Boyd Gaming sells Henderson’s historic Eldorado Casino on Water Street - Eater Vegas

"The historic Eldorado Casino on Water Street now has new owners. Boyd Gaming Corp. sold the 58-year-old casino to DeSimone Gaming for an undisclosed amount of money. Eldorado was one of three casinos owned by Boyd Gaming that remained closed after the state ordered all nonessential businesses to temporarily shutter to slow the spread of COVID-19 in March. The casino, which offers slots and some dining, originally opened on July 1, 1962, as the first co-owned by Bill and Sam Boyd. The casino says it was one of the first to market directly to Las Vegas locals, as well as among the first casinos to have female dealers." - Susan Stapleton

Mary's was good. I would eat there again. The waitress was very nice. The food did come out hot and the place was very clean.

Friends from North Carolina were in town, so we had dinner on Water St. and then wandered up to what used to be The Eldorado. The beautiful corner sign now said “The Pass.” We all decided to go inside to play some games, and as I walked in first, I was wowed by the clean, colorful, vibrant, yet still carrying an amazing neighborhood casino feel. Quaint, intimate, hip. They had just opened two weeks ago, and they featured a lot of new machines. I’m an old school slot player and had a nice assortment to choose from. I was also pleased to see table games with real humans in this cool little place! The dealers (are they also called dealers in Roulette?) were very friendly and engaging. We all had an absolute blast! My husband and I are going back tomorrow for dinner and gaming. They have two restaurants that I saw, looking forward to trying one of them. I have a feeling it will also be a great experience!

Google
Vintage, it's an oldie but goodie casino! Still has that it's OK to smoke smell. I'm not a gambler but my wife and I come here quite often to eat at Mary's Cafe. Food is good with low prices but no veterans discount! Mary's is clean and the staff are really friendly. Parking is always easy there.

Google
I absolutely love Mary's Dinner. The menu has all the classics and the prices cannot be beat! My husband, toddler and I all ate breakfast for $14 and that includes the tip and we still had left overs to take home. I chose to go here because the restaurant (nor whole casino really) has an odor of cigarette smell. The waitresses treat you more like family regardless of its your first visit for 100th. Love this place!

Google
It was pleasant. It was noisy at the bar of course he had the football games. Which was to be expected. But a long time ago they had a snack bar, I miss the snack bar. They used to have some awesome shrimp cocktails at the snack bar. But overall it was nice and and pleasant place to play a few slots.

Google
Great place for food! Add the salad bar always! LOL. Patty is magnificent bar tender and you can't go wrong with her serving you! Only $.15 bets needed at the bar for comp drinks too!! Don't forget to tip though!!!

Google
We have visited Eldorado for Mary's Diner many times over the past 6 years. They changed things at the restaurant and no longer have a child's menu This was one of the main reasons we went there. Food and service was always good. Too bad for us. 4 Stars for most. 1 Star for family-friendly.

Google
Small casino with horrible ventilation. Very, very smoky. Machines are beyond tight, my group and I were never up during our play, just sucked it away. Took 14 spins to win our minimum .60 bet back, if that tells you anything. Waitress was nice.

Yelp
This is a great little casino. It used to be the Eldorado back in the day until DeSimone Gaming bought them out after the pandemic. The remodel is amazing and it looks fantastic. I really enjoy the food at both the Emilia's Cafe and Ristorante Italiano. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich at the cafe and the Chicken Parm at Ristorante. Don't forget to check out Player's Junction for their loyalty program. It's good at both this location and the legendary Railroad Pass Casino.

Yelp
It's one of those casinos that look deceiving. All the people seems like they are happy. They don't have to cater to 10 thousand people. It's calm and quiet. You get to actually learn and understand the game. Very practical local casino/restaurant. Say hello to Katrina at the rewards desk. She's ready for anything. She's going to give great customer service with a smile. Thanks Kat!!!!

Nichole S.

