Order a mix, so that you can switch between bites of fatty, bone-in chunks of pork, chicken, sweet potato, plantains, and—our personal favorites—the crispy longaniza, and squeaky queso frito. Squeeze the provided lime on very liberally, and wash it all down with that six-pack.
