What a gem!! Unique gifts, vintage items, handmade cards, vintage clothes, bags, glassware. I love this store!!! Staff is super friendly- I found this vintage coach- ❤️great shop!!! You never know what you may find!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this magical little shop. It's one of my absolute favorite places to stop when I'm in town. Erin and her team are just fabulous, and I love getting to chat with them. I've started an unhealthy obsession with turquoise due to the stunning pieces I have found here. Looking forward to many more visits.

Today I stopped into the shop for the first time. My friend brought me in because she knew I would absolutely love it. Well she was right! This store is beautifully curated. Such a nice selection of vintage clothing, home decor, jewelry and apothecary items. The two gals that were working were so friendly and helpful. I felt right at home. I left with a few goodies and I'll definitely be back soon. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Staff were great and friendly people. Felt right at home and guided us through their inventory and recommendations on where to find other local goods. They had some rare pieces that were just exceptional. Glad my mom found a coat that she liked and I was able to get her a post xmas present fitting for the detroit weather. Great candle selection too, lady stuck some matches in there for us too. Check this place out if you are nearby!

Great store. I would highly recommend if you're looking to buy somebody gift as well. Some good vintage pieces and well curated, ethnic jewelry and crafts.

Very cute and eclectic collection of items. Definitely worth a stop if you are into unique shopping experiences! Prices are quite high for jewelry and crystals—I have bought many crystals in my day. Either way, worth a visit!

A really unique hidden gem right on Michigan Ave in Corktown, Detroit! I was amazed by their wide selection of vintage clothing, trinkets, treasures, handcrafted gifts and home goods from indigenous communities found! I am really happy with my gold and silver ring. Highly recommended for jewelry.

This store is an absolute gem and an amazing find. I was in the area when my sister suggested I look for a gem shop. I love to collect different crystals. When I looked on Yelp, I only saw a few photos of different crystals. I decided to still give it a look, and I am glad that I did. The interior is absolutely beautiful. The energy within feels great. The staff are super helpful and happy. They definitely dress in style as well. They were all very sweet and talkative. They were giving us information on different crystals and other items. My sister was asking about the vegan soaps, and they smelled really good. They had some other items as well such as clothing and jewelry. The candles smelled amazing as well. I really love the design of this place. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into it. I did find some super awesome pieces that I have not seen at other shops, which was awesome. I came back a second time to pick up a few more pieces as well.

Erin and her team are so friendly and inviting.Every time I visit the staff genuinely ask how my day is going. I love chatting with them about the vintage treasures from around the country and even the local artists they support. They are all very knowledgeable about the healing crystals and stones and the energy is always flowing during the visit. I think it's working because I always leave in a good mood with a "new" vintage treasure for myself. Also, they have a feather bar! Yes, feathers! You can pick your favorite feathers and put them in a vase for decor. Such a cool idea and the feathers are ethically sourced! I highly recommend anyone visiting Detroit for the day to make sure you stop by it's worth it and truly magical.

Middle of nowhere accessories and housewares store - worth the trip! Overall, the aesthetic is definitely bohemian chic. The displays and layout of the store are gorgeous, with every little detail considered. There was a fair representation of tarot cards, crystals, and moon dust. There's a little something for everyone here.

Very, very cute. Although this store isn't 100% my style, I still give it 5 stars because it was really fun to look around. I liked the jewelry, disco balls, feathers, and gemstones. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the shop and items for sale. The staff was also SO friendly and welcoming (without being too pushy) to every person that came through the door today - such happy vibes :)

I went thrifting all day and this place takes the cake. From the beautiful, kind and bubbly ladies who were taking care of the patrons, to all the items even the handmade supplies were awesome! I will definitely stop in again soon, I even reviewed their website afterwards and their mission along with their overall presentation is absolutely outstanding. I appreciate businesses that take care of their community, it means your money spent is going to so much more! I just left the shop... and I felt the need to write something here about my customer service experience, especially because I myself am in the industry... I was welcomed by a warm and friendly soul named Randi. Her and I chatted while I wandered around, we shared some stories about our lives, our love for talking to all the pretty turquoise rings (yes, you can talk to the rings ) and also how we have trouble fitting into all the fabulous hats in the shop because we have big heads! All in all- she's a gem. A true kind of soul that you want and need to be around. So go ahead and say hello, and ask for Randi. She'll make you feel better than you did before you walked in. This is a super cute boutique with interesting and eye-catching wares. It's got a bohemian flare with handpicked vintage clothes, cool jewelry and home furnishings (think candles, art prints, etc). It's not a particularly large boutique but we somehow spent an hour in here and everyone came away with at least one unique item. The woman who owns Eldorado is a sweetheart :)

