I've had a few different items, but my repeat fave, hands down, is the Oregon. It's a big burrito stuffed with steak, well-done fries, pico, and guacamole, and cheese. It's generously filled, and under $7 I believe. I've had their taquitos, a couple other burritos (fajita, chicken, etc.) and all have been consistently good. To actually find a place that not only has delicious food at a great value, but also has fabulous pickled carrots/jalapenos, it's worth the detour. Note: The parking lot... it's snug and often really busy, so it can be a bit hairy.

Gun O.

Yelp
We enjoy El Super Burrito, where we mostly get burritos (breakfast, extreme veggie, and fish). All meals have been delicious, and we now (after having Burrito Boy once) will drive the distance to get El Super. We need to try other items but have a tendency to go back to the same (default) meal when it is good. I tried the Super Burrito once recently, and I was not as impressed with that one (I'm thinking I might have received someone else's order, as the burrito was mostly beans and rice). The staff are friendly and chill people, always courteous to us. It's not your fancy sit-down romantic Mexican restaurant and so, for it is we think it's a 4 to 4 1/2-star place. It's a "hole-in-the-wall" that we welcome in our neighborhood. For the value, you get a lot of food that is good. Our children love dropping by to grab a quick bite that holds them over well, such as for school lunches. I may update, as I explore additional meals.
google avatar

Emily S.

Yelp
Always a favorite. The Chile relleno plate is our favorite - it's cheap and huge and feeds the two of us for breakfast. Burritos are good and can be customized to make even the most discerning 6 year old happy for breakfast.
google avatar

Aubrianna C.

Yelp
Best burrito shop in eugene. There's so many options, I've gotten a different burrito every time and they're always amazing.

Haylee W.

Yelp
Delicious and high quality food. Always consistent, give them a try!! The chicken Mexican burrito is my go to, and the plates are delicious as well.
google avatar

Dom P.

Yelp
Horrible customer service and the food is garbage. It used to be really tasty but lately it has been greasy crap.
google avatar

Kimberly A.

Yelp
I really like this place and have yet to find a reason not to. The Mexican food is good for the eugene area. Short wait as well. I'll be back soon!

Anna S.

Yelp
Absolute favorite Mexican food in Eugene! Haven't tried anything there I haven't loved. Staff is super friendly. Would recommend to anyone that's looking for a quick dine-in or take-out experience!

Mark M.

Yelp
Been going here for years. Hands down the best bang for your buck out of practically everything in Eugene. For around 8 dollars you can get an amazing Oregon burrito. Really hungry? Get a taco plate with whatever meat for about 9.50 and thats possibly 2 or even 3 nights worth of food. This is my personal favorite spot in eug
google avatar

Chevy R.

Yelp
We come here all the time. One of my favorite restaurants, the service is always fast even though they're well loved and a small which always amazes me because you never wait too long for your food. However we called in an order the other day. It was a rough day because we had to have our dog put down. On our way to pick up the pre ordered food we stopped to get drinks which had us running late and sure enough I locked my keys in my car. It took 2 hours to make it to El Super. We asked if they still had our order and they did so we got in line. I had to step out because I was so stressed and upset about how bad this day had gone. When my boyfriend got to the front of the line to pay though, the man at the counter said wait just a second because we're remaking it for you so it's fresh. Nobody asked them to do this and I far from expected to make anyone remake it because it was our fault. However they did, and they gave us the first orders they made as well. This gesture, that seemed so casual and expected on their end, was so kind and needed on our end. Most places wouldn't bat an eye or think about it at all. They did it so causally which tells me they always treat their customers with this kindness. It means the world and I haven't stopped thinking about it since it happened. And we have gone in a lot since. So thank you to everyone who works at El Super for your kindness and work, your restaurant is truly a staple of downtown eugene!

Yelp
Do not go here if you care about your personal health. This place is disgusting. I got food poisoning from theyre super burrito.

Yelp
A solid place for the Eugene area to snag a massive tasty burrito for a steal. Sandwiched between other businesses, a white sign with black font and a heroically-dressed donkey beckons anyone with a burrito/Mexican craving. This fast-casual place's inside has art and maps of Mexico lining the burnt-orange and brick-red walls, plenty of tables and chairs, and a massive white sign above the counter that details every single item on their extensive menu. Burritos are the name of the game here, but they also have tacos, nachos, tortas, sopes, tamales, and delicious American comfort foods. I almost always get the 'Al Pastor' burrito: marinated pork, refried beans, rice, onion & cilantro". What comes is a red basket that holds a toasty burrito wrapped in yellow wax-like paper to hold everything in place. It is simply a spicy, tender pork, onion-filled wrap of warm goodness that never disappoints. It's a place where you bus your own table, but the atmosphere has always been pleasant from start to finish. It's a good place to grab a quick lunch or hang with some friends in the afternoon. It gets a recommendation from me for the sheer quality and value in what is offered here.

Gabe R.

Yelp
My burrito was okay. Not a ton of flavor and pretty greasy. Fine for a hungover food, but would not be my first choice.
google avatar

Alex B.

Yelp
I have been to this location easily over a hundred times to eat their burritos. In the last six months something really unsettling has been happening. 9 out of 10 times the food is the cheap, decent quality, large portions I have come to expect, but one time out of ten the food unexplainably tastes like Wintergreen chewing tobacco. I have no explanation for how this could be happening but unfortunately it means I've stopped eating here. I thought I was crazy, I thought it was just an off batch, but this continues to happen. Goodbye super burrito :(
google avatar

Hope N.

Yelp
Really tasty shredded beef enchiladas and refried beans, though not as much sauce as I like - and the guy admitted it was from a can . However, that said, the pork tamale was the best I've tasted in town yet. And the homemade salsas are out of this world. I noticed a steady stream of customers ordering chimichangas and I will be back to try one.
