Google
Initially couldn't find it because its located inside the shell gas station. I purchased some pre-made breakfast tacos that they had in a glass case. They were kinda cold so owner may need to adjust the temperature under that heat lamp. Otherwise, they tasted good. The green salsa was tasty.

It was my first time at El Xolo and it did not disappoint. I ordered two breakfast tacos of potato, egg, and cheese, with one flour tortilla and one corn tortilla. They put green salsa on the side, which seemed to have a soft flavor at first but then there was a kick! It was so good and the perfect combination with the tacos. Also, the staff were kind and friendly. Overall 5/5 will definitely come back when I’m in the area.

After weeks of curiosity I finally got to try El Xolo for breakfast and wish I would'nt have waited so long! I feel like we've been missing a taco spot like this in the neighborhood. As a gluten free eater I have nothing but praise for the corn tortillas too!! Service was super fast and accommodating and the portions were hefty. I hope to become a regular at this small counter.

Wow my new favorite breakfast taco in town! It’s been a while since a breakfast taco really made an impression. I got 1 chorizo/egg and 1 migas. Both excellent. Great salsa included too.

I go to this place pretty frequently. The food is consistently delicious and made with love you can taste. The service is super friendly too :) Always makes my day when I stop by there. Highly recommend!

So the apartment complex really hyped up this place and got me curious and eager to try. But the hype was bs. So I ordered two tacos of pastor and was wondering if he did corn tortillas like other trucks I have seen around Austin but nope. The pastor was okay but I ordered as well two burritos one steak and the other was chicken, first off I've never had cabbage in a burrito usually lettuce but thought to try it but afterwards disgusting and I opened up both burritos because the meat had no flavor to it and looked gray and I couldn't tell which one was chicken or steak. The guy was nice and very welcoming but the food not so much.

Delicious taco in Austin. This is a unique place with friendly people who run this place. Every thing is homemade and everything taste so delicious. Make sure come with empty stomach because it is so hard to resist everything which is on Menu. Support local business.

Google
Al Pastor was crispy which is always important to me. The staff were friendly enough. Crispy Al Pastor and Green Salsa were the high points for me. Price was reasonable. I'll probably go back.

Yelp
Ordered buffet sytle catering for an office event, and it was an absolute hit! People were going back for seconds!

Yelp
This place was open early in the morning and was available through Uber Eats so I decided to order from them. I got the breakfast burrito with egg, tomato, onion, cheese, and refried pinto beans. The burrito was huge and good for multiple meals. I also ordered a bean and cheese taco. The refried beans were really tasty. The green sauce is a little chunky which is nice. This is a good choice if you're looking to order tacos early in the morning but probably not s-tier but certainly better than chain tacos.

Yelp
Most underrated taco spot in the city, if you can find it that is! Tucked away in a gas station, don't let the ambiance fool you, the these tacos and burritos are my personal favorite in the city. A lot more like street tacos, simple, easy and delicious! It's clearly a local small business run by two women who are always hustling as they are often bombarded with order (for good reason) great service given their small set up. My only downside is their hours! No weekends and closed at 3pm, so many times I wish I had these on the weekends but not open

Yelp
Sitting in the ER with food poisoning from some barbacoa tacos... not fun Was looking forward to good barbacoa and it was good going in but not so much coming out

Yelp
Delicious street taco style tacos, great prices, nice staff... what more can you ask for??? FYI the business is inside the Shell gas station. There is a taco trailer outside of the gas station that caused me some confusion which also sells good tacos but Xolo's has them beat! Will definitely be returning soon!

Yelp
Sorry to leave a 2 star but the breakfast tacos were really bad. Swimming in old grease, room temperature, hard burnt coffee-ground like chorizo in one, another with the tortilla rock solid, another with the fillings very dry. It seemed like whoever made them focused on nothing but slopping together the ingredients as fast as possible without any regard to things that actually make food good, especially when you're around one of the top foodie cities of the US, Austin TX. Do not recommend.

Yelp
Fresh and homemade tortillas! The food was hot and tasty. I ordered for a company lunch and it was awesome! They have vegan & vegetarian options too

Yelp
My office got these tacos for breakfast one day & I thought they were soooo good! Easily a 10/10 - especially the chorizo and egg breakfast tacos. Can't wait to try them again!

Yelp
Their food truck came to our neighborhood. Tried their miga tacos. Oh my. So GOOD! It's authentic and just perfect. Def getting my breakfast tacos from this place now and on!
