OMG! I went there with my husband and a friend after work. It was dinner time. We had tacos and panuchos. It was super delicious. First of all, the quality of food was great. I feel like the onion on top was like home-made pickles. Also, the rice and bean was very yummy too. It filled my stomach very happily. I also, ordered tacos “to go” for my parents at home. Even the food got cold a bit when I came home, it was still very delicious. I definitely would like to visit again and I’d love to try Burritos next time. Also, they have very nice customer service. Even though they kept having other customers coming, the guy tried to take care of us who were sitting in a table. Very delicious food! Very nice people!

An absolutely FANTASTIC burrito. We got the Oregon burrito and a vegetarian. The latter, we added fries. Both were excellent, big, thicc, two-meal burritos. I mean, maybe one meal if you gorged yourself. Anyway, the person who took my order was very kind. And I felt compelled to also get a horchata. It was very tasty. GET IT

I came here all the way from California which already has great Yucatecan food. But this place beat all the expectations! Friendly personnel, great food and prices! I personally recommend their specialty, the Panuchos. Make sure you try the Carnitas and Asada panuchos. Can’t go wrong with that, and some green sauce and lime if you want the perfect bite. If you’re in Portland for a short time its no problem, as the food truck is conveniently close to the airport for a quick stop. This is a must for everybody coming to Portland/Vancouver area.

I ordered a house bowl with pastor and the horchata shake with boba and jellies. This was my first time eating here and all I can say is they are so friendly and the food tasted like homemade with love. The green salsa is that awesome smooth light green kind I don’t see very often. Horchata shake is perfectly sweetened and it’s huge. Really looking forward to trying more from their menu.

Loved this taco spot! Everything was delicious- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The staff were really kind and the service was great. Highly recommend!

On our way to the airport we stopped here for a quick bite because they have good reviews! Definitely did not disappoint! The food was really good seasoned and the salsas were spicy but delicious. Customer service is amazing, the ladies are super sweet! Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!

I had the burrito and the burger both were delicious! The fries were amazing too. Everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

Welp… I just found my favorite burrito in Portland. Just stopped by after seeing how well-reviewed they are, and it DID NOT disappoint. I had the Nacho Burrito with pulled pork, slathered in their avocado and habanero salsas. It was mind blowing. Followed it up today with a bacon Breakfast Burrito. Also out of this world good. This place is a 15 minute drive, and I pass a LOT of Mexican restaurants along the way, but this will be my new main destination when the craving hits. Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu 🤤

Hands down the best burrito I've ever had! This place deserves to be a restaurant! Danilu is super sweet and made sure we enjoyed our food. She reminds me of my mom who always makes sure guests are well fed. The burritos are HUGE. I ordered a breakfast burrito and asked them to make it vegetarian, and they put more stuff in it to make up for not having meat, and I wasn't able to finish it! So so so good! I don't give many places a 10/10 but this one definitely is

I have been stopping here to fulfill my burrito needs for some time now.. Tots can be added in a burrito or fries, and the portion size has me eating two meals in one glorious foodie day.. all that said aside , I have no compunctions when I say it's hands down my absolute favorite place to get Mexican cuisine, including my family from central California when visiting.. finally let me just add.... Omg the salsa makes me drool like Homer Simpson just thinking about it..

It's hard to not eat here every day. The house bowl with cochinita has the perfect ratio of rice, beans, meat, avocado sauce, veggies, pickled onions, etc, plus a side of tortilla chips which are great for dipping. It's the most perfect bowl I've found in Portland. The staff there are super sweet, and their salsas are great.

I seriously can't rave enough about this place! There's not one thing my son and I have tried on the menu that isn't absolutely delicious. The burritos are massive! I found the torta as my most recent purchase and it's hands down the best torta I've ever had. I crave it! Their bowls are also very good! They are super quick and always friendly! We've gone often enough where they know who we are which honestly is really impressive considering how much business they get. My son goes to the high school close by and he apparently eats there more than he tells me El Yucateco deserves 10 stars in my book.

The food is amazing, and delicious Everytime. The owner is so friendly and sweet Everytime we go. The space is nice and spacious and it's outside seating. I would rate this place a 5/5 because of the food and service.

This spot is amazing! You have an explosion of flavors in your mouth with every bites. I've already told my daughter we have to go back before I leave town.

Really good food! The portion sizes are very large so I would possibly share with a buddy if you don't eat massive amounts of food! The veggie burrito was good, the only complaint is that the outside is the perfectly grilled tortilla tasted like leftover grill meat. As a flexitarian, I wasn't super annoyed, just wish it didn't have that hint of meat when eating veggies. The rest of my party liked their tacos and chicken. We didn't stay to eat in the cute seating area because is was Portland in the end of October! The service was quick even though there was a lot of customers. Would definitely recommend!

Great service great food fatt burritos! We showed up 45 minutes before he opened and he still hooked us up! We got the chile relleno and the patron burritos, both very good!

