Terrible service at this restaurant. I have been here before and I was never treated this way. I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant, a place where you go to eat, have a good time, and spend your money. We were first served by a waitress who greeted us very rudely and forgot all of the drink orders.We were there for dinner and to enjoy their live music, and she told us we arrived too early.
Then she left without saying anything, and later another waiter arrived who turned out to be the owner of the restaurant (very rude, arrogant, and a real "junior," as he called himself and said I’m the only owner when I asked for his dad - who I’ve talked to before and was super attentive and super nice humble gentleman ). Junior served everyone's food at different times, but one of the dishes arrived 30 minutes after everyone had already eaten. We asked for more drinks, but he kept forgetting them . When it was time to pay the bill, they never gave us a receipt because they didn't have paper to print it so we could not even see what they were charging us. They told us verbally the total we had to pay.
We paid with a combination of cash and card.
We ended up paying $200 for a table of four. Afterward, he left, and another waitress came to ask if we needed anything. We asked her for the receipt, but she didn't print it either. She sent me a photo of what we paid via text message; the receipt said $156. However, the amount he charged us was completely different from what the receipt said. He recorded the cash as slightly less than what we gave him. When we told the waitress that the cash we paid was more than what he reported, his response was that they didn't have enough cash on hand. I couldn't believe what I was hearing—what a coincidence that they hadn't registered the cash we gave him! For the card payment, they gave us a receipt without explaining what we owed. It had no numbers, so we didn't know what we were signing for or how much. After all that, he even came back to tell us it wasn't such a big deal, despite our complaints. I will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone I know. Extremely disappointed with the new owner “junior “. Sorry buddy go learn some manners and customer service from your papa.