Yelp
Enjoyed the employees. I didn't know they allowed cigars. The smoke was terrible! No other casino on Water Street allows cigar smoking.
google avatar

Yelp
The fool manager Cindy is lacking of people skills, she just doesn't know how to treat people: July 4th, I took my mom to the restaurant, my mom is a 85 years old, disabled handicap in wheelchair, I've explained the situation to her but she still very rudely prevented me from helping my mother swiping her player card , or filling a complaint in the casino.

Martha A.

Yelp
My family and I have been coming here the last 5 years. we love the place. everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is great. today we walked in and our roulette table is gone. We left. The roulette was the best :( we used to make it a day before heading back to the strip.

Kathie W.

Yelp
The restaurant only has a bare minimum menu. The only decent meal there is breakfast. Great 3.99 breakfast special Monday - Friday. Lunch foods are cheap quality from frozen stuff. No decent salads. Nothing tastes good. they close most days at 3pm. The staff is very friendly with fast service.

Yelp
Great entertainment on the weekends D ' Stefan'o and company offer some top rate entertainment and enjoyable guest starts . Truly a hidden gem

Yelp
Reason for my 3 star review is only due to the fact that they took table games away. And a certain waitress is the absolute worse. This was the only casino in downtown Henderson that had table games left. They then took them out with out a word said. So had to travel to their sister property the rail road pass for table games. And now suddenly they have removed table games from there as well. The Italian restaurant is amazing. Love the staff in there. Stevie is an amazing waitress. Miss the old bartender and cocktail waitress but Bridget is awesome. Just need to bring back table games.

Sam S.

Yelp
If I was able to give this casino zero stars I would. First of all the cocktail waitress is exceptionally rude, she walks around with an attitude. I'm sure management will NOT address this has it is probably hard to find someone else to work there. The man who works the player card department needs an attitude adjustment as well, no people skills whatsoever! No wonder why this casino HAS no one playing there. What a waste of money to build a hotel, no one will stay there, not in the hood!

Yelp
A kind of new downtown Henderson casino. It was formerly the Eldorado before reopening. The Pass is what it's called and it looks nicer than it was. Bad thing is things are more expensive. You have higher minimum bets and bad odds. It looks like a pretty okay casino. Renovations have made it look much nicer. These renovations of course mean increased costs though. It used to have a Mexican restaurant with cheap food. They now have a sort of upscale Italian restaurant. A good thing is Emilia's Cafe is always open. You can get hangover food any time. Casino seems like mostly a place for locals. It has some stiff competition from nearby casinos like Emerald Island and Rainbow Club, which are cheaper and have better odds. This is nicer than what it was before, but they need to have more value.

Yelp
I love this casino. I come back because I literally love every person employed by this establishment. I will name names. Carlos, Jaqueline, Eva, Brigitte, and Zach are my personal favorites. But find your own favorite casino this one's mine

Patricia Z.

Yelp
Food was over the top. Our server Ernie was totally on the move . Price was spectacular

Patricia B.

Yelp
What a fun "local" casino! The staff is very friendly, they have a great incentive program and the food in the restaurants is amazingly delicious at a very reasonable price! My only issue is that the elevators need to be vacuumed and cleaned.

N N.

Yelp
This place is probably the worst casino in all of henderson if not clark county. I'll supply some facts for you: 1. The slots are programmed to NEVER hit. In the 2 years that I've gone here and the thousands I've spent, I never once felt excited or interested in the progress of my gambling. 2. They try to make it up by having a decent bar with live acts. Notice how they've recently tried to make it look more "homey" with lamps. 3. The place is always empty and depressing and for good reason. Nobody ever wins anything here. The people that work here suck. The slots suck. The tables suck even more. 4. Admittedly I never tried the diner because I never felt comfortable here. It's such a cheap plastic fake money grab of a casino. It's by far the worst casino on water st. at the very least. Ironically enough, I've heard it has the same owner as the other 2 neighboring casinos on water st. and if thats true he really needs to rethink how the pass is being orchestrated and managed (look at rainbow for a great business model where people actually have more than a 0.1% chance of winning anything. This place is absolute trash full of trashy people. Avoid it at all costs.

