EL&N London

After a bad experience at another café, I went to EL&N London and was welcomed immediately. The staff showed me to a table and asked for my order, giving me a short time to decide and my order was prepared quickly. The Spanish pistachio latte was the best I have ever had and their cakes were very delicious. I visit from Manchester every year and this was my first time at this branch. Usually, I go to the Soho branch when I visit London. Thank you for the good service and tasty food and thank you for lifting my mood after it was spoiled by another café.🥰🥰

I had a wonderful experience at El & N! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to Shade, who was an exceptional server incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He made the whole experience even better with his professionalism and positive attitude. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! 🌟

The Desert here is so Divine. I had the rose pistachio cake, and it melted in my mouth. It was so good. The coffee wasn't what I expected. I had the V60, and it was so light. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Sanchez is a fantastic host.

Visited 09/09/2025. Kitchen was out of service but customers were not being informed at the door but only when sitting down. A lovely array of pastries, cakes and sandwiches available on the day I visited. Place was pretty empty inside with a few outside. The staff I had interacted with were lovely but service was a bit slow, I had to get up and ask someone to take my order and also had to get up to go pay when finished as I needed to leave. Doesn't appear to be very well managed (albeit on a less busy day with the kitchen out of order!) Had the Turkey and Cheese ciabatta, it was nice and cost £11. Will have to go back to try their main menu/cooked items. Everything is halal.

The service was very slow. I had to ask the waitress to take my order, and she only came twice: once to accept the order and once to bring the tea. I asked for a cheesecake from their dessert stand, but it never arrived until I reminded her again. My plates were left on the table until I asked for dessert as well. The food itself is good, but the service really needs improvement.

Everything was excellent, both the sweet and savory dishes. The staff were lovely. I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious meal in London, and a special mention to Denis for his incredible kindness. Thank you!

Promu and Karima were excellent hosts at EL &N. The food was incredible. Very tasty, reasonably priced and quick service. Promu and Karima went out of their way to answer our questions and made us feel very welcome. I recommend EL&N !

For Valentine's Day or any day, EL&N Hans Crescent is a gorgeous PINK eatery, covered in hearts, carousel Pegasuses, flowers, and clouds. We had just had dinner, but popped into EL&N for dessert and coffee/drinks (and just to see the adorable ambiance and design inside!) I had the tiramisu, which was heavenly, and also a caramel frappe, which was basically like another dessert - but you can't put a caramel frappe on the menu and have me NOT order it. Both my coffee drink and dessert were amazing and hugely portioned - definitely recommend both of those. My travel companion had the Bogtrotter Chocolate Cake and one of the mocktail options (Sunrise Cooler). I got to sip and have a bite of her items, and they were also both very tasty! The mocktail was super refreshing. It was an orangey mojito style drink with mint. And the Bogtrotter cake (a wink at Matilda), was gigantic and decadent - easily shared between two people. They also offer actual food (mainly pastas and sandwiches), if you'd like to make your visit there to also eat lunch or dinner. Whether you're going for a meal, a bakery item, or delicious drinks, you'll have a great time if you're a fan of whimsical touches and PINK!

Cute spot for a quick bite! The deserts were yummy and very much social media ready. The coffee was good too. Service was quick and there was outdoor seating which were both nice perks.

Super cute place with really fun pastries! I got this really fun and delicious strawberry croissant cube and another chocolate croissant thing! The teas and coffees were also really good. It was a little overpriced but worth it for a treat! I only stopped in and got things to go but they do have places to sit and order! I stopped at two different locations and loved everything I tried!

I think most people probably come here for the gorgeous desserts in the window, but I actually came for a sit-down meal. The food was very tasty, it looked nice, and it came out quickly, and the host/waiter was friendly. I'm glad I found EL&N.

I can't believe I didn't take any pictures of this cute little restaurant. The only tip I can share is that you should definitely try the iced pistachio Spanish latte!

Had a hour to spend at St Pancras for a Eurostar and found this adorable shop for a quick bite. The interior looks straight out of a barbie movie and the selection includes cakes, bagels, and the most pink you'll ever see of a coffee shop. Seating was simple but the menu was extensive. Service was like Starbucks, they call your name when your order is ready after you order and take a seat. The coffee was good and the food helped me get through the day. However my only complaint is that the serving size for the coffee was small relative to the prices, but then again you're probably here for the Instagram more than the food. Still, it's definitely a spot to visit when you take the Eurostar which is a short walk away.

i had the red velvet cake and it was delicious. the staff were super friendly. i loved that they had and outside, inside, and even a downstairs!

