I got the 4pc Birria tacos w/cheese, the BEST I've ever had!! Made fresh to order and maybe waited 5 minutes. Also the dipping sauce was next level

I order some tacos and they came with no color and when I went to call them about it, they started laughing through the phone worst costumer service that I have ever experience

Went to eat with my gf, it’s very pricy for very little food, I got aqua Fresca strawberry didn’t really liked it so I pored it in my gf cup since she liked it, I told the waiter I didn’t like it if I could get a Dr Pepper instead. She told me No because I ordered Fresca and they don’t do free refills so I had to buy another drink . Ok I get it, but if y’all don’t do fee refills on the Fresca you should have told me that before I brought it. For 50$ for 2 people you would think all there drinks would come with free refills if your dining in .. and for that I probably won’t go back.!

Stick to the Food Trucks I’ve always loved El Taco Loco’s food trucks — the tacos are loaded, flavorful, and the consomé is rich and delicious. But the brick-and-mortar location just doesn’t measure up. They’ve tried it before on West University and it didn’t work out, and unfortunately, it’s the same story again. It feels like they’re cutting corners to cover rent — the tacos have way less meat, the flavor is bland, and the consomé tastes watered down. I don’t know why, but the quality just isn’t the same. If you want the real El Taco Loco experience, stick to the food trucks. That’s where they shine.

Stopped by El Taco Loco Birrieria Food Truck for a taste of these highly requested tacos. I had the birria tacos with cheese minus the cilantro and onion. These tacos had a very good flavor as expected especially with the juices! These were hot, fresh, and delicious! My honey had the carne asada tacos 🌮 and he stated they were good. I definitely prefer the birria. We tried the plain churros and they were good and crunchy! I wish food trucks would have tables and chairs to be able to sit down and enjoy your food instead of eating in the car or waiting to take it home.

I'm starting to get seriously annoyed with the workers who handle their doordash orders. They don't EVER make it right. Ask for extra limes that I PAID FOR? Never there. This time, I asked for no chile and I don't know if they can't read English or even Spanish correctly but I got no cilantro or onions. Seriously annoying. Fire your workers and hire people who can READ. I'm done playing these games. I asked for a full refund and I got it. Who eats tacos without onions and cilantro?