Yelp
We stopped by the Grand Opening of The Pass Casino in downtown Henderson! It was lovely & happiness was in the air! We were glad to see table games, lots of fun video slots & poker machines & restaurants. The layout is very nice & felt roomy with good air ventilation. I got the flyer in the mail & was very grateful to see all that they are offering to us Veterans! I will be there to support our local awesome growing downtown Henderson casinos

Yelp
uhmmmm, there isn't really much to say about this nasty joint that looks and smells like it's been there for 200 years . usually I check in on FB to show our trips and adventures but this place.....!?? I was literally too embarrassed to even acknowledge that I set foot in there . it's small, it's dark and it SMELLS like a wet, old and dirty sneaker that was left in a trashcan on a hot summer day ! we literally speed walked back to the car so nobody would see us exiting this dump. The only thing I agree with is the Casino name ....because that's what you should do .......PASS this place !! How they stay open is beyond me !

Nancy G.

Yelp
The food and service is quick and excellent. It's nice that they give locals money for a meal. Smart on their behalf because they get that money back and more on the gambling that we do there.

stephanie r.

Yelp
The best one stop casino on Water Street! Two great restaurants, live entertainment, live sports betting, $1 beers, BEST FOOD comps on water street. Great fast service at both bars!

Yelp
Small and simple casino with great restaurants. Everyone is friendly and approachable.

Yelp
Love going to this place! The restaurants are awesome, great prices! We love the music venue they have on the weekends too! It's a happenin' place! Go check it out, you won't be disappointed! Plus it's not on the strip! Easy parking and so on!

Michele C.

Yelp
We are in the restaurant at least 2-3 times a week. The waitresses are always super nice and your cook Mark Perry is awesome. We are always greeted by the hostess with respect. When we go in for breakfast on the weekends the hostess Alexis always has a smile on her face. I give it a 3 stars only cuz of the restaurant staff

Yelp
We arrived at The Pass Casino on Sunday @ 4:00 pm -Labor Day weekend. This being our first visit it surpassed my expectations! All the machines appear to be new, I also noticed a few machines with wireless charging. The casino area, bar areas and women's bathroom were very clean. While the casino is small they offer 2 restaurants: Emilias cafe offering a large varied menu and a more upscale Ristorante Italiano. The Pass also has Circa sports book 24/7 as well. We'll definitely return!
google avatar

Jeremy W.

Yelp
They're in downtown henderson and they charge for a water -- sad. Downtown Henderson is where you should get value. If I want to get charged for a water I'll go to the strip. Try harder to reward local customers.
google avatar

Carmen T.

Yelp
Not impressed anymore it's harder to get a drink at any of their two bars, it's seems like they work very slow, with no care that they have customers waiting, they do a lot of walking around the bar but are not alert. I played $150 between 2 machines and no drink was ever offered.
google avatar

Angelina J.

Yelp
We came in for breakfast and was sat right away. Three tables that were sat after our table had there orders taken and one received their food. I've uploaded menu photos for those who would like to view them, we did not stay so I can't rate the food. unfortunately we will not be back.
google avatar

TT F.

Yelp
The remodel is AWESOME, too bad the rewards booth takes a rocket scientist to figure out. Much cleaner doesn't smell too much like smoke. Friendly staff. The mailers and the reward center when to get double points what giveaways etc. is a hot mess!!! The employees who work they are don't even know what's going on as far as that goes it's way too complicated. Otherwise the place should be much busier than it is, we go about twice a week and I can't understand how anybody working there can make a living it's so dead. When you walk next-door to the smoke infested gross alcoholic tweaker casinos they are all packed. The food is so good at the café but it really stinks that there's only one or two servers there. That place should be packed also. Don't know who's doing the marketing for this place but they're definitely doing it wrong it has such potential the overall experience is still quite pleasing, you should go!
google avatar

David G.