This place is so magical! I saw the pastries in the window and immediately wanted one they all looked fabulous but once we got in there it was so freaking cute like a giant Pink carousel flowers on the wall and candy hearts on the downstairs walls... Well I thought we were just going to grab a pastry but when I saw they had an adorable dining room we decided to dine in and it was probably one of the best meals ever! I started off with a pistachio latte and they made me a cute little bear design on it which stole my heart and it was delicious. I had the eggs benedict which was probably the best eggs benedict I've ever had it was cooked to perfection and the egg yolks were so dark orange and out of this world like we don't have eggs in the US like this at all. The plating was gorgeous! The service was great as well. I also took a pastry to go which was a round croissant looking one but it was stuffed full of caramel and I didn't realize that it had so much caramel in it when I purchased it it was super sweet and decadent. Easily the best meal I had in London. I was really excited to see they had a kiosk in Heathrow airport so I took some to go home with me as well!

Great spot to relax, grab some coffee + tasty bites while waiting for your flight! We ordered iced lattes, pasta, a chicken sandwich and truffle fries. Everything was very yummy & plated beautifully. The booths have charging stations & there is a screen with flight arrival information. Quick, efficient service. Fun, girly ambiance that makes for very aesthetic photos!

EL&N is a must visit if you love Instagram worthy places and anything pink! The interior design is a lot of fun and bright color and the staff and service are all friendly and quick. I ordered two drinks to try - one of the tea refreshers and a pink latte and for my meal I ordered the eggs Benedict. My only complaint is for the outrageous prices they charge the serving sizes could be a bit bigger. My tea was 3/4 ice and barely any tea. While it was good I don't think I'd return for the food alone. The coffee also was a bit lackluster and I wasn't a fan of the taste ( it was very earthy ) If you're looking for a place to come take some nice photos and grab a snack then this would be worth a visit but for a sit down brunch or meal it left a bit to be desired.

Cute place. Very pink! We were hoping for classic tea time but unfortunately this isn't it. It is a very nice cafe with lots of yummy treats (mainly cakes), drinks, and even pastas and sandwiches. We had the club sandwich and bolognese pasta, both yummy. Latte is good but I felt like the ice latte was too small. It's quite pricey but to be expected from the area I guess. It's def a place to check out tho!

The food was good but the service was superb! Our server, Libon was perfect! She was so kind and helpful. She was extremely attentive and provided quick service. She is a hard working and driven woman and worker. I would recommend this restaurant and Libon as a server to anybody!

Great place! I was wondering around Harrods nearby and saw this cute cafe across the way. Very decorative and stylish interior and great presentation. Good ambience and music taste (pop). I got the chocolate croissant with powder sugar and it was so nice fluffy and warm. However, the waiter was just standing in the room across from me while I was eating which made me feel a bit self conscious haha but I know that is just what is job asks of him. Overall, great place to visit to do work or enjoy a nice snack.

Extremely underwhelming! This place only attracts customers because they are aesthetically pleasing, which makes for good Instagram posts. Do not be fooled by the pretty pink displays and useless garnishes. We were seated right away. We were given menus as soon as we sat down. We started off with an Iced Matcha Rose Latte and Biscoff Hot Chocolate. The hot chocolate was divine! The latte lacked sugar. They also brought us an extra drink, which we did not order. Thankfully when asked they removed this from the bill. We tried to order the Smashed Avocado Toast and Dutch Baby Pancakes, but the waiter said they were out of avocado and mascarpone. This was a lie! The other dish we actually ordered had loads of avocado and the table across from us ordered the pancakes too. There wasn't really anything on the menu that seemed appetizing, but we ordered the Open Omelette and Eggs Benedict. The omelette was bland and soggy. The hollandaise sauce on the Benedict was horrid. We tried to flag a waiter down for the salt and pepper, which arrived when we only had a couple bites left. This place was truly disappointing. I do not recommend.

The menu is huge! From teas, coffees, breakfast, lunch, and pastries. So much to choose from. Maybe a little overwhelming. Fabiana was our server and she was very attentive and sweet. My sister and I ordered tea and shared a strawberry tart. The place itself is sooo cute and very IG worthy.

Let me start off by saying this place is one of the cutest places I have ever seen. It's all pink, pink flowers, pink walls, pink decor, and pink chairs. The menu is huge there are so many choices for everyone. Whether you like sweet or savory there's something for you on the menu. There are many drunk options from coffee to teas to juices. We ordered iced vanilla lattes and they were great. Everything in the menu looked so delicious but we ordered avocado toast with egg and shakshuka. Avocado toast was good nothing big but the shashuka OMG to die for. They have a huge selection of desserts all decorated perfectly. We ordered a berry cheesecake it was very good. Ambiance was nice and the service was good. One complain I have the inside was dirty. Chairs had stains and wasn't cleaned well.

Found this place walking towards Harrods. PINK EVERYWHERE! Cool if that's your thing. The desserts on the window display caught by attention. Went inside for a coffee but ended have a quick sit down. All good was delish! Beautifully plated and definitely instagrammable as claimed.