The veggie tacos are some of the best I have ever had. It is loaded with fresh veggies which really gives them some excellent texture. They are not greasy or make you feel exhausted after eating them. My partner had the veggie burrito without the dairy and it was loaded. It was so heavy, flavorful, and worth the price. Which was insanely reasonable for how fresh the food was. I will keep coming back here for sure!

Well gatdeng. Their burritos are massive. And more importantly, tasty! As of 8.13.22, a Supreme burrito is $11. I even substituted lettuce for sour cream at no extra charge. Service was quick and friendly, but a word of warning... if you're not a fan of spicy foods, their roasted red salsa and orange (habanero) salsa are HOT. For me, though, I lovesss ittttt. I don't have much else to say other than that lettuce in burritos is weird. Don't do it. Always substitute it. And enjoy!

I always try to stop here when I come to Portland! The Cochinitas Panuchos are unbelievably delicious. Friendly service, and nice area for sitting. It's worth the trek out here... this place rules!!!

Was out on the east side and thought id check this spot out. Just a 10 minute drive east from IKEA. It was a rainy day but people were still coming here so must be good Got the Chile releno bowl, pulled pork burrito and a vege panucho - which is a Yucatán fried taco. Staff was super friendly and the food was great. Tortas look good may try that next time

Going to start off by saying that I'm from San Diego and I have tried finding good Carne Asada fries at dozens of Portland places, and nothing was the same..... UNTIL I FOUND THIS PLACE. The french fries were crispy, the Carne Asada was cooked well and so flavorful. THANK YOU. Will be back and can't wait to try other things. The worker was very nice too!

Friendly service and GREAT burritos. Burritos from various carts are staple for me and these are among the best I've had at a reasonable price. I enjoyed everything about them including the meat, large size, filing and homemade tortilla.

After living in California for 10 years, I was severely missing a good breakfast burrito spot. Enter El Yucateco. The chorizo breakfast burrito has tater tots inside (bomb) and is hands down my favorite in Portland. You can also order it all day, so no excuses! I would try their other items but I love the breakfast burrito so much I don't bother. My husband says the asada burrito is good too.

I checked their website and noticed it said they can make anything vegetarian so I decided to try this cart. I asked for a Veggie Breakfast Burrito and I was FULLY SATISFIED! The seasonings are INCREDIBLE! Not simply eggs and cheese thrown in a burrito! It was toasted, too! The salsas are so delightful as someone who loves to try all of them. Friendly vibe, too! Don't walk, run over here! Worth coming from another Portland neighborhood.

Hands down the best food cart around. I eat here every day. The tacos are great! They actually grill the tortillas which most places don't. Burritos are top tier. Amazing fries. Pretty killer burgers too.

Saw this place on Yelp and had to try it. I got the Panuchos (Pastor & Cochinita) and my sister got the asada fries. Food was unbelievable! The Panuchos had a lot of flavor. The black beans on the crisped tortillas real made this. I had to follow-up the Panucho with a plain Al Pastor tacos to isolate the flavor of the meat. Outstanding! This meat was one of the best Pastors I've tried. Had half of my sisters fries which were really good. If I lived here, this would be a go to place for me.

Perfect. Took my midwestern guy on a food tour of the PNW and Mexican was high on the list of things I needed in my life, and I needed him to try the "real" version of (places trying to compete with taco bell bringing their ground beef do not cut it.) This place did not disappoint. I ordered the taco platter so he could try a few different meats, ordered him a burrito, and even got my picky eater 4yo a quesadillia and horchata she loved. It was amazing. Fast, cheap, and I think changed his opinion on the cuisine forever.

I get breakfast from here regularly and it is extremely good. I love the quick service and whoever is working is always super kind and polite. More places like this should just exist.

This place is great! I love the coffee bubble tea with the boba and jellies so good! So far we have tried the veggie bowl, veggie tacos, veggie burrito, and veggie panchuas(??) all were amazing!!!

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. AMAZING! A really tasty and diverse menu. Best of all, they don't skimp or overcharge their delivery customers. This place is absolutely awesome! I recommend it to everyone

I've eaten here a lot over the last few years and everything is great. The club sandwich is my new favorite and probably the best I've ever had. Super nice people too. Definitely my top choice for lunch in Parkrose.

El Yucateco is an unsuspecting food trailer. I wouldn't have stopped unless someone pointed her out to me. I decided to order the thing I never heard of, but these guys advertise: panuchos! Holy cow. These were good. It's like a glorified engorged taco. I'd suggest one try the hot sauce before you go nuts: this stuff isn't the supermarket variety. Potent! I'd love to have more!

Best pork tacos around with their pickled veggies on top! Horchata is delicious and my husband loves the steak tacos. The sauces that come with the tacos are also excellent. We come here often.... They crank the food out really fast and their customer service is incredible. The lady always goes above and beyond and makes our two year old son the smallest little itty bitty beans, rice and cheese burrito too which he loves!!