Yelp
Nicest staff! JJ is the best bartender that values her customers and creates relationships that has kept me as a customer for years! This is my "Cheers". Plus, the gaming is great and rivals everything else in the area!
google avatar

Yelp
We received a call this week offering free tickets to the Bonkers show so we gave them our name for 5 tickets. They said nothing about first come first served. We showed up an hour before the show was to start and sat at a table without names. Then 10 minutes before the show started we got kicked out. They said people got there at 4:30 and reserved the seats. He said the Pass over sold the show by 50%. Other people were being told the same thing. This is horrible marketing!! Will never go back if this is the way they run it.

Yelp
Great little casino friendly people clean Courtesy mask one of the best I had seen free cocktails n drinks of course lol But even little snacks..... Table games or ok..... Oh if you are lucky you can park right by the door..

Yelp
Nice local casino and friendly staff! I've been coming here for months, but unfortunately tonight I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my cash from the kiosk that accepted my voucher. Only one person working that could pay me out. Apparently he had to pay out 2 jackpots and I had to wait. Where's the sense of urgency and customer service? They need more people working on the weekends when it's busy with locals! I guess I'll be going back to Station Casinos!
google avatar

Yelp
We came here tonight on Thursday, May 6, 2021. We sat at the bar and ordered some drinks while we played video poker. A security guard approached us and told us we would have to put on our masks. We motioned to our drinks and said we were sitting at the bar while actively drinking and gambling so therefore we would not need to wear the mask per NV state guidelines. He advised us that we would at least need to wear it on our chin per CDC guidelines. I was speechless at first at the stupidity of his comments and the situation. He told us we would have to leave if we did not at least put a mask on our chin. I won't even go into the lack of scientific data and stupidity associated with his request. We asked to speak to a supervisor who also said they were enforcing CDC guidelines which they could not quote nor provide the basis that we would have to wear a mask let alone on our chin while actively drinking. We immediately pulled our money from our machines and began to exit the casino. We were escorted out by security. We pointed out the sign on the door that literally stated a mask must be worn unless eating or drinking. It said nothing about it having to be on your chin. The security supervisor stared at it then blamed the rule on the owner but could not give us his information. This casino lost three customers in an already very empty casino because of their made up stupidity.

Yelp
Service at bar was great, not so much at the player Junction club. Eight people in line no sense of Urgently to help guests!!. A lot of employees walking around, we all were waiting for free gift and Cindy advised us that only the one lady can help us!! Poor customer service, will never return and live less than a mile away!!

Deborah M.

Yelp
I just moved in very close by all the casinos on water Street! Not sure why but the pass casino is always dead and you sure can't get any attention from the bartenders they're pretty bad! Every time I try to give that place a try either the kitchen was out of something on the menu or I didn't want to be the only one dining in the room alone LOL! I literally recently had a bartender walk right past me off of the men next to me another beer I looked at him and said you're in the long line of work and left he yelled at me oh now you're telling me how to do my job? There were table games but there was absolutely nobody playing them the owner needs to get a clue he needs to get friendly bartenders and friendly cocktail waitresses the place is going to be closed within a year!
google avatar

George G.

Yelp
I had travelled to Henderson for business and I had some time to kill, so I walked in to the Pass Casino. If you are a smoker or a sometimes smoker, I'm sure you would enjoy the experience. As a non-smoker, the stale smell of smoke negatively impacted my time there. I played the craps table and the dealers were great! And the ladies at the Players Club and the Cashiers Cage, were a pleasure to deal with, as well. And I actually won some money, while I was there. Maybe I've gotten too sensitive, in my old age, but even my clothes smell of smoke. Oh, I was there at 3:00 in the afternoon and it was not crowded - maybe that had something to do with the efficiency of the filtration system.