This is the perfect place to find a thoughtful gift for a friend, a unique piece of decor for your house, or some sweet vintage clothes for your wardrobe. Definitely one of the coolest general stores in Detroit. The owner is super sweet and helpful without being pushy and she knows so much about each item in her store. It's obvious she's passionate about what she does. If you're into vintage or hand crafted items then you will love this place.

I love this store so much. The women who work here and genuinely warm, helpful and kind. There are so many goodies to discover from vintage clothing and accessories, to jewelry and trinkets, to other little goodies to adorn yourself and your abode. I don't live in Detroit, but I do visit often, and always plan a stop at this shop. My last time in I purchased an adorable pair of suede sandals, some beautiful feathers, a few small pieces of pottery, some incense, and an adorable tiny gold owl. Can't wait to visit again so I can bring home more treasures!

The people are super nice and it has such a cute mix of boutique and antique items!! They have lots of small cute items like tiny positive affirmation cards or glass vials. Will be back :)

Pretty cool store! A very nice curated shop. A little small and a little pricey ‍ they have clothes, jewelry (very nice btw), stones/gems, and household things.

Extremely disappointing and insulting customer service. The place was so cute and I was picking out a candle to purchase with a stand for about $50 when the store clerk accused me of breaking a different candle and told me I should buy that candle since she was pretty sure I broke it. She said she would give me 10% off since she felt bad for the artist since she couldn't sell a broken candle... I mentioned that I wasn't comfortable giving a broken item as a gift and didn't believe I broke it. Then a bystander said "how much is it? I'll buy it" then the clerk said "oh no no no, this is not your responsibility." I felt so uncomfortable and belittled by the clerk and forced to purchase a broken item. I purchased the candle and left feeling terribly judged. I wish I didn't have such a experience since I would have definitely been a returning customer.

What a fabulous and eclectic store. Vintage motorcycle jackets, cowboy boots, artisanal turquoise jewelry...candles, tarot, bohemian tops...this place has a Greenwich Village vibe and the staff is midwestern friendly...Erin & Ashley were very helpful...it's a must see whether your visiting Detroit or just on a date night.

Eldorado has such an amazing curation of beautiful vintage clothes as well as antique trinkets for the home. Erin has a great eye for styling and selecting vintage pieces and such a warm presence every time I enter the store. Would highly recommend stopping in!

Love this place! I come here whenever I feel like treating myself with something unique. The items are on the expensive side, but worth it in my opinion. They have jewelry, clothes, men's goods, home goods, pretty much everything besides the kitchen sink. The owner is super nice and down to earth too, that's a plus! Happy shopping! :)

Eldorado has a great collection of curated housewares and well-curated vintage clothes. It's really fun to stop by, especially for a unique gift or treat. Really enjoyed talking to Erin the owner as well. All round a great spot in the neighborhood.

Beautiful selection of vintage clothing, all in good condition. They also have a nice mixture of crystals and gems along with incense and candles. I got a perfect woven bag and a handmade full moon candle with home grown herbs imbedded in it. Can't wait to come again!

Between the vintage clothing, locally source and hand- crafted goods, crystals, and all the disco ball sparkles: Eldorado is definitely my dream store to shop at! You can tell that the owner, Erin, puts a great deal of time and energy into unearthing and curating the most highly vibrational pieces to sell and showcase in her space. Her eye for design, and artistry in adornment; allows for the store, itself, to be an art piece all its own. She clearly takes great care to preserve the history of Detroit while also weaving in her own unique style, and the treasures she finds on all of her explorations. The best gifts I've received are those that came from Eldorado General Store. Whenever I'm in the market for some more magic- I know exactly where to find it.