Food was SO GOOD. Came out really quick, and was so cheap for Portland. The experience was a 10/10, and the owner was sweet as pie! Definitely will be back

This is a nice little hidden gem located about a mile east of I-205 on Sandy Blvd. on the south end. I give it 4 stars initially as I have only had their Carne Chile Relleno Burrito so I cant speak for the other menu items but will say, they make a mean burrito - loaded with flavor and what appears to be fresh ingredients. It's a massive burrito so come hungry. They have a few tables outside and also a few seats under a covered area. Friendly staff and they are pretty quick at making your order. I'd recommend giving them a try,

Panuchos is over priced and im disappointed of the taste. Disgusting chicken. Please owners do better . I have tasted panuchos from other taquerias in the pdx .

My husband and I were in the hunt for a new taco shop and he remembered a co-worker of his eating here and singing their praises years ago. We tried this delightful cart on Wednesday and went back Friday to eat here again. It is...amazing. Their cochinita tacos are divine. The pickled onion and cabbage compliment the meat and and they are only made better by adding their green salsa and habanero (if you like it spicy). I tried a cochinita house bowl today and it, also, was amazing. We've had their pastor and carne asada tacos and burrito and everything has been incredible. They also have wonderful meat quality (for picky meat eaters like me). Do yourself a favor and try this gem!

Their tortas are huge and full of flavor!! Can't wait to try other menu items. Horchata boba was a bit let down though.

Visiting from California and decided to try this place out. It did NOT disappoint! It was soooo bomb. I got the fajita burrito and it was so good! It was just the right size and a good price! I highly recommend this place. The service was fast and friendly. I wish we had a place like this in the Bay Area. Will come back again! 10/10!!

Finally stopped at this place to check it out. I ordered the bowl with conchinita pibil. It was grubbin but nothing outstanding. I would eat it again, but it didn't make my craving radar.

I am yet to taste their food , 5 starts for the experience I had with them. I ordered online through grub hub and somehow order dint go through. I did not receive a confirmation email too. The ladies at the truck were patient with me. I ordered the burritos again and my order was ready in minutes. Had to cancel my cc though. Fraudulent websites

Service is prompt and friendly and everything on the menu is delicious. I also appreciate if you ask for heat you can get ACTUAL heat.

El Yucateco just can't be F'd with, period. I've done my diligence and we have some great representations of Yucatecan flavors in Portland, but I'm gonna go ahead and say these guys are the best. Best panuchos and honestly by a clip. They just come with way more flavor than the other decently known spots. And a personal favorite item is the burrito supreme al pastor. It could feed two people and may be the best burrito in the whole damn city and don't say that lightly.

This food truck is amazing. There is seating outside to the side of the food truck with umbrellas set up for shade. The lady working at this food truck is so friendly! The portion sizes for the burritos are large and the food is delicious. The sauces they have are amazing. I prefer my sauces a little spicier but flavor was excellent!

I've driven past on the way to Costco for the past two years and finally decided to try. Winner Winner. Apparently, the secret is out as there was a line during lunch, but it moved relatively fast. What I love about breakfast burritos is that there's such variety from place to place. Here they are BIG. I appreciate how they stuff 'em with shredded tater tots rather than cubed potatoes or diced home fries. I requested no meat (but next time will opt for bacon as I'm sure it will be good) and they substituted with avocado. The $2.00 (that's eight quarters) chicken panuchos were good. There's a number of low dollar items on their eclectic menu. They offer green and red sauce, the former has a hint of jalapeño and lime while the latter is quite hot. The staff was very friendly, they're not just order takers. Big parking lot, instantly one of the better Mexican carts.

As far as food trucks go, this one exceeded my expectations of panuchos! Service is outstanding and let's just say they understood the assignment and delivered with excellence! Definitely recommend the panuchos de cochinita y pollo!

My favorite Mexican food in all of Portland. The owners are incredibly sweet and hard working. The prices can't be beat for the quality you receive. Plus, they'll remember your face and name.

This place is so fire, I got the asada taco plate and the tacos are so juicy. The hot sauce is so good but mad spicy which is exactly what I love. The sides had so much flavor and the chips were perfect. Highly recommended! The guy that was taking our orders was so nice too, definitely will be coming back.

This family owned food cart is making the best Yucatán dishes! They make fresh hand-made tortillas for their panuchos & tacos. The outstanding Cochinita Pibil meat was tender & super flavorful. The delicious panuchos are loaded with the perfect combo of fresh toppings. All their house made sauces are amazing~ mild guacamole, smoky roasted chile, and lime habanero that I want to put it on everything! Check them out, they are cooking up food & have covered seating. Dañilu is the nicest lady at the counter. Cochinita Pibil from the Yucatán Peninsula, is slow-roasted pulled pork that has been marinated in achiote paste (annatto seed), citrus juice (orange juice, lime), spices, and braised while wrapped in banana leaf.