Seth E.

Yelp
20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, The Pass offers the ability to play low stakes table games, such as $5 craps. The place is clean , staff friendly, and parking ample.

Pat S.

Yelp
Poorly run establishment rude and unhappy employees, this place either needs customer care training or fire the employees that don't want to interact with customers and hire friendly people.

Yelp
Literally sitting playing the same slot machine for 2 hours now and never saw a waitress walk by let alone ask if I wanted a drink. I got tired of waiting and had to leave my machine to ask the bar if a drink could be delivered, it got to me, I tipped, and you would think I'd be offered another by now, I mean they know what I'm drinking right? The only attention I got was some guy in plain clothes asking if my water bottle was empty, how was I supposed to know he worked here with no uniform? Here I go again to beg for a drink from the bar leaving my machine unattended, obviously no tip this time and also no tip when I cash out either. Shift change and this waitress is friendly and attentive so I tipped her. No one in over 3 hours has come to clean my areas ashtrays, trash, empty glasses either, it's always this way every time we come and if not for the delicious food at the Cafe and friendly staff and my favorite Heidi and Hannah slot machine I would never come back here. The three of us had a delicious lunch at 1:00 and started gambling at 2:00 with no drink offers until 4:30 when I walked up to the bar to beg for a baileys and coffee which was brought to my slot machine after that the waitress who came on duty I'm guessing around 4:00 was attentive and friendly. No one came to empty ashtrays or take glasses away or remove trash at all until 6:00 and that was just the waitress taking two of our glasses, the only time someone approached me I thought he was a homeless guy, no uniform, wanting my water bottle as all he said to me was " is that bottle empty " I replied no. We stayed gambling from 2:00 until 8:30 forced to sit in the most uncomfortable chairs to which all three of had backaches after leaving but at least my husband was able to watch the Golden Knights win. Sooo, in conclusion, Go there to eat and then leave as soon as possible after, you won't miss any big wins.
google avatar

Yelp
If the Pass would open up a little more it would be awesome. They have a few Blackjack tables, Craps and Roulette. The bad news is they don't open until 3pm everyday. That's just too late and close to the dinner hour. If it was open let's say 1pm I would be there almost daily as quite a few people I know. You do need to get a Texas Holdem and Paigow table. Fiesta was our go to, since they closed Sunset is now filling that but if Pass got these tables and opened at 1 I'd be there all the time.