A colleague and I were walking around after shopping at Harrods and we passed this adorable little cafe! The floral decor and the sweets right at the entrance caught out attention so we decided to have brunch here. It was busy but not so busy that we didn't get a seat right away. There's a carousel horse in the front on the way downstairs. We were seated on the main level in the back. Everything was so picturesque! ~ So "instaworty." I had the avocado toast with salmon and a latte and he had the strawberry cake. Both looked so good we didn't want to eat it. The toast had, I think pomegranates or dragonfruit, something, in it which I wasn't sure how I'd feel about it but it was sooo delicious! The taste lives up to the looks. Absolutely lovely place!

Chechen was our server! she was amazing. We truly loved the food and drinks but Cheche made our experience so special. She was kind, knowledgeable and professiona.

My sister and I stopped by to get a tea and pastry. The strawberry tart was great. Loved that they had extra seating in the back and it wasn't loud. They played great music and our server Fabiana was super attentive. Thank you Fabiana!

I love Elan Cafe! The cafe is so cute and so is the menu. The waitress was so courteous too. I enjoyed everything we ordered. It was not a long wait for food or drinks.

Upon entering, you're immediately engulfed in this pink dream state, as if you fell into a Katy Perry music video or Candy Crush. And I GET IT. Super Instagram-worthy and super cute. I mean, that's what drew me in too. BUT the drinks & desserts are less-than-average for waaaaay higher-than-average price tags. We waited 20+ minutes for our cakes and they weren't even fresh! In fact, both were pretty dry, cold, and with crusty frosting. Drinks were meh. Service was friendly, but super slow. The wait to get a table is sometimes out the door and you are given a 45-min seating limit. TLDR; not impressed. is your Instagram photo worth a $10 slice?

So far my favorite in decor of the EL&N franchise. Pink Unicorns and Pink Sweethearts with Valentine's messages are dreamy, fun and wrap you in a fantasy of pink. The food offerings are the same as other locations and look like the diet of Disney Princess. I had the pink linguine and the alternative to a latte - a caffeine free, beet juice based, and pretty drink. As an American I found my first exploration of London interesting. I found the areas I visited to be demographically drenched with Middle Eastern influence - full of hijabs, niqabs and yes even the full outfit - the burka...this store location included. Actually at the time I visited this location I was definitely a minority. Just an observation including decor. There was also a purple haired girl with bust hanging out and her guy kissing all over her under the hearts; An instagrammer with short shorts posing with elation; and then me in my warm winter no frills ski jacket - dressed for touring and exploring areas I found interesting, beautiful and/or artistic. I hope this helps you discover more interesting and beautiful locations with artistically thought out food.

I LOVE THIS CAFE! By far the best desserts I have ever had in my life! The Saffron cake was delicious.. My experience at this restaurant made me fall in love with the city! The servers were very friendly & the ambiance was definitely worth the flight from Miami! It's so hard to find restaurants that have great scenery & food! Add this place to your bucket list! It's a foodbloggers dream!

Loved the service, the food, the sapphire Latte! Beautiful and uniquely pink, EL&N is a must visit when in London especially this location due to it's proximity to Harrods! This is a dream for influencers, tourists and romantics!

On the outside, this trendy little cafe looks like an adorable photo op for all of your foodography moments. It was pretty cute and artsy, but you can get a much better coffee, that isn't as overpriced anywhere else. I ordered the S'mores Hot Chocolate and the Lucky Latte. The S'mores Hot Chocolate came out too cold so the chocolate dome, did not melt. (It was not worth photographing). It was still yummy, but definitely not worth the price. Another thing, my waiter did not come to take my order the entire time I was sitting and seemed upset when I called her over to order, which kind of ruined the whole "pretty in pink" atmosphere this cafe had going. I am only giving 2 stars because of this customer service. Pretty on the outside, but not worth it in my opinion. Would definitely not be returning.

I absolutely had the best time at EL&N. My girlfriend told me she knew the best place to take me because she knew how much I enjoyed taking pictures. I am so glad she did because I couldn't think of a better place. What I loved most is the fact that you didnt have to pay to get in and take all the pictures you can. Pretty and pink! The latest opening of the Instagram favourite Elan Cafe team is in the most perfect spot possible for its blogger obsessed clientele, right across from Harrods. On two floors and very popular, with seating on both floors, however if you can't get a seat they have kindly made take away very accessible with a welcoming counter to at least be able to take your coffee to go in a stylish paper cup. And clever as they are they have even been so kind as to set up a couple Instagramable spots for photos no matter if you stay for coffee or not. This is after all a cafe for the new millennial age. But this in not a matter of style over substance. The coffee is good as are the pretty pastries. Everything is colourful and visually exciting, again it is all about the photographs but at least you can enjoy eating it after you have finished photographing it. The service too was very pleasant, surprisingly so considering the trendiness of the location. They will try and accommodate you even when very busy, however do expect a wait and a club like check in list at peak hours of the afternoon. All Elan cafes are pink, with floral walls and coffee quotes, but each one is different and varies a bit one from the other. The Knightsbridge cafe has a carousel theme with wooden horses upstairs and downstairs the candy hearts decorating the booths are of course all the better to decorate your Instagram feed with. At the end of the day it is all a lot of fun.

