3 Henrietta Street Covent Garden: Mark Greenaway and Louis Pous | Eater London
"A Hawaiian-inspired street-food concept brought to London by former Asia de Cuba chef Louis Pous, transplanted from Miami, New York and Riyadh and taking a basement spot at 3 Henrietta Street. The menu leans into bold, snackable plates — think tuna-and-caviar taquitos, a poke taco, chopped salads and a playful take on a Cuban sandwich — offering a lively, casual counterpoint to the building’s upper-floor venues." - James Hansen
Can't comment on the food but we had a hot chocolate in their outside seating area. The drink itself was massively overpriced, very small and cold when we got it. To add insult to injury I pulled the chair in closer to the table and squashed my finger between the seat and the leg, cutting my finger fairly badly (enough to bleed through at least three plasters in the short time we were there). I informed the waitress about their hungry killer chair - she, quite frankly, couldn't have cared less and even charged me a £2.50 tip for the privilege of bleeding all over the place. Save your money and go elsewhere!

No atmosphere. we were the only people in the restaurant! The tacos were bland as the actual taco was probably factory made the best thing we had in there was probably the nachos! not saying a lot from a Mexican restaurant so many better places for tacos in London

Was here for a quick meal before seeing some friends.
Ordered a variety of dishes, and a cocktail.
Familiar flavours, but done exceptionally well. Their Hawaiian Popcorn Chicken was a much larger portion than I was expecting!
The Kalua pork taco was a bit too delicate for my liking, however hit on the flavour notes.
The tofu and kimchi taquitos were crispy and easy enough to eat without making a big mess!
I’d recommend this as a good date spot or catch-up with friends.

A bit of a mixed experience here. Whilst the staff were friendly, the service wasn't amazing. We weren't offered any water and when we told the waiter we didn't drink alcohol be gave us the wine menu and said just in case. However, the food was great. We good a selection of vegetarian things and the quality was good. Mushroom ceviche had loads of texture and was brought and fresh. The lumpia were lovely and cauliflower popcorn had a good crunch and bite. The taco was a bit of a let down though. The filling was fantastic, but the tortilla had gone soft and mushy making it impossible to pick up and enjoy.

Hidden gem in Covent Garden. Went for the bottomless tacos & margaritas and it didn't disappoint! The staff was super friendly and did not stop topping us up with both food and drinks. The tacos were delicious and the margaritas were genuinely some of the best ones we've had. I only wish the bottomless lasted a bit longer, not because we wanted more food/drinks (we could literally not move afterwards), but because the vibe was so nice that we'd love to space it out a bit more. Still 5 stars, definitely recommend👌🏼

Amazing! So good I'm writing the review whilst still in the restaurant, sat outside sipping their wonderful cocktails, I recommend the zingiber lotus, they absolutely pack a punch! A fantastic place for Hawaiian Tapas, which is best described as A Japanese / Mexican hybrid. Generous portion sizes, all of which were amazing! Would return in a heartbeat 🍍🍹

Hawaiian themed restaurant serving cocktails, wine, tacos and bar snacks. Really tasty food and great price for happy hour drinks between 5 and 7pm on weekdays (excluding Friday). Most of the cocktails were half price making them less than £5 - absolute bargain! The cocktails were also really delicious. Don't come here if you don't like pineapple or rum as that's what is in most of their drinks. Recommend booking in advance as I don't think they accept walk ins.

Such a cute little Hawaiian restaurant in London 🥰!! Located underground so might be a little difficult to find.
Went to El Takoy for Friday dinner, booked a table in advance. I recommend you to reserve a table in advance as it’s quite a small place with limited number of tables.
Ordered 2 cocktails and 4 dishes.
Both cocktails were very good, not too strong which I liked it.
All menus (in pictures) ordered were very tasty but a little bit over-priced compared to its portion I would say. Overall experience was pleasant.
I would recommend this place for a date night as the restaurant is very cute and cozy with good food and drinks🍹🍽