Yelp
While it's great to walk the 'Historic Water Street' corridor on a nice day or night, unfortunately there's just nothing interesting, let-alone exciting, about The Pass. On a recent weekend afternoon, I met up with a friend there to check it out & have a late lunch at their cafe, called Emilia's Cafe. There's also an Italian restaurant in the casino, and we decided we'd try that in the future. Yes, there are plenty of slot machines & some table games were in operation. For better or worse (better, in the long-run for society) it seemed like most people had other things to do besides sit around & gamble on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and there were no more than about 25 customers in the place. My friend had gotten there about 30 minutes before me & done some gambling, losing about $100, as-is what usually tends to happen in such situations. We were quickly seated in Emilia's Cafe, and perused the fairly extensive (yet typical casino cafe food) on the menu. Drinks were served quickly, by a friendly waitress. We decided to share an order of nachos, and my friend ordered the ribeye steak with horseradish sauce -- kind of his 'go-to' order at such places, meanwhile, as a vegetarian, there were only two entree choices for me to chose from -- a grilled cheese sandwich, and I forget what the other item was. If you think about it, nachos are a pretty easy item, and pretty hard to screw-up -- a mountain of chips with LOTS of melted cheese atop, and then maybe some meat/chili, salsa, guacamole & sour cream. I think most of us basically visualize the same thing when we think of them. We were underwhelmed when we were served a flat aluminum cooking tray with a mostly flat layer of chips, some melted cheese atop, and then almost as an after-thought because they knew they didn't put enough real-cheese on them, they poured some "Cheez Whiz" cheese dip onto the cooking tray, which also helped hide all the 'open-space' on the tray which indicated how small the appetizer was. The chili/meat came in a separate bowl per-request (again, I'm a vegetarian) for my friend. Salsa, Guacamole & Sour Cream were each in tiny, shot-glass sized containers -- not enough, even for the rather paltry-sized nachos. Being hungry, we ate the nachos, & while they did not taste bad, it was the worst order of them I'd ever had. I've been a vegetarian for well over half my life now but long-ago, I did eat steaks & stuff, and I do occasionally watch the 'reality TV' kitchen shows like Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, etc. as well as go out to eat with friends that order steaks, so even *I* observed that the ribeye my friend was served looked pretty bad! We completely understood exactly where we were and what the pricing was (the overall feel of the property constantly reminds you of this...) -- there was no confusion thinking we were at Hugo's Cellar, or that a day earlier, the Emilia's Cafe chef was fighting with Jose Andres over that exact cut of meat at some butcher shop. The ribeye just looked sad, but as a longtime vegetarian, I'm not qualified to judge. So I was vindicated when my life-long carnivore friend kind of expressed the same thing, agreeing with me that the most appetizing thing on his plate was the side of french fries. The side of horseradish sauce for his ribeye was "still being made, and would be out soon," said the waitress (the horseradish sauce was ordered at the same time the steak was, about 20 min earlier). My grilled cheese with fries tasted good. I'd hoped for the sandwich it to be a little larger based on the price, but **the key about The Pass is that the place is completely unremarkable,** and the only people entering it with hopes should be the many homeless people that normally hang-out in the area on Water Street, as they try to come-inside this Summer & escape the heat. The horseradish sauce finally showed-up at our table about 10-15 minutes after the ribeye steak that it was requested with & for had been served. By then, my friend had eaten about 1/3rd of it and decided to enjoy the french-fries instead, and that he'd feed the remaining ribeye to his dogs. Total bill came to about $54. We paid it and departed. The only thing memorable & pleasant about the day was wandering up & down Water Street for a while. Other than the nice location on Water Street, there's just nothing interesting, unusual or otherwise compelling about The Pass. After my underwhelming experience at their cafe, I don't have an interest in trying their Italian restaurant -- I know where I can go for both good & great Italian food, and have no reason to expect great Italian food there at The Pass. My only interest in it now is to see how long the Italian restaurant lasts as-is, before either lowering prices or being "Closed for Remodeling." I do wish the owners of The Pass success! I am a fan of Water Street, but...

Yelp
Post covid WOW! This is our new go to place for breakfast lunch or dinner. And the casino is cute too. We are impressed. I am a foodie and my husband plays slots. Great new management remodeled property. Bacon perfect. Eggs just right. BEST BUFFALO FRIED WINGS EVET. Taste texture yum. No skimping on ingredient quality. The people we met when we left loved the filet mignon one nite the meat loaf another. Fries great but add salt. Perfect texture. Thank you Water Street downtown Henderson (:

Yelp
Was terribly disappointed. We came by shortly after they opened and we lost money but we got to play a little while. Today I went back and then 30 minutes dropped $100 and I can only think of maybe a $20 worth of winnings and without that I probably wouldn't of lasted 15 minutes with my hundred dollars. It's not a good way to start out. We won't be back. The first time we came we even went to the restaurant and the food wasn't bad at all. But if I can't win enough to play for an hour then I won't be back. I had heard the same from other people and thought no their new they'll be better. Their games are so overpriced that your moneys gone in minutes. It's so sad I expected better.
google avatar

George C.