SUPER PRETTY & UNIQUE! This place has all the shishifoofoo a girl could ever ask for. The decor is adorable. The açaí bowl and pink bowl are so yummy. The English breakfast tea was also delicious. Can't wait to bring my daughter here!!

This would be 5 stars except for their staff. They weren't very pleasant or attentive. The server couldn't describe any of the drinks to me so she wasn't much help. I also witnessed a barista wipe their nose, sneeze and cough into their hand and continue to work without washing their hands!! However, the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. The blue sapphire drink is probably the best thing I've ever had. The atmosphere is beautiful and pink. So instagrammable.

This place was super cute. Like...an Instagram blogger's paradise. There are so many cute photo opps. The food is beautifully prepared, as well. I think it is a tad bit overpriced for the portion, the service was sub-par, but what you are really paying for is the experience!

Right off the bat, it's a very instagrammable shop. It took a moment to get seated, but I sat outside where they had heaters to keep warm. I love desserts, and this place had great options, it was hard to decide what to get. I had a slice of the cake pictured, it was decent in flavor, the serving was massive. I am also a big fan of anything raspberry, so I really enjoyed the macaroon. tasted wonderful! I can't wait to go back and try some of their other desserts! The only other downside was just that it was on the ££ side.

Came here to check out the over the top decor, but stayed for the yummy deserts and coffee drinks. The service was friendly snd the prices were reasonable considering the neighborhood and decor.

If you are in the area and looking for a coffee shop, this is IT! Super cute and the staff was very attentive. They have a pretty extensive menu of different drinks. I'd highly recommend the pistachio cake as well. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it's also delicious! I'm only docking a star because they were out of a lot of their cakes.

Overall it's cute and fancy place to have breakfast or brunch. Definitely a lot of girls taking pictures of EVERYTHING!!!! When we were seated, they informed us that we can only stay for 45 mins. Alright cool, I know it's a busy and hot spot to go. However, their service is extremely slow and we tired to get servers attention so many times but they seems don't really care. We ordered fresh orange juice, cappuccino, 2 English egg muffins (1 avocado, 1 add on smoked salmon) and fruit sponge cake as dessert. Food tasted good, but oh wow that fruit cake, was pretty amazing! It was slightly sweeter side but not too crazy like American cakes. It's cute, fun place to go, wait time was 30-45mins for Sunday noon. I will totally visit there again if somebody is visiting me or like to feel fancy.

After a long morning of site seeing, we walked out of Harrods and sat down in a bench, our energy fading fast. We walked into EL&N and immediately took our seats. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Avocado toasts with smoked salmon. Oh my!! What a delicious breakfast and beautifully presented. As we sat and ate, we had a great conversation with an American couple next to us about their trek through Europe and some interesting suggestions for things to do in London. As we left the cafe', there was a long line of people waiting to get in.

Come here for the Instagram snaps, not the dessert. Our desserts were expensive and not that tasty or fresh. But the pictures were all super cute.

After visiting this cafe on Monday 7th October 2019 We walked in and got told to take a seat, which we did a moment later the same person came over and said we could not sit there her attitude left a lot to be desired. After we had ordered I watch as one of the waitress in full view of everybody and at the side wear the foods was being served, she got hold of her long hair and started to flick it all over the place while she tied it up. We tried to talk to the manager but she was not interested. I don't expect to go into any food environment land watch that I need not eat my cake after it was the same waitress that served us.

I never leave a review however, it was so bad here I have to! My friend and I came to EL&N and had a cake and coffee... Almost instantly after leaving we both became really sick and felt terrible. We was suppose to spend the day shopping at the west end but, decided to head home. For days we was both sick in bed and neither of us could barely stomach a meal! We was also then made to isolate (possibly suspected corona?! We believed at the time)... However, it wasn't. We developed food poisoning from EL&N 100%. I believe in common decency and having my own law firm as a business, know reviews can be quite damaging... Therefore, I contacted them directly - they carried out some tests and completely ignored our illnesses. Stating it must have been something else - this was the only thing I had eaten or drank with my friend and I hadn't seen her in months! Nonetheless, I would have compensated my clients for any troubles caused and apologised. Awful. I've been meaning to send this review for awhile and apologise it's so rushed - however, I feel I've made me point. Forever scarred from EL&N and I will not allowed anyone I know to ever visit. Thank you.
