I've moved out and turned all the windows in the house into their products Many employees have helped me with the whole process carefully, starting with the first actual measurement. First of all, the price is very reasonable and the service is so good. The employees were so kind and they installed beautiful products well considering the atmosphere of the house. My friends came and saw me and praised me a lot for being really beautiful. I'd like to sincerely thank the people of this company and recommend this company to everyone.

After moving into a new home, I was urgently in need of shades in the master bedroom because it was affecting my sleep. The previous owner had taken the curtains and I was not able to sleep because of all the light coming in. A business owner we know recommended this place to us and we were in touch with them very quickly. John, the CEO, came out all the way from Orange County to LA to get measurements. I told him what my budget was and that I wanted cellular shades/black out shades for the master bedroom. While I'm not 100% happy with the color/product (maybe lack of communication??), I am overall satisfied with the service/quality of the shades. I was hoping for a lighter beige, but the end product is a lot darker and smaller in length than I had requested (light seeping through the sides). I think this could have been avoided with better communication back and forth but I was in a rush so I just trusted John to deliver what I needed. I was happy with the speed of the entire process and they were able to accommodate me during the Thanksgiving holidays.

These guys are great to work with. Honest, stand by their work and have very reasonable pricing. The turnaround time was fast and the communications clear, direct and transparent. Would definitely recommend for new installs, repairs and maintenance.

Nowadays there are many options out there but ElCielo is the way to go. Our dogs had damaged our zebra shades we had previously purchased and we needed them replaced. They have a huge selection of colors and fabrics. We were able to pick a new type to match our existing shades. Turnaround was quick. The installers were professional and thorough! They made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up as they worked. I highly recommend them for quality shades, great value, and excellent workmanship.