Yelp
The place looks good only one big problem. Most people like myself who gamble a fair amount of money like to keep track with a player's card. Early Friday evening I went to check it out I realized my players card was not functioning so I asked if a runner could get me a new one. They said no I would have to go to the players club (or whatever they call it). There I saw literally 40 people in line with one overwhelmed woman trying to handle it. You're looking at a good hour wait. Not me I took my money and went across the street. Too bad. Whatever manager didn't think far enough ahead that maybe you need more than one person at such a booth probably shouldn't be in the business in the first place, i mean it's pretty simple, or so I've works think. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and it's too bad. I was looking so forward to this place opening up.

Diana R.

Yelp
Breakfast was good. Especially liked the chicken fried steak. Reasonable prices. Waitress very friendly. Not much luck gambling. Place only had a few patrons. They need to advertise more or offer a coupon deal to get people in. I would go back for the breakfast.

Steven S.

Yelp
I was at the pass casino I really enjoyed it very clean Was not smoky I talked to Several employees found them to be very courteous and polite and informative at the restaurant we sat down I had the chicken fried steak absolutely delicious The service was excellent and it appeared to be very clean I will definitely return

Yelp
A recent retiree from the East Coast, I only heard about this casino when it opened in April 2021 under new ownership and after major renovations. It's located in downtown Henderson, next to the Lifeguard Arena. Out of curiosity, we went during the 1st week of April, and were surprisingly impressed. Surprised, because it is small but noticeably clean, with fresh air and brand-new slot machines. Impressed, because it is not intimidating or impersonal like those fancy hotel-casinos on the Vegas strip. During a subsequent visit on a Wednesday, Cindy (Slot Manager) walked by the slot machine and reminded us that it was "gift day" for those who had earned sufficient rewards points. We couldn't believe it when handed a portable BBQ grill that day from the friendly staff at the rewards counter! We later observed Cindy's active engagement in the day-to-day operations on the casino floor, walking around the slot machines to spot any issues, and helping at the rewards counter. In late June, at the party held by the casino at its Venue Room for customers with June birthdays, Cindy was at the entrance handing out gift bags, with a full smile and offering $5 slot money to up-to-two guests accompanying the birthday-person. Last week, Cindy took the time to advise us of the comps balance that could be used not only at the Pass' restaurants, but also for restaurants/lodging/gas at the Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino and its adjacent Chevron gas station, all with the same owner! As we further frequented this casino, we came to know more of its staff. For example, at the 24/7 café, we were happily welcomed by the energetic hostess Sabrina, who led us to a table where we met another awesome employee, Jamie. Jamie took our orders in the most understanding and accommodating manner (in our 70's, we eat small portions of limited foods). The food was great, and the price was reasonable. This casino left us with an overall 5-star impression because of the outstanding services delivered by Cindy, Sabrina, Jamie, and other staff members we encountered there!

Yelp
Ate at Emilias today for lunch the staff was amazingly friendly. I am certain that the food wasn't bad however the overwhelming overload of smoke within the environment made the food even taste like tobacco. The dense aroma was so bad that four hours later I could still smell it in my hair, on my skin and attached to my clothes. Not everyone is a smoker, get a damn filtration system! YUCK!

Yelp
My wife and I went Mon 6/21 since we had some free play coupons. When we tried to play with it we both had a bit of trouble. The same lady who signed us up at rewards desk came over and was very helpful. The machines were a bit different than others we have played over the years to access the free play. The place is very clean with current slots. Was kind of quiet in there but I would go back. The few employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Worst experience since opening.. Went there to have dinner, said it was about 35 min wait, so decided to play for a bit. Took about 30 min to order a drink. Played on the same machine for about 20min after ordering a drink that never came. Got buzzed for the cafe...Went in ordered our food. Which was a salad and then a main meal. After about 20min I noticed the server, (not our server) take what we ordered to another table and place it in front of the 2 other guests. When they told their server thats not what they ordered, the server took back the meal, back into the kitchen and then placed our order back into the window and didn't even tell our server about her mistake So as my server is bringing out our salads, the other server(who made the mistake) was following him with the 2 plates she took just took from the other guest's out of the window and tried to bring to our table. We just had to leave! Just disgusted.
